Dont recommend such hotel.... Expect booking. com to be more vigilant in choosing hotel for us

No parking facility... Location is so poor and getting down from car and walking 1.2 km from Girjaghar Chouraha to hotel through narrow and dirty lanes make life horrible for everyone...hotel sent their staff to carry luggage but staff ask money after reaching, tip is not enough. Hotel room has zero vantilation, but rate is too high and project as good hotel..... It spoilt our mood for walking so long in narrow and cow dung prone lanes.... 😡😡

NO PARKING 1200 METRE WALK TO HOTEL NO VENTILATION IN ROOMS RATE IS TOO HIGH IN SUCH DIRTY LOCATION

Worst location. Impossible to get in to the.There was no road practically. We had to leave the hotel.

Amazing location,Good Service ,basic amenities.

The location is amazing, its very close to the main attractions, ghat and temple are walking. The staff and management are very polite and helpfull. Breakfast was sumptuous. Beds were comfortable and clean. Clean bathrooms.

No basic toiletries, costly in terms of view,room size or facilities.

Staff was good and owner also nice but The facilities were not good according to the money.

The room was very small and three of us were given a small room, on calling I was told that the room is vacant, when I went, I would get a room at 12:00.

The hotel helped us getting a train ticket and they got us a boat for the deepdivwali. Was an amazing experience and if it wasn't for them we would have missed out on the best show of lights

Nice hotel near Dasaswamedh ghat. Staff of the hotel are polite and helpful..

Room cleanliness needs to improve further. Food quality also needs to improve. Soap and shampoo are not available in the washroom.

Very good

The behavior is all that matters and stays in the memory. The wowed away with that. Surely knows customer service and how to manage things addressing things timely. I had elderly with me and they took more care of the accessibility then me.

Even though that was not a major concern but yes the hotel room hot water supply was troubling us a bit but workable.

Mr Aancha and Rajat gave superb service

Location, no vehicle access from 500 meters or so. Some staff just don't understand customer needs. Our room was noisy - picked up all noise from kitchen.

Very helpful staff and excellent location

Very helpful staff. They proactively reached out on day of arrival and escorted us from the point of cab drop. Very good location - right next to ghaat and mandir. One of the few hotels which have a lift. Would heartily recommend.

Room Cleanliness, Behavior of the Staffs

No hot water was available at Bathroom. Food quality and place of eating should be improved. We were allotted Ground Floor Room and noise from reception and corridor was very much there.

Good place to stay in Varanasi. Situated in quiet streets, very close to the ghats, room was fine. Good value for money.

Be aware that you cannot come here by car, but hotel has a pickup service so they can show you the way and help you with your bags.

A really good place to be recommended for those who want to experience Varanasi on a fair budget.

This hotel is located in one of the best hotspots of the city of Varanasi just 5 minutes walking to the most famous Ghat, the Dashashwamedh. Also there is a lot of shops nearby like souvenir shops, convenience stores and street food. Managers are always helpful for any enquiry and staff friendly and very helpful anytime. From the receptionis to the housekeepers, an 11 over 10.

super high value of staying, I got a good rest after the long day walk,, very very clean and super nice water pressure, delicious food, super helpful and thoughtful staff and receptionist here,.help me to plan and organize the trip,,, very close to the Gangans river and the evening puja,, I was plan to stay only one night, then I stay six night at the total,, will stay again if I stay there again. ,
