Cleverly designed, enough space for us (2 adults and a child). Extremely comfortable bed and sofa bed, pristine bed linen and large, fluffy bath towels. Excellent location
The exterior is a bit ramshackle and the many door code options are all a bit confusing but don’t let that put you off - the rest is great

The Brewers Apartment B was a wonderful inclusion to our holiday. It was clean, spacious and central to all the great attractions of Copenhagen. The information provided by In This Place including the online information was excellent and so was the communication with us pre and during the stay. We loved it

I liked the location and how easy it was to access the property/apartment. contact free, no issues and the host provided everything that would be needed for the stay exp. (gate code, door code, wifi, and the code for smart tv apps) that was awesome. I would stay here again if ever back in the area great experience.

Nice location within walking distance to city center, shopping area and public transport.
Two supermarket within 3 minutes walk will provide you with anything you need.
Cozy design and comfortable room.
There is minimum hanger available to hang our clothes and jacket.
The lock box for the keys is broken, you can open it with any code.

2 mins from downtown, close to Metro, very very quiet, full of restaurants at walking distance. Excellent cost / benefit and easy access with codes and key locker.

Awesome and super central place to stay.
It was clean and comfy.
Every city attraction can be reached by foot.
Shops, pharmacy, cafes and bars are just out the main door.
Very recommended for a quick city trip. :)
Bad parking situation.

Tv, location, bathroom, bed and sleeping bank, kitchen available
Many electric outlets did not out of order, only 1 key available instead of 2, no physical reception delays getting answers

The location is great and the beds are very comfortable. Design of apartment interior is well done.
The entrance walk is directly next to a dozen shared rubbish bins with other apartments and a restaurant, so you can imagine how dingy that feels. Beyond that, the general appearance of the first impression outside from walking through the street door to apartment door seems unthoughtful. Could probably be fixed with some tasteful decorations and minimal investment of time and money.
The shower leaks more water under the door than goes down the drain, completely soaking the bath mat. The good news is that the drain works fine once it floods the area outside the shower. Bad news is the weather, even in summer, means that the bath mat is never going to dry and starts to smell as expected pretty quickly.
Lastly, our only Friday night here had lots of music and neighbor noise through most of the night. Wasn't an issue Sun through Thursday in our experience, but might be a thing Friday and Saturday?

very central location
parking possibilities across the street
enough coffee pads for 4 people
ice cubes in the freezer
comfortable bed in bedroom
- needs some renovation, although not that urgently
- false info of square metres. We booked apartment Floor C. The booking says 57sq m, but in real it is around 38-40sq m, and it is small for 4 people (as a real estate broker I am familiar with apartment sizes)
- smelling garbage containers from Chinese restaurant standing in the passageway that were super loudly cleaned by the garbage man at 6a.m. waking up everyone in the house.
- we were asked (no must) to take our garbage away and rinse the dishes (There is no dishwasher...I mean when you are paying 400 per two nights, you assume final full cleaning in included). Anyway, we left the apartment clean, took the garbage away except the bottles as there is no glass container outside.

the entrance there were many trash cans, the first impression was bad, old buildings, the patio was awful. the apartment was ok but the bathroom smelled bad.
the entrance and the bathroom, hot water only for really short shower

Super location. Queiet. possibility of netflix. uncomplicated check in.
we where 2 + our small daughter so the size of the appartament was good..for the 4 adults i think is too small.Tiny place for cooking. No wine glasses, sponges for cleaning kitchen. as i said ,we where with de small one so during the staying would be cool to have oportunity of having a hoover wich wasnt there. The backyard isnt super chill place but im pretty much sure that the owners have eyes too and know about it perfectly.no worth it for more than 250€ /per night

it is an apartment that has to be renovated and needs to be treated with details such as cleanness . the alley you enter from the main entrance is where they leave the linens they probably use to change at the apartments and next to them garbage from the nearby restaurants.

Good location, stylish apartment.

Very cozy, lovely and invinting apartment in the city center which gave us an amazing oportunity to explore Copenhagen as much as possible!
They provide you with some stuff like coffee tabs, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil which is a great start for a first day.
It's very well decorated and inspiring! After the renovation it will be for sure much prettier.
After we messaged the stuff bcs of the loud noises in the morning, they offerd us an other room.
You can start your day buying some fresh bread, groceries or be spontanious and grab some drinks and eat good food. Everything is reachable within 2 minutes.
Since we were staying in the ground floor apartment the only sithgt that we had were the trash bins and dirty sheets from the rooms which is actually sad, bcs the place has a window seat with pillows where you can enjoy little touch of sun or read a book.
It was actually very clean, but the toilet and the coridor is not smelling nice.
Saddly, at the time we were staying, they were having courtyard renovations, which lead to annoying, loud mornings and the windows beeing very dirty
Not all kitchen appliances have been taken care of like the toaster had still some pieces of bread in it and the kitchen ventilator was broken.
Even though the guide app said we should have a dishwasher, we didn't have one.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Nice design and comfy beds. The location is good and quite despite the center location.
The windows needs to be changed. It was very cold, and the heater was on 32°, but steel cold in the apartment.
