Tolle einzigartige Unterkunft

Tolle einzigartige Zimmer. Vor allem das Bad war wunderschön. Fußläufig vieles zu erreichen oder schnell ein Tuktuk vor der Haustür gerufen.

Ein bisschen laut wegen der Straße, aber das ist vermutlich in Indien / Varanasi normal.

The property was like Aladdin’s home. Magical l, unique and beautiful. The pictures do not do this property justice. This will be one of the most interesting and unique places to stay in Varanasi.

Nothing not to like. Staying 3 nights, breakfast choices disappointing, samey and limited. All the reviews mention this- surprising owners have not listened. It’s relatively pricey so filter coffee and a better choice would make it a perfect stay

Memorable stay in varanasi

Room Decor and the feel.

In Room Facilities should be taken care of and hotel should have additional Mattress in case someone needs it. Food option or in room dining is a must at this price tag.As there was no restraunt available with the property so you need to go out for dining or lunch.

It was a great experience staying at this place.

This location was walking distance to the ghats, yet conveniently located on the main street for a short ride to Kashi Viswanath temple to the north and Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir to the south. The rooms were clean and attached to modern bathrooms.

Continental breakfast was served in the morning, however, there was not much space for a sit down breakfast on the main floor.

The property was beautiful. Old heritage home was made into a comfortable and elegant setting with stunning photo backdrop walls and doors.

Felt the rooms were very over priced. That was the only thing I would say. Although one can argue that other properties may not be as chic. We planned to be out for most of the time, we felt we could have easily lived in a cheaper place

Beautiful comfortable space

Staff were friendly and helpful. Kind and welcoming to a solo female traveller from Australia Very clean, the cleanest accommodation I had during my travels in India! Very comfortable and plenty of space

It is on a noisy road but ear plugs are provided and you are very close to everything so that is just how it is. Nothing I would change

From a different Era!!

1) The location- Close to Assi Ghat and Godowlia/Kashi Vishwanath Temple (both 12-15 mins by auto on either side of the road on which Rose Heritage is located. 2) The setting- architecture, room layout, amenities, bathroom design and fittings, cleanliness, staff behaviour and courtesy 3) Value for money- Slightly on the expensive side when compared to other hotels, but for what one gets, one doesn't feel being overcharged 4) Ease of parking vehicle- We had travelled in our car and were able to park it for 3 nights next to the entrance of the property. 5) What you see is what you get- The property and amenities look exactly they appear in the photos

1) Food variety- We stayed for three nights and on the fourth day of our stay (third breakfast), we wished we had something else to eat. The property has two options for breakfast- kachori sabzi with dahi (Puri-Vegetables-Curd) and Continental (bread toast, butter, cornflakes, tea, coffee). We understand the limitation of not having a fully equipped kitchen but we feel that having an option of a variety in the breakfast can be incorporated, at least for guests staying longer. The property just have to establish relationship with another food vendor/restaurant and get breakfast from there just like they do for the existing Indian brekfast option.

Wonderful stay

Located on car accessible road which made it easier access for my elderly father , friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was available , had water kettle making it easier for consumable hot water . Closer to some Beautiful interiors !

The shower was not leveled and caused the water to accumulate in the shower making it challenging to for my elderly father . Would be nice if a simple customizable lunch and dinner were provided at extra cost per meal ordered atleast for the senior citizens.

Staff are so nice and friendly. The room is very clean, wide and beautiful. The bathroom is very luxury but the shower water is too weak.

Quirky Varanasi guest house.

Quirky, unusual colourful guest house. Good location.

Rooms were very dark with not much natural light. No tv which as I solo traveller I like. Room wasn’t cleaned, or bed made, or towels changed in the 3 nights I stayed there. This is fine with me as I don’t feel the need but others might not like this.

Excellent small family owned hotel, which gives you the comfy feeling of home in the superbusy city of Varanasi. The location of the hotel, near Assi ghat made our experience of Varanasi more accessible. Staff is extraordinary and friendly, attending to every need you bring to their attention. Also, it's a very budget friendly place, definitely worth the money.

Kind staff and beautiful, old architecture made this stay memorable and we would come again.

Best was the wonderful and kind staff of the hotel. They made us feel at home and helped us with all our requests. Even when we asked to move our room, they were so accommodating and kind. The location was very good. The room was large and very clean and the hot water and shower were fantastic. The room had a nice big bed. Loved the teas and water left for us in the room. Beautiful antiques everywhere and thoughtful touches. Very special place.

In the room downstairs the bed was very very hard, so we had to change. The front facing rooms are quite loud (on the street side) but with earplugs it was tolerable at night. Real coffee and some fruit would have been nice at breakfast, as the selection was otherwise pretty basic.

Don't think twice and book this place!

This place is a real gem! Can't recommend it enough. It's clean, beautiful and the decor of the room is pretty stunning with some lovely antiques. Staff is super kind and courteous. They organised us a boat trip at dawn that was unforgettable.

Overall stay in the Hotel was excellent.

Though there was not much variety in Breakfast, still the quality and taste was fine.

Inside the Room there is shortage of keeping clothes. There should have been one wardrobe in the Room.

An oasis in Varanasi

An oasis in the heart of Varanasi. So much attention to detail and super duper clean. very comfortable and perfect to get back to after a day out in Varanasi. Location is great, so close to the ghats. Loved it and surely recommend. Price is not cheap but the standards are high hence well worth it

There is no common area to chill. But then this is a vintage house on a busy street converted into boutique hotel.

Since it's close to all the temples and Assi Ghat, it sure should be on every traveller's list.

The atmosphere of the property was one of calm and serenity. The beds were invitingly comfortable and the room was even better than what we anticipated. Great service from the staff!!

The only concern was the vegetarian breakfast, that we weren't aware was bought from outside, which was so good we wanted another serving of. We were blatantly informed the second breakfast would be charged even though the breakfast charges were included in our tariff. To the owners, please make sure you clarify something like this beforehand. That small incident left an unwanted taste in the mouth.
