I would recommend this hotel because it is excellent despite the minor problems we encountered.

The room was nice and the elevator was prompt and clean. The ambiance of the hotel was very nice and everything was clean and modern. The beds and bedding was excellent.

My room had not been vacuumed properly as my little Chihuahua kept eating crumbs off the floor, which made her sick the next day. Also, there was not hot water for tea later in the day, and our room ran out of kleenex.

Very comfortable hotel for us and our two kids. Breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and our room was very clean.

I did not like the parking situation. There was not even parking. I also did not like the breakfast hours. We needed to leave early to get on the road, I wish breakfast had started at 3.

Service was lacking in the extreme.

I almost never leave reviews, but this had to be sent. I am visiting here from out of town due to a traumatic loss in my family. I double checked to make sure that my room would be cleaned no less than four times. I went down to the front desk. I called twice and made sure to double check with them before we left. I was told as long as we were out of our room by noon my room would be cleaned. It is the third day in a row and they still have not cleaned it. I requested it multiple times and greatly needed thissmall service in my life. I know that it is not the fault of those who are cleaning, however, the fact that they assured me that this would be done and then did not do it, is very disappointing. At times like this, It's the small things that really make a difference. I really wish that they would have abided by what they promised to do.

The desk chair was soiled with fecal matter. Bathroom could have been cleaner and more soap needed.

Breakfast was not good, eggs were cold, potatoes were not cooked all the way and toaster took too long.

Front desk person upon arrival was very rude, did not smile didn’t greet us didn’t offer any answer when asked about food at that time of night. The other front desk person was very pleasant but not the person upon arrival.

Breakfast was good and the dining room was inviting. The hotel was located near restaurants and other services, which was very convenient.

I was surprised that there was a fee for the parking at the property.

The room was clean. And we were allowed to check in early.

I needed a handicap room because of mobility issues. The only thing the room had was one grab bar in the shower/tub. The description of "accessible " is misleading. The street noise late in the night was disturbing. One of the vehicles in the parking lot was vandalized. Fir the price, I was disappointed.

location is okay, near to many markets and restaurant

I booked the largest room, which is 44m, and received with a much smaller room with 30m. The staff at the hotel insisted that this is wrong information presented by booking. We have noticed that they do have the right room available and are asking us to pay almost 2x the price we paid in order to change for that room. After our communication with the hotel and booking, the hotel doesn't willing to compensate us by either giving us the right room or with monetary accommodation. Hotel insisted that is our or the booking's fault all the time throughout our negotiation.

Awful, disrespectful staff. loud doors guarantee a bad night of sleep.

the room and beds were fine

staff was terrible. had to get one girl off her phone to help us. the morning of check out my daughter and I stood behind a different staff receptionist as she helped herself to the last of the complimentary waffles for the GUESTS. she knew we were waiting and seemed to not care at all that she took the last of the breakfast. awful awful service. the doors to the rooms are so loud when they close that we were constantly awaken throughout our 2 nights. not relaxing one bit.

I didn’t stay as when we got there our room had been given to another guest.

We didn’t stay as our room was given to another guest. We were put in another room which did not matched the description of the room we had paid for. We advised the lady of the receptionist but she seemed more annoyed with the fact we brought up the issue rather than acknowledging the mistake her or her coworkers had made. The situation could’ve been resolve with little bit more professionalism but given that the receptionist wasn’t understanding, we decided not to stay there.

room decor. good tv. comfortable bed. minimal wear and tear. good table spacing in breakfast area.

shower leaked. climate control system ran constantly despite efforts to adjust settings. luggage carts not readily available. flashing light (presumably from smoke detector) on wall near bed interfered with sleep. styrofoam plates.
