Tricia has been wonderful, and her home has been just perfect! They offer everything you would need, and give recommendations for everything else! We have enjoyed the pool and spa daily. The patio is perfect to hangout on and enjoy some sports on the tv! We came to enjoy a graduation, but we got so much more!!! You will NOT be disappointed with this home! Thank you again, and we will book again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was great. When I mentioned that one of the pool floats had a hole in it, the owner purchased a new one and had it delivered to the house! Great communication whenever needed. No complaints. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay for a family of four to six. The pools were great and the area has lots of easy access to food and entertainment. The neighbors dog did spend a weekday barking as us but we turned on the pool fountain and some music and didn't really notice the pup and his problems after that.

Every member of my family is a homebody, so when we were looking for a shared vacation rental while we visited our Phoenix family members, finding a "home base" was top of mind. We had everything we needed here to stay in and catch up. We loved the pool and the hot tub and found the heating fees more than fair compared to similar rentals nearby. The owners were so responsive and kind and genuinely seemed happy that we were enjoying their place. It was a standout rental experience and we will definitely be back. Don't hesitate on this one.

We enjoyed our stay , too bad we couldn't stay longer. We really enjoyed Arizona, this house is great. It has a heated pool and jacuzzi, just a little too cold for us to jump in during our stay. The pool table kept my sons and i occupied every night. The house is nice and spacious .Overall great experience and would definitely stay again.

Great family Christmas get together. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Had all we needed in the kitchen for quick meals. Comfortable bedding and plenty of room in driveway for 2 cars. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The home was clean and well appointed. It was a nice quiet neighborhood but close to anything you may need or want to do. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It was a perfect place for us and I would not hesitate to return on a future trip.

The house was in a good location. There was a store nearby and not far from the freeway enjoy the pool table and the barbecue. The pool pump started making a lot of noise and I couldn’t turn it off from the inside location so I went out and turned it off at the source, there was no garage door opener property manager said that people were leaving them in their rentals $75-$100 posit may help that problem or an outside code box. Overall everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend.

House is super clean and in a great location. Our teenager lived in the pool which gets full sun most of the day. Owner provides a good quantity of basics, which was really appreciated. Owner is also easy to communicate with. This is a great home for a sunny escape to AZ, we hope to stay again soon.

I so appreciate your place so relaxing just was nice get away for all of us . My 2 older sisters never knew that you could even rent houses like this.I surprised them with this trip one never flew on a plane and they never been to Arizona then the house was like they were in love with it they enjoyed the hot tub pool and we play a few games of pool went to the casino we really enjoyed are stay thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home and make memories of us 4 sisters forever grateful

Impeccably clean, they had literally everything you would need including soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. Everything was very easy to find with clear directions on how to use. We'll definitely stay here again!! Beautiful property!

We were out of the house most of the time, we went for a family wedding rehearsal and wedding. My wife felt that someone was coming in the house when we leave the house. Things were moved! Besides that, The place was great was big for me and my wife, but we enjoyed the stay. The land Lord was very helpful. Thanks

My husband and I had a great stay here. The house was absolutely perfect - great size, wonderful décor, and cozy yard with everything we needed. The hosts have also made everything you need very intuitive. The location is great for all things Gilbert and Chandler (and not a bad commute to Phoenix and Tempe as well). Tricia was super responsive and was very understanding about a small mix up with a neighbor (the houses on the street look very similar!). We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Phoenix.

Casa Del Sol was the perfect home base, for our visit to the Valley of the Sun, and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do or see. I was able to work remotely (even conducting an interview) while my teens enjoyed the pool, spa, and pool table. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for morning runs and evening strolls. I lived in Gilbert 20 years ago, before moving to the east coast, and this felt like coming home!

My family and I absolutely loved our time in Gilbert! Super cozy home with everything that we could have needed. House was very clean and Tricia was a pleasure to speak to! The backyard is so peaceful and I will miss sipping coffee by the pool in the mornings. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

My 18-year-old daughter and I were looking for a quiet getaway from snowy Minnesota. Casa Del Sol hit the mark in big and small ways! It was easy to get to and conveniently located near a variety of amenities. The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The provision of enough paper products for our 3-day stay AND morning coffee/condiments was greatly appreciated. Of course, the pool and spa were amazing! Tricia was a fabulous host who promptly answered all of my questions and even offered additional suggestions for things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this VRBO...and we hope to be back again in the future!

Everything was perfect. Loved the easy communication and the attention to details. Was there for a wedding, and there was an iron and board!! Spices in the kitchen for cooking! Condiments! Book of things to do! Only suggestion: makeup mirror would be good in primary bedroom. Bed was super soft too. Almost too. Difficult to stay on your side and not roll into each other. Great stay overall, will stay again!
