All good.

Great location, very quiet yet handy for Limerick City.
tin opener didn't work - and generally a bit light on kitchen utensils!

Spacious, clean, modern, and well cared for property
One of the beds needs a new mattress

Great directions and info prior to our arrival, accomodation was fabulous- rooms large and spacious for a family, location very handy for limerick city.

Very well decorated and clean. Beautiful area and local walks.
The second bedroom has no wall/door for privacy. It's basically the mezzanine at the top of the stairs. People have to walk through your space to get to their bedroom. Thankful for the hairdryer but no mirror near a plug! Very sparsely equipped. Our bed was very lopsided, I was leaning downhill due to sad springs.

Spacious, clean house in a quiet area. Close to beautiful Curraghchase Forest Park and Adare. Check-in was very easy thanks to clear instructions from the owners.

I loved the rural location but it was not to far from locations that I was visiting.
The information on the location said there was a washer and dryer, however the dryer was not working.

The house is very good, kitchen is great! Smart TV available, large rooms. Location worked very well to me.

Lovely spacious and warm accommodation for a short stay. Everything we needed and excellent facilities - 3 new and well decorated bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved everything. This is a little hidden gem. It has everything you could need and a lot more. Less than 30 mins from Limerick city and Adare. Right beside the beautiful curraghchase Forrest. Spotless clean, warm cosy, Netflix, TVs upstairs, beautiful showers, cosy beds, fully equipped kitchen. this is missing nothing and I’m a beautiful scenic quiet location.

The cottage was spacious, warm and comfortable. Well maintained and well equipped.
There was nothing I didn't like, my only comments would be I couldn't get the oven to work and I couldn't get hot water from the sink, neither major issues and I suspect probably more down to the fact I didn't read the instructions!

Location, and the washing / drying facilities
There were a few issues. It was a bit late on the day of our travel to be told that there had been a water leak that had caused damage and also to find one of the bathrooms was out of operation. The entrance door step was littered with cigarette ends. There was a couple of stray dogs in the grounds. The TV in the front room did not have a remote. After ringing for advise to be told it had been missing for 2 weeks, and nothing could be done was disappointing and unsatisfactory that a replacement had not been sourced. The dinning room furniture still have plastic covers on the chairs. The mattresses on the bed had seen better days and caused back issues. Detailed instructions on the route to the property should be given at least a couple of days ahead of arrival.

We had our own breakfast material with us. The location was wonderful - It was quiet and serene. All cooking necessities were provided, including flour, sugar, olive oil, all dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, coffee and tea equipment, all bedding, tv, almost everything you'd want or need. The only thing lacking was paper towels.
paper towel supply

spacious, lovely location, comfortable beds, good communication & instructions.
could do with more towels & kitchen supplies eg cutlery, crockery etc.
advert should probably state remedial work needed in living room ceiling and should also state bedrooms are adjoining rather than fully separate.

spacious, quiet, clean, scenic views

Beautiful apartment, everything we needed was on site. Views were lovely, very peaceful setting. The beds very really comfy. We will be back!!
WiFi was a bit spotty but other than that everything was perfect.

Next day it looked like the heating was on almost all day and it was more comfortable to sleep in next night and we think that is the answer what could be done for better.
It was cold in the cottage on arrival despite warm radiators and heating was off during the night despite cold and very windy night. There was no information on the site that the heating is timed and that its impossible to turn it on by yourself if needed. The temperature was low at night around 17 degrees, going down to 16 degrees in the morning. Its important for us cause we travel with kids and we thought we could adjust heating to our needs. If here its impossible, the temperature should be checked to avoid so low temperatures despite working heating for few hours a day. There was no answer on our texts on the booking page and the heating was turned on no sooner than at 7am. We do not need hot place to be in as we have 19.0-19.5C in the morning to 21.5 during the day at our home but temperatures like here are too low especially in the winter time. Additionaly one of the radiators in the bedroom was not working good as well as on the corridor downstairs and toilet downstairs(the latter two were literally cold all the time) so we were using only upstairs toilets. The place was not too clean and had no all advertised items. The vacuum cleaner was out of order and sandwich toster didn't work too. There was dust on the floor. We have kids allergic to it but there was no possibility to vacuum it. There was one spare duvet which we gave to our kids to put on the base one during the night when temperature was dropping. We attach some photos too.

Great location.

Location was excellent. Bedrooms were great.
Living area a little small.

Beautiful peaceful location right next to Curraghchase forest park and Stonehill open farm. Kids had an absolute ball. Only 20 minutes outside Limerick. Askeaton and Kildimo both only about 5 minute drive away with shops for essentials and takeaways.
House was spotless throughout. Lovely big outdoor space which the kids loved.
Owner was away during our stay, but had left the keys in a lock box. Electronic gates controlled by a key remote, so felt very safe.
Couldn't fault this property in anyway. Would definitely love to return in the future.

Quite and clean environment. Good accommodation for family.

The beds were comfy, and the location was great. Lots to do in the area with kids. Under an hour to the beach.
It was a little tricky to get the hot water working in the showers, but they were good once we got it sorted.

Everything else was excellent, fabulous setting, bedrooms very spacious, both rooms ensuite, very clean, would definitely stay again & would recommend
No proper instructions on how to get hot water for showers, these definitely need to be made more clearly please

The place is spacious and had more bathrooms than advertised which is a pleasant surprise. Also really thoughtful to provide access to the forest Park.

Rooms were spacious. Lovely bed in master. Lots of space outside.
