Room is comfortable but pricy
The restaurant on 7th floor their services is horrible . So slow and so pricy not worth to spend $300 for 4 menus.

Big comfy bed and good air con! The rooftop bar has a good range of very affordable drinks as well.
The shower drain wasn’t going fast, often had lots of water splashing around and the shower door was not in line or able to be sealed or closed shut. Also a bit bummed that there was no pool, especially for such hot weather!

The location is central and accessible to restaurants and grocery store. Breakfast is not bad, general staff reception is good.
The room was decent size but it’s way smaller than the photo in the brochure. the shower lack ventilation and soon as I enter the room smells wet and moldy. I was let down with the initial impression of the room as its lacking in view but I’m not a fuzzy guest usually and I’m mostly out during the day so I don’t mind. The third night I asked for a room spray deodoriser as the smell of mold is bad, the staff were attentive in providing me with the spray and housekeeping looked at the vent in the bathroom. He stated that the vent is partly open so he have opened it.
The fourth night the smell is unbearable and for health and safety reason I asked to be transferred. There was a reluctance at first in finding a room as the reception stated that there’s no vacant room. Upon insisting, the reception managed to find another room for me. The second room is even smaller but smells better. I can probably let it go if I’m staying for a night but 5 nights of discomfort is a bit unacceptable. I’ll probably won’t be coming back.

Your staff members, especially Princess from the breakfast buffet crew. She was exceptionally attentive to her guests. It's just enjoyable to see crew members like her in you team.

Everything but
Rooms were small and I didn't like the shower as there was no cubicle just a curtain that did very little as water covered the whole bathroom so if u wanted to use the toilet your feet got soaking wet.bad design and it just put me off.for the price I paided its poor..also bathroom very small.

I love the location, close to S N R store and 7 eleven, Mac Donald's across the street. Lots of restaurants and rental car and money changer around the corner.
The breakfast was cold. I even showed up at 6am when it opened and the eggs were not hot. They were not even using the warmers under the food. And I only got bacon 2 of the 7 day's I was there. I had lunch at the rooftop bar and it was very disappointing. I ordered a rib eye steak cooked medium, and had to send it back because it was barley cooked! I'm talking RAW!!! When it was brought back out to me it was still raw in spots. I ate it anyway because I was very hungry and had already been waiting 30 minutes.
