The lagoon style heated pool is fun for all ages and makes the spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The indoor space offers bedding for eight with an open floor plan and updated kitchen designed for efficiency and style. Watch TV on two mounted HD TV's in the Living and Family rooms. The whole family will surely enjoy the full size shuffleboard table as well!

About 15-25 minutes to wherever we needed to go for a family wedding. Kids really enjoyed the pool and their rooms. Also visited Superstition Mountain and guys went to a Diamonfback’s game. Only drawback was a lot of on-street parking. Glad we could park in the garage!

This was by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed at! This place was super clean!!! I have OCD and I’m very skeptical but this place was cleaner than a 5 star hotel! Super comfortable and the location is perfect! The pool was clean and warm and the energy at this house were amazing. We all had a great time and definitely recommend booking this place!! We appreciate the stay and hope to get the chance to stay here again. Thank you!!

We loved the spaciousness and the pool was wonderful! It was very clean and a great supply of pool towels!! It would help immensely if there was a railing into the pool! And there isn’t an ice maker which is listed on the amenities! Other than that, we will definitely book again! Loved the quiet neighborhood & the kitchen is a great size! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this VRBO!

First time using this property and we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient everything was for our family of 6. The home is very clean and had no concerns other than a few minor updates that could be done. There was plenty of space for us all to have an area of our own. There are two living rooms where we could have our own space to lounge. The kitchen area was great with all supplies we needed. The bedrooms are all a good size and beds all comfortable. There were plenty of towels for us to use when we used the pool and lots of areas to relax outside. The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect with the heated pool. The pool had a big shallow step which was perfect for our 2 year old to play on. The area is great with multiple parks directly behind the property plus grocery stores and shopping close by. We will be staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed this home. It was exceptionally clean! It has been nicely updated. Master bedroom is huge. 3 other bedrooms were typical size. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. The pool was heated and pleasant. The backyard was private. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We can’t say enough about what a wonderful time our family had! Home was stocked with everything you could need. The kids loved the board games, shuffle alley, their favorite movie channels, but most of all the HEATED pool!! Last placed we stayed at the host promised a heated pool but on the day of arrival told us it would be a thousand dollars more. Not this host. He was honest and straight forward. The neighborhood was awesome with so many parks and restaurants just minutes away. We are already planning our trip for next year!!! Thank you so much!!

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend for a hockey tournament. The house is clean and nicely furnished. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The park behind the property was perfect for taking my small dog for a walk. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Well it was quiet except for Saturday morning, when there was a celebration for a gentleman who was turning 100 years old! There was a drive through parade for him and it was wonderful! My family enjoyed the pool and the shuffle board game. The beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool even when it was over 100F outside. Some cons were the umbrella outside was broken, we couldn't get the front tv to work due to not being able to find the remote for that tv. Otherwise a very nice, clean place and near all amenities!

The pool was perfect for a 2 year old, it has a large step that he was able to sit on and move around. There are two great small parks for the little ones right outside the place, and it was just a 10 minute drive to San Tan Village Mall. Highly recommend! They were very accommodating for our pups as well :)

My husband and I and our three kids stayed at this property for a week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pros: great pool, plenty of towels were available, nice kitchen, home has a nice layout, check out responsibilities were very minimal, hosts allowed us to check-in early, great parks and playgrounds accessed through gate in backyard, neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe, very comfortable beds! Cons: Home could use some small repairs. Bottom of dresser draws in master bedroom were falling out which made it difficult to push drawers back in. Home could use fresh paint in some areas. Overall our stay was great and we'd love to visit again!

I and three of my golf buddies stayed here. Perfect for us as we made breakfast in the kitchen, golfed during the day, and ate out at night. We didn’t use the pool. The grill worked well. All of us commented on how comfortable the beds were too. Recommend staying here.

We enjoyed this rental for thanksgiving. We had family in chandler but we needed 4 bedrooms, pet friendly, and didn’t want to spend $800+/ night so our options were limited when only booking a couple months out. The home was fine, it definitely needs some updating. A couple quirky things were the door locks- the lock from the kitchen to the outside pool area is backwards, assuming for child pool safety, but there’s no inside lock (that we could find), so that door is not lockable from the inside. Meaning if you could get into the yard you could get into the house.... the front door has a gate with a deadbolt, and then the electronic lock is on the main door. Well, if you plan on using the front door at all, make sure to not lock the gate like we did. The kitchen was not super well stocked in our opinion, but we made it work. The guest book was also lacking in information, and definitely needed to be wiped down. Overall we had a good stay, and the value for money is definitely better than the other options we had.
