Paula and her team were very welcoming and sorted out tours for me and other info about staying in San Agustin. There is free water refill (cups only) and coffee at all times. Rooms felt new and had everything needed. Lots of places inside to sit besides being in the room. If you have a motorbike / bike they can be taken right into the lobby
It's on the main street so convenient but the trade off is noise but quiet inside the rooms.

Great!

Very central, clean and new.
We were somehow “upgraded” to a higher floor, but the room was smaller and we had to pay for it. Unclear if this was a miss understanding due to our limited Spanish skills, but an upgrade should never cost you extra.
Furthermore we were pushed to give a nice review, because they said it’s a new place and they need the reviews. This we don’t account in our rating, but wanted to share.

Paula is one of the most helpful people Ive come across in a hotel. She is super kind, gives lots of information and goes out of way to help with anything you need! Ideal location in beautiful San Agustin!

the staff was very nice and the place was more beautiful than the photos
the bed was very uncomfortable

- very centrally located. The van going to and from Pitalito is just a block away, and it’s near so many restaurants.
- fast internet connection
- I dig the design of the hotel itself, it’s very classy
- affordable. The price of a single room is as affordable as a bunk bed in a hostel, plus you get your own toilet
- the hotel is also a travel agency, and the tour that they offer is quite affordable.
- extra kudos to Paula the receptionist! She recommended a lot of stuff to me and was always extra nice whenever I asked something
- it can be noisy since it’s also beside the main plaza
- room was a bit small, but It’s not a huge problem for me

The owners are one of the most friendly people i have ever met. They help you with everything you ask. The hotel is in the center of the town and has everything you need. I would stay here again.

Excellent stay!!! Location was perfect. The staff were amazing and so helpful with everything. I recommend the tour they offer for 50000 p. The room was super comfortable and clean. wifi worked great even in the room. Free coffee!! And they don’t lock the front door so you can go and come whenever you want. There is always staff around so the place is secure.
kitchen could use a little clean on the shelves. But everything else was perfect!!

private bathroom, comfortable bed, affordable
I waited 2 full days for them to do my laundry and received it only back on check out - wet!
10 mil for this "service" and I had to wash them again because they were smelling. I have no idea what they did with my stuff. It was warm outside and should have easily dried.
Only cold shower, room can get hot but there is no fan. A small place with a table to do work would be nice.
There was construction during my stay and they made noise on Monday at 7am even though they promised not to do.
