About this apartment rental

The apartment is located in the third Floor in a house from the early days, in the heart of Vienna. On 75 square meters you will find two luxury bedrooms, each with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), a casual lounge, a cozy bathroom with bath, shower, washing machine and toilet, also a second guest bathroom and of course a kitchen, fully equipped with a large dining table for 4 people. A high chair, travel cot and several board games and toys for your children are also available. In July 2017, we bought bicycles that can be rented for a fee - a children's bike seat is also available, a toddler bike as well. In front of the house are resident parking spaces that you can use (for parking tickets) or you can bring the car in one of the surrounding, just minutes away parking garage. The network of public transport in Vienna excellent quality, with a few steps you are at various trams, at the Metro or even at Vienna Central Station and the long-distance transport. In the nearby area you will find everything for daily use: supermarket, pharmacy, banks, doctors, drug stores ... all within walking distance! On foot you can also reach the immediate heart of Vienna: in 25 minutes at the State Opera and in 30 minutes in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Other attractions, theaters, playgrounds, parks, concert halls, restaurants etc. is all in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment was great for our family of 4. Excellent location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Short Uber/Bolt/Taxi rides to all the sights or easy access to public transportation. Our flight arrived unexpectedly early and we were met with very little notice and graciously allowed in early. The apartment is extremely comfortable and has everything you will need and more. I can’t imagine considering any other place to stay in a future visit to Vienna. Owner and her caretaker are extremely responsive and made for a stress free vacation. You can book with absolute confidence.

This was an excellent property. Very clean. Everything that we could need was provided. Well stocked kitchen. I loved the shower! We were only at this property for 2 nights after leaving Budapest and travelling to Prague. Check in was easy with great communication. Property was close to public transportation.

Nach dem ersten Schreck ( das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet wird grade renoviert ) fanden wir eine Tipptopp-Wohnung in Tipptopp Lage vor! TG fürs Auto auch um die Ecke , U-Bahn und S-Bahn quasi vorm Haus. Und wenn man in die City laufen will überanstrengt man sich auch nicht. Jederzeit wieder! Man wohnt sozusagen in Wien wie jeder andere Wiener auch, nur zentraler😉

Eine tolle Wohnung - mit und ohne Kinder (Spielzeug gibt es in der Wohnung). Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, gut angebunden und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in der Nähe eines schönen Platzes. Besonders toll waren die sehr bequemen Betten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

In dieser FeWo stimmt alles! Von der vorausgehenden Kommunikation, über den herzlichen Empfang, die Ausstattung, die Lage bis hin zur Abreise. Einfach rundum perfekt. Wir konnten in aller Ruhe Wien erkunden und haben uns dann Abends auf unsere FeWo gefreut. So macht ein Städtetrip Spaß. Fam. Bürger ist sehr am Wohl ihrer Gäste gelegen. Das merkt man jeden Augenblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr warm und herzlich aufgenommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt und Kuchen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis in Wien. Auch sonst ist in Laufnähe alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Wir werden Kathrin und Ronny weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben gar nicht so viel von Wien ansehen können, wie geplant, weil die Wohnung so sehr gemütlich war. Die mitgereiste Tochter meinte "Die Wohnung ist ja sowas von erste Sahnetorte. So möchte ich später auch mal gerne wohnen." Die Lage am Park und die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof waren sehr gut. Es ist von allem alles da, was man benötigt. Kommunikation und Empfang ( mit Kuchen) waren sehr angenehm. Sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten über Ostern eine wunderschöne Zeit in Wien. Der Aufenthalt wurde durch die Unterkunft bereichert. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt: mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit jeglichem Zubehör ausgestattet, sehr sauber und auch noch zentral gelegen. Die Vermieter sind um das wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht - unsererseits hierfür noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön. Wir können die Wohnung in jeglicher Hinsicht weiterempfehlen und beim nächsten Wien-Besuch werden wir bei Familie Bürger wieder buchen. 😊

Wir drei haben eine wunderbare Zeit (fast 14 Tage) im herbstlichen Wien verbracht und den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung wirklich sehr genossen! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Zugleich ist der Hauptbahnhof fußläufig erreichbar und mit der Straßenbahn ist man ganz fix am Ring (Staatsoper). Auch die Badener Bahn ist um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist stilvoll, gemütlich und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet. Küche und Bad sind prima ausgestattet. Schön, dass wir sogar mit frischen Blumen versorgt wurden. Unsere Gastgeber Katrin und Ronny wären telefonisch jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen. War aber gar nicht nötig. Es war einfach perfekt. 1000 Dank!

This flat was a beautiful and comfortable place to call home while visiting Vienna/Wien. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathrooms immaculate. It had plenty of space and two comfortable bedrooms - a top priority for us. Kathrin, our hostess, returned my emails in a timely manner and was a joy to work with. The flat welcomed us with a sampling of chocolates, coffee, tea and a beautiful display of bottled water and glasses in the master bedroom making us feel like welcomed guests in a new city. Thanks Kathrin!

Lovely apartment that is very well appointed and centrally located. We had 4 adults and plenty of room in this apartment. It is 4 flights of stairs up. Great location to explore Vienna. Kathryn is very helpful and I would recommend staying here.

Tolle Ferienwohnung.Nette Vermieter Bis auf fehlendes Toilettenpapier bei der Ankunft nach 8 Std.Bahnfahrt war aber sonst wirklich alles vorhanden.Vielleicht noch ein kleines Putzset für eine längere Mietdauer wäre ganz gut gewesen.Aber das sind keine relevanten Mängel.Uns hat’s prima gefallen
