About this apartment rental
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.
Common facilities are now open to use.
If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. We have 5 apartments of the same floor plan and position within the building, only slight variations between them.
This is a truly stunning apartment! As roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable, plush Scandinavian couch, matching dining setting and huge TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too!
The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views and is completely separate. It has a great walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The other two bedrooms are large and comfortable, each with a built-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.
Complex facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, gym and landscaped courtyard BBQ. All available for your enjoyment.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.05m. If additional car parks are required please ask.
Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.
Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
Should you need the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.
From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

** Hair dryer provided for your convenience.

Location was excellent. Apartment clean and checkin was so easy. The owner accommodated an earlier check in request. Nothing was too much trouble.

This place was everything and more. We had 7 girls and we all slept comfortably. The apartment was tidy and cosy. We had only small Uber trips into town but everywhere mostly was walking distance. Woolworths and BWS was right across the road which helped. Thankyou for this apartment. I highly recommend.

Great 3BR, 2 BA apartment. Building has nice lap pool, tennis court and gym, which we used daily. Easy walk to the Yarra, CBD, hundreds of restaurants and Rod Laver stadium, plus great on/off access to the freeway.

We had 7 girls stay for a weekend away and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Option of all single beds and the two bathrooms were a must. A short 10 min walk from the city across the Yarra. Convenience stores downstairs and parking.

The 3 bedroom apartment was much more spacious than expected. Place was very clean and had a supply closet of all the necessities which was very handy. Great location only minutes walk to Crown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sentinel last July. There were two adults and four teenage children and we found the apartment spacious, clean and with all the necessary utilities. The apartment is well located with good views of Melbourne and a short walk to the CBD. Tony was very helpful and considerate and made the stay trouble free.

A group of us stayed at Sentinel and Sentinel 88 for our recent boys trip to Melbourne for the International Champions Cup. Both apartments are fantastic and in a great location close to the Crown. Tony is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

We stayed from 21st May until 25th May in unit 55 and found the unit fantastic. Location is close to casino and short walk to MCG and Etihad. There are convenience stores and cafes within walking distance. Unit itself was clean and all worked ok. The only thing we had trouble with was instructions for the oven.

We had a great time and found the unit very comfortable and the location was excellent. Tge unit is spacious and clean.

Place was dirty, lights were blown. Oven was dodgy ironing board wouldn't stay up..... Blinds were missing in lounge area so morning sun was blinding. Slats were missing on fold out beds. Aircon blew out dead bugs broken lamp shades. For that it's WAY OVER PRICED! One plus was good location.

Stayed from 27th - 30th March while in Melbourne for the World Cup Cricket Final. A boys trip of 8 mates. Great location being close to centre of town, Crown & 30 min walk to the "G". Upon arrival the appartment was extremely clean and just what we were after. We also appreciated the little things like a loaf of bread and tea and coffee provided. Would stay again as a boys trip or with the family.

Stay was easy, Southbank great location. Walked to MCG, Crown etc no worries. Very tidy apartment, beds were very comfortable! Lap pool was handy and is heated/covered. Recommended.
