This 1920's Craftsman style bungalow is 1/2 block from the Naval Academy Stadium and within walking distance of the Historic District. Its close proximity to Baltimore, Washington DC and Maryland's Eastern Shore make it a great location for day tripping. This well appointed bright lower level apartment includes many Craftsman details including a custom quarter sawn oak wine bar and kitchen cabinets. The open floor plan includes a living room and fully equipped galley kitchen with Ice Stone counter tops. The apartment offers a bedroom with a full sized bed, full bath with tub/shower and laundry with washer/dryer. Guests are welcome to share the patio and backyard with the main house. A friendly Beagle and Pug may occasionally greet guests in the backyard.

We were in town for a USNA Class Reunion. The accommodations were perfect with easy access to the stadium and all Annapolis attractions. Rooms were very nice, hosts friendly and communicative. Will stay again if we can.

This trip was a second extended stay at the property in two years, and it was just as outstanding as the first visit. Five stars for everything: great property, well located, and pleasant and accommodating hosts! No complaints, just wishes that we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my USNA 40th reunion! Beautiful, well-kept bungalow apartment was very clean and comfortable. The short walk to the stadium was a great plus for us! Great communication with our host, Sandra, who was very accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here for our next visit to Annapolis.

I really enjoyed my stay in Annapolis. The apartment was walkable to DTA and the Naval Academy. Super close to Navy’s football stadium. Very quiet during the week and ample parking. It was very comfortable and I had everything I needed.

Welcoming, Cute & comfy! This was the perfect place to stay! Had everything you need and clean! Perfect if you coming in town to see a navy football or lacrosse game! Stadium is right there! Walking distance for sure! Loved it and will stay again

Perfect stay for our first navy football game- location is at the edge of the academy stadium parking lot. Could not be closer. Cute historical basement apartment (of a cute craftsman bungalow home) with with great high quality flooring, bathroom, craftsmen doors/moulding. Entrance is in the back of the property and had access to a peaceful backyard and felt quieter and safer than most other on the street locations. Bed is small for two (a full size/double) so didn’t work for my husband and I every night but he camped out on the couch a couple nights to space out. Only desire would’ve been an extra blanket or two but perfect spot for Usna game and will be back.

The apartment is accurately described in the listing. Close to everything in Annapolis while also located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Bring your own coffee and shower soap/shampoo/conditioner.

What a lovely little find in Annapolis. A block from Navy Stadium. We came in for reunion weekend. We became the gathering place and had a wonderful time. It's a perfect blend of modern and antiques with a touch of industrial fixtures. The landlords were very nice. Will be returning to stay when we have events at the academy.

The apartment was in the basement of the owners home. It’s very cute and has a nice setup with everything you need for a weekend away. We loved that we could easily walk to a walking trail and access the Navy Football stadium. We didn’t attempt to walk to the downtown area because of the weather but I’m sure it’s doable. A lot of great places to eat in the area or use the kitchen to cook at the apartment. The only warning would be parking on game days, apparently there is a fine for street parking but just ask the host where to park. ☺️
