Fantastisk morgenmad, godt værelse og hyggeligt :)

Mangler en god terasse med terassemøbler. Vi boede der i 6 dage i det bedste sommervejr (fik opholdet forlænget 2.ekstra nætter). Måtte sætte os ned på asfalten for at nyde det gode vejr. Det er for dårligt for et hotel af denne gode standard.

Armaturet på håndvasken var meget slidt og irret, og meget gammelt kalk rundt om armaturet, Håndvasken havde 2 gamle revner. Brusekabinens hjørner forneden var brune af gammel kalk og også fugerne i den nederste halve meters højde. ( har fotos). Det bør ikke se sådan ud til den pris.

Room was perfect - absolutely silent, super comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was amazing.

Sängen lutade lite utåt i kanterna. Jag och min man hade en stor gemensam dubbelsäng. Kändes som att jag höll på att trilla ur sängen, annars var den skön.

The breakfast was outstanding. Everything I chose at the buffet was exceptionally good and there was an amazing variety of options.

Nothing. We’ve stayed here once before and are planning on staying at the Clarion whenever we need an overnight near the airport.

The staff and hotel facilities (including room) were all fine.

The one source of concern was the price of the meals in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but I thought it was overpriced.

The lady at reception was lovely.

The room was too dark.

Beautiful spacious room with extremely comfortable beds and all you could wish for a perfect rest. It is connected to the airport by a covered hallway so very practical for those who are in between flights.

The service from the reception desk is actually nonexistent and very disappointing for that level of price. At the restaurant there are very few and very expensive options.

A very nice hotel conveniently located at the Copenhagen Airport. The restaurant and bar were very good and the staff were very accommodating. The rooms and bathroom were very nice sized and very clean and comfortable.

Everything was great!

Everything except the unheated room was lovely.

The heat did not work in the room (621) that I was in. The thermostat in the room had been put on 27 degrees, showing that the problem had been noticed before my arrival. I was too tired when I arrived in the evening to report this and possibly have to deal with repair work in my room. I just fell into bed, and used both duvets, one on top of the other. When I left early the next morning I reported the heating problem when I checked out.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente especialmente si viajaste demasiadas horas.

La habitación en general requiere remodelación. Y el azulejo del baño está muy sucio da la impresión que no es limpiado con frecuencia. El check in rápido no funciona termina por llevarte a la fila. Y el cargo de la habitación se duplica

Staff was super nice

Room was overpriced, super dirty ( starting from blocked bathroom, toilet and not clean toilet brushes to dirty telephone and other things).

Great location for this hotel if you need to get to the airport. The staff were welcoming and the bedroom very comfortable and spacious. We'll thought through design with lots of cupboard space. Buffet breakfast excellent and we had dinner in the restaurant. Great meal and friendly staff.

We stayed two nights. The hotel operate a policy of servicing rooms at customers request or they make a donation to charity. While a commendable option, I requested the room was serviced and put out the sign early. After being out for the day, the room hadn't been tidied until after our return, which was a little inconvenient at the time.

Mr. Anders at the reception was very helpful and positive

- The hotel is connected to the airport terminal so it is very convenient for early or late night flight - The hotel room is clean, decorated well (but a bit old-fashioned bathroom) and so comfort - Staff is friendly and helpful

Our room is to the west so it is a bit warm in the afternoon

The check in experience was excellent. Amut was kind and responded to my needs, and extended the check out time for me. The room was excellent.

Because i was in. transit, a few more amenities in the room would have helped, so i didn't have to unpack. A luxury hotel usually supplies more.

Good location if you need transport from the airport or connecting flights, good breakfast.

Got a disabled room, was not informed about this prior, the bed and pillow quality was low, no complimentary water (that’s a first for a hotel after many places visited). Not even a bit of complimentary late checkout (was asked for extra payment) even though the location probably had many empty rooms and had checked in at 11 PM when arriving…
