Séjour plus que parfait dans cet hostel. Merci à vous pour l’ambiance

Logement super propre. Belle vue roof top. Personnel sympathique. Stéphanie est disponible pour n’importe quelle demande (réservation de bus) Les activités proposées permettent de découvrir la ville comme il se doit On ne te demande pas de payer aussitôt ton arrivée et ça c’est un plus! La cuisine est toujours bien nettoyé. Le frigo est vérifié de façon à laisser de la place à chacun (attention à tes aliments qui traînent sans ton nom inscrit car ils te seront enlevés)

Ce serait bien un peu plus de choix ou une variante pour le petit déjeuner.

Paradise in San Agustín

Without a doubt this is the best hostel in Colombia. It is filled with color and joy, making every moment you spend there fantastic. Comfortable beds, real sheets and an owner, Gerard, with high octane energy that is infectious. All you will find here are endless smiles and new friends. If Michelin gave stars to hostels, this would be a 3 star. Worth the trip to San Augustin just to stay at Hostal Bambu.

Todo, es un excelente lugar si vas con poco presupuesto y con ganas de conocer y recorrer San Agustín

Faltaría ampliar las mallas de la parte de la azotea a veces está ocupada, pero de resto tod excelente

Cozy nest

Nice and cozy hostel with 3 cute cats. The kitchen is well equipped. There is free coffee all day (but no milk). A little supermarket is 200 m down the road. I did the jeep tour and the horse tour. They were amazing.

Cosy place near centre of town

Private room was spacious, staff were really friendly, and amazing views from the rooftop! Super comfy area with hammocks, swings and beanbags to chill out and meet other travellers. Breakfast for 10,000 COP which was shakshuka and juice was tasty too.

We haven't a negative thing to say about this hostel! It was fantastic value for money, comfy and has lots of chill areas. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Excellent location and helpful staff. Rapid laundry services. Quiet time from 10pm was adhered and meant we had an excellent sleep.

We were sad we couldn't stay for longer!

Extended my stay because I liked the place and town some much.

Great location close to town, walking distance to several good restatements especially vegetarian/vegan options. Nice social atmosphere on the terrace, great place to meet other travelers.

The usual dogs barking and roosters but that’s out of their control. Also, the curfew is only somewhat enforced resulting in loud noises past curfew.

A very good hostel, nice building and tastefully decorated with several common area's. The rooftop terrace is comfortable and amazing looking at the west to see the sun go down every day. It has to be silent after 10 p.m. which I really appreciated. Stefany is running the place almost by herself with just some help from 1 local lady and 1 volonteer, she is doing a great job! Luckely volunteer Seph(?) and the lady are doing all they can to support her and so doing a great job as well.

Never had a free coffee as every day it was already finished before 9 a.m.

Lovely place with great vibes but let down by some basics

The hostel has a great atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. The tours were also good. Also, shutters on the windows are appreciated to block out morning light!

The wifi was terrible and the noise transfer in the hostel was really bad so don't stay here if you are a light sleeper!

calm and charming hostel

This hostel in San Agustin has so much charm and such a good vibe. It is really easy to socialize while sitting on the rooftop terrace and enjoying a beer all together. They serve schakshouka for breakfast which is absolutely amazing. You will also get complete information about the activities to do nearby. I especially want to thank Stephanie who does an amazing job and makes the stay even more special.

Superb

Good location close to the center and a few good restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful. Loved the roof terrace with hammocks, lots of comfortable seatings and a swing. There are enough toilets & showers scattered around that you don't have to wait which is great, and they are kept clean. The cats are super cute :)

The dorm is a little bit cramped with seven beds, and there isn't much space to put your stuff (only a small locker). As with many places noise insulation isn't really a thing, and you can hear the people using the common area from the dorms (most of the time people stop using it after 10:30pm (but not always) and there's noise quite early in the morning too).
