Cleanilless, hot water and good pressure for shower, breakfast included was excellent

Er war nicht sehr schlimm. Personal waren freundlich.

Garten und Schwimmingpool

Beim Duschen fließt das Wasser nicht sofort in den Abfluss sondern auch ins vordere Teil vom Badezimmer und somit sind der Boden sehr nass. Es gab am ersten Tag eine kleine Rolle Toilettenpapier, danach nicht mehr. Die Badetücher sind sauber, aber auch schon alt. Es gab kein Handtuch. Unser Zimmer wurde am nächsten Tag nicht gesäubert und deswegen sind die Mülleimern auch nicht geleert. Wir haben eine Kakerlake im Zimmer gesehen.

Resort staff made our stay wonderful.

The resort staff are excellent, helpful and very friendly. The front desk/office staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The food that we ordered were very tasty.

The washroom/comfort room floor needs upgrade and/or repair. Other than that the room is comfortable.

We enjoyed swimming!

breakfast is not that fine. Location is fine. Swimming pool is the best. Food is fine a little costly but taste good. Room was fine quite bigger. Staff and Room Service were awesome!

Breakfast must have fruits. Room AC is not cold during middle of the night so we felt it was too hot in the room. The toilet were flooding every time we took our shower. Room 102. There should be slipper in the room. and Fridge as well. Outside foods is not allowed is considerable if you are in the resort for day use only, but considering that you will be staying in a room, it should be different.

Lovely pools

Friendly, accommodating staff. Lovely pools as well. My family enjoyed especially the kids!

Cottages not well maintained. It was raining so while we were having dinner, there was water dripping from the cottage roof.

pools - well maintained and clean; the privacy and location of the family suite

The room that my friend is staying the water in the toilet is leaking that makes the floor of the toilet and the room is wet,the aircon is making a lot of noise

No stars for the property but 5 stars for the staffs.

The staffs are amazing and friendly.

I stayed without being able to watch the television, the air-conditioning made a lot of noise. The food is served terribly.

Looks like a nice place but needs a lot of changes.

The resort had some nice pools but could have been cleaner. Outside the rooms was a nice covered sitting area. There Plenty of seating around the pool.

The room was quite old but okay but the A/C was terrible very old and noisy it was vibrating and rattling all night we hardly had any sleep eventually I switched it off. In the room we had 2 cups coffee, cream and sugar sachets but no kettle which we only discovered after the staff had gone. We got a kettle delivered the next morning by a friendly lady who also gave us some hot water. I was told the room we booked would be have either a pool, mountain, or garden view what we got was a view of a old building directly outside the bedroom window of a row of someone's underwear drying. On arrival to check in we were greeted by the very over enthusiastic guards who took our bag with a few bottles of juice from my wife which after complaining at the office was returned to us they also wanted to go through our other bags with our clothes inside I refused to let them do this and told them I'm a paying guest at your resort not a criminal entering a prison I wondered how long it will be before they start issuing stripped pajamas. They asked us to wear our mask properly when we came in from the very good seafood restaurant down the road in the evening and right next to the guard not even 2 feet away was a group of people all sitting around none of which were wearing masks. You give some people a gun and a uniform and the job goes to their heads. 🙄 Included was a free breakfast which was probably just as well the quality was poor and there was a lot of flies around the open food trays with and the breakfast was basic but not great. Staff were nice but they seemed to be more interested in the day visitors than the people who booked the rooms.
