About this apartment rental
PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.
Common facilities are now open to use.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be a few blocks walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for and directly across from the Crown Casino entertainment complex and Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is at your front door.
This is a truly stunning apartment! As roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable, plush sofa, matching dining setting, large TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too!
Complex facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, BBQ's and gym. All available for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views and is completely separate. It has a great walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The other two bedrooms are large, with windows and views of their own. They have direct access to a bathroom. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
The price quoted is based upon 6 guests there are extra charges per guest after 6. Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.
Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
If you need to use the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen.
From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some minor variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

We are a group of 5 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The convenience of the tram right outside is wonderful.
The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room.
One possible negative would be traffic noise if you are a light sleeper and the place would be very very warm in summer as lots of glass facing north. There is air conditioning though.
The dishwasher's knob seemed to be broken but we managed to work it anyway.
Communication with host very easy & prompt.

This apartment is central to tram and easy walk to MCEC, Crown, Southbank, the apartment has fabulous views and lots of room. We enjoyed our stay had 8 people and there was lots of room to accomodate us even with 2 fold up beds, tea, coffee etc was plentiful, a couple of things to note though, There was only enough cups and plates for 5 people (advertised to accomodate 8), the dishwasher was broken so couldn't be used and the air condition unit was very dirty, having said that we did enjoy our stay and have advised the owner of our observations.
