LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING
As you enter you will be greeted by a unique curved stairway. The dining area has an open wall to the newly remodeled “chef's” kitchen, which is generously appointed with elegant cabinetry and a brand cooking island. Upstairs and downstairs both have a living room with a fireplace, elegant hardwood floors, and ceiling beams. Additional amenities include; a separate laundry room, a two-car attached garage, ample off street parking, two upstairs balconies providing classic Santa Fe views, rear yard with covered patio and large outdoor table for dining.

With queen sleeper sofas in both living rooms, Encantada is perfect for up 12, or a couple wanting just the best in a Santa Fe experience with an excellent location and a quality home to stay in.

BED AND BATH
This beautifully remodeled home features almost 4,000 square feet of authentic Santa Fe ambiance and luxurious living, with 4 bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms) and 4.5 bathrooms in total.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The property is pet-friendly and has a fully enclosed yard. Encantada feels like staying at a good friend’s home and not a simple rental.

PLEASE NOTE:
- One of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be made up into a king depending on what you would like. Please let us know at least a week before your stay how you would like that fourth bedroom made up.
- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $200 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.
- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th.

This is a nice house within walking distance of the Santa Fe square and access to great restaurants and shopping. The house is comfortable and better stocked than most rental homes. The only thing we would have liked was a better view, but that's hard to get when you are renting in town. One thing to keep in mind is that this house has numerous levels and steps, so it would be difficult for someone with less mobility.

This home was perfect for a family wedding weekend in Santa Fe. There was plenty of space for people to spread out. And every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything one would need for a weekend or a month stay! Two Casitas arranged for us to have two pack-n-plays for the children which helped tremendously. Check-in and out was a breeze and we really appreciated Two Casitas working with us for an early check-in and late check-out to accommodate the children's naps. We would highly recommend this house and Two Casitas.

This house was perfect for two families with teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enough bathrooms to suit the needs of teenage girls! The outdoor spaces and fire pit were lovely for mornings and evenings with a cup of coffee or glass of wine respectively. The kids enjoyed baking a pie in the kitchen with the apples they bought at the farmers market. The plaza was a short distance, and we honestly found it easier to walk most places then to have to find parking on a busy holiday weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Easy checkin. Clean. Well appointed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again if we stayed in Santa Fe. We really didn't care to watch television, but if that is your thing, be prepared to study and puzzle over the numerous controllers to try to figure out how they work.

Very enjoyable stay and will likely return. Although it has obviously been renovated recently, the property and the furnishings were very appropriate to Santa Fe. Beds, sofas and chairs were all nice and comfortable. And the location could not be any better. It's an easy walk to the Plaza---so much so that the only reason we used the chef's kitchen was to make coffee or to heat up our doggie bags from the night before.

The only item I would improve is including instructions on how to use the AC unites. We had some challenges with getting the AC units in the upstairs bedrooms to work and it became warm and stuffy upstairs at times. Will was very nice about trying to help us with tips and suggestions but we still couldn't figure it out.

The only recommendation I would have is that the information that we receive from Two Casitas should be more specific for your property. We wondered if Encantada had a hot tub. We did not think so but when I received information about staying there from Two Casitas that document mentioned a hot tub. Other than that everything was perfect!!!!!!

Thank you so much! We had a great stay at Encantada. Just a few minor things that might need to be fixed. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wobbles when it is turned on, the black-out shades have a tendency to fall down when being adjusted (also the master bedroom), and it would be nice if the kitchen had either cling wrap or aluminum foil stocked. The property is beautiful though and we had a great time.

The only thing the house was missing were pillow cases for the extra pillows. There were only two cases for one of the beds and lots of pillows with no cases in the closet. We used both pull out beds. Also the shower and bath lights in the master were out. Everything else was perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

This was my first visit to Santa Fe. I didn't know what to expect, and after several planes and a drive, I was ready to relax. When we arrived, the home was very well decorated and warm inside. As soon as we got inside, we built a fire and relaxed in the living room. This alone made it 10000 times better than a hotel. We cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen and we used the china and silverware that was in the cupboard. Everything was top-notch quality. No hotel or industry towels, shampoos, etc. Everything was as if we were staying at our own home, or that of a close friend. The personal feel of this home made our trip great, and we can't wait to go back!

All was wonderful. The only thing the bedroom on the upstairs with no bathroom, the bed was too short, other than that we had an amazing time beautiful house and views! Walking distance from the center which was great!

Everything ws delightful! The kitchen as ample enough tot make a Thanksgiving Feast for 14, everyone was comfortable, the location was great and uber convenient and the house looks jut like it is pictured. The only thing that as a bit odd was it was hard to adjust the temperature in the rooms and living space to be totally comfortable. Not a big deal, but a lot of us sweated at night.I am sure it is easily fixed.

We loved the Southwestern decorations, the well-stocked kitchen, and the layout of the house. The team at Two Casitas made everything so easy. Parking was a dream and downtown a short walk away. We rented the house with another family to make a total of four adults and five kids. This house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen, and separate seating areas for everyone to have some space. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to Santa Fe.
