Like home

Slow response from the owner of the house. The first response was no information how to go to the homestay..The main gate to the parking lot is closed. Parking RM45.00 for 7 hours

Disappointing

The washing machine cannot be used, this really affected our trip and plus to that, there is no action from the seller to solve this. The seller did recommend going downstairs laundry, but since i am travelling with my family and we booked this apartment due to the availability of the washing machine, thus, not being able to use the washing for the 3 nights stay is really troubling us. Other dysfunction is the air condition, 2 out of three air conditions are leaking.

Room was ok

Doesnt clean dustbin, no staff, waited for more than 30 minutes for get the key because they give wrong pin for the security box. Called the property owner no answer and no staff around for help. Get the key after 1 hour arrived there after called the owner using other number given and the give new pin number. No aircond remote for 1 of the room. Tv is not function

There 🪳 in the kitchen. And the sink in the bathroom , blocked!. In master bedroom water didn't flows. Tile in the bathroom not clean,

A good bargain for a complete homestay designed for families ❤️❤️❤️

Complete appliances, good wifi, Its strategic location & food availability. All in a walking distance 😍

1. Clothesline not sufficient. Maybe install the rope kind so it will be enough. 2. The clothes steamer is not functioning 3. The tv channel always losing signal. 4. The water heater in the 2nd bathroom is not functioning.

Great stay overall.

Love the location, there are lots of food stalls nearby. Centrepoint Sabah is just 10 minutes away (walk on foot).

Maybe the owner can prepare hangers there. There is a washing machine but still cant do the laundry as there were no hangers.

The bottom line is we enjoyed our stay at the said home stay although it's the parking is minor prob

The location is very strategic. You can easily get food around here and there's the bank nearby.. You can walk to Centre Point..

The only setback is getting parking.. Although there is a lot parking at the basement but you have to pay base on hours..
