While traveling around city, stayed in this spacious, modern apartment with incredible views. Convenient walk to restaurants and paths. Nearby small grocery. Scenic and quiet neighborhood.
Nice!!!!

We had a wonderful time in Innsbruck. The apartment is large, easily accommodated our family of four (two adult sons, each had their own rooms). The master suite on the second floor was especially nice, spacious, roomy, large master bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and an in-unit clothes washer and dryer was awesome to have. Sleeping was great, we never heard each other - good sound insulation. All in all, a delightful place to stay for our family.
There is a small grocery store just across the street, a larger one a short walk away. Restaurants nearby, easy to get to the tram for Nordkette (a must do!). Communication with the owner and property manager was flawless and responsive.
One major downside for us: We were here during very hot weather (September). The apartment was stifling and with the huge skylight windows over much of the living room area, the sun was relentless. Thank goodness for the fans in every room, but we were still very uncomfortable. If you go during warm weather, this may not be the place for you. There is also a flight of stairs from the lobby to get to the elevator and a flight of stairs from the elevator landing to the apartment. The apartment is not right in the heart of the downtown and old town area, so many things you do will require a walk. The flip side to that is that it is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, which was nice. Finally, the apartment is a little worn, nothing major, but it doesn’t really show in the photos.

This bright, spacious, spotless accommodation with spectacular views of the mountains met our needs perfectly! We love the quiet neighborhood with easy access to the mountains and to downtown.

The views from this apartment were fabulous, we could hardly stop looking at sunrise, sunset and all times in between! The location is perfect and tram right across the street made everything easy access! Communication with the host was wonderful. Showing some signs of wear, but I'd definitely go again!

Beautiful Innsbruck neighbourhood
Everything about the apartment was positive, especially the location.
The construction noise was tolerable and out of the owner’s control, so no deduction for that. My only request would be for more towels.

Great Place to stay
Great place to stay. We did drive to several locations. There are nearby coffee shops for your morning start. The place was great for the four of us.

Excellent Stay
The location of this property was excellent, and the views from the penthouse were phenomenal(definitely made our stay)!! Small hiccup with check in as had to wait outside in rain about 20 minutes, but other than that awesome stay overall!!

We love Innsbruck, and we loved staying in this accommodation! We particularly enjoyed staying in a real neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet with easy access to everything!

Gorgeous views, Spacious apartment
The host was exceptionally nice. The apartment was very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to town. The market across the street was fantastic and the tram is directly in front of the apartment. Our family of 7 had a wonderful time in the Innsbruck Penthouse. We would definitely rent this home again!!

Beautiful view but house a bit messy
The view is incredible and makes it all worth it but the home was definitely a bit messy with cluttered things and random furniture pieces. The check in process was a bit difficult as the women checking us in did not speak English or German. Overall, the home doesn’t exactly look like the pictures posted BUT the view sure does. It’s great having such bug open space to overlook the beautiful Innsbruck city line and mountains!

Beautiful view in spite of clouds
Wonderful view and clean apartment. Unfortunately there were heavy clouds during our entire visit. Maybe add a large wall photo of what the mountain view is like when weather is clear for visitors who miss it.
Location with grocery and bus stop is perfect.

Chic Penthouse in Innsbruck
We really enjoyed our stay in Innsbruck, and this sprawling penthouse was a big reason why. The living area is massive with windows facing the mountains. The kitchen is small but very modern and has everything you need. Each of the bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms well appointed. It's also located in a quiet residential part of town that's a short walk from the city center (10-15 mins). All in all, it's a great place to spend a weekend (or longer).

Best views in Innsbruck
Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) stayed for 5 nights during our spring break and had a fabulous time! Street parking at the condo was easy. Ski rental store in town was perfect and gave us great recommendations for the best local resorts for us. We skied at Axamer Lizum (30 minute drive) and Stubai Glacier (45 minutes). Another day we went to Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hour 45 minutes). We walked to two local restaurants and had delicious meals. Washer and dryer are great to have too. We highly recommend this listing to everyone visiting Innsbruck. The night views of the mountains might be even more mesmerizing than during the day! Thank you for offering this spectacular listing!

Great penthouse apartment with views of Innsbruck
The views from this apartment were a spectacular panorama of mountains and historic buildings. The owner communicated quickly with us on any questions we had. A nice location, about a 20 minute brisk walk to the old town/Aldstadt and busses also come by frequently. I would not recommend taking a taxi unless you want a thrill ride--fastest drivers I've seen in any city. Fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. We stayed five nights and thoroughly enjoyed the place. To clarify, there are three beds, one for each bedroom, that all can accommodate two people each. The website was confusing and we thought there were five beds. However, there are a couple sleeping pads that can be pulled out and put on the floor. We came for a ski trip and it was an easy drive to numerous ski areas from the apartment. The train can also be taken to several ski areas, which we did use to get to Saint Anton. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A beautiful spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the penthouse! It was very modern and spacious. The views were fantastic! It was clean and uncluttered. The elevator was very much appreciated as was the abundance of coffee and the simple to figure out espresso machine. So yummy! The instructions for the dryer were very helpful (some, in English, for the washer would be great too). The only thing we might have wanted was a few more towels. The owner was lovely to communicate with and the manager was waiting for us when we arrived. Innsbruck is lovely and parking was pretty easy. Many wonderful restaurants close by and the market across the street was fab.

Great view, very large apartment.
This apartment has a great view, and is very large.
We found it to be 20-25 mins walk to the old town area, but it’s a great walk.
The market across the street is killer to have close, and is very well stocked.

Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood within walking distance to the old historic district.
The apartment was well appointed and large enough for 6 adults. Panoramic views of the mountains. We mostly walked, but excellent public transport. Cable car to the top of Nordkette is a quick walk from apartment. Lovely time in lovely city!

Great apartment with stunning views
We stayed for 4 nights in this fantastic apartment which was very spacious for our family of 7 (5 adults & 2 children). The apartment is perfectly located, has spectacular views of the alps & town and is modernly furnished with easy to use appliances. We loved our time in Innsbruck and this apartment made it more special.

Very nice location and views
Very nice location and views. Furniture was all somewhat low to the ground, but beds were comfortable.

Beautiful spacious apartment with incredible views
This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. In a quiet residential area but only 10 minutes from the old town. Incredible views of the surrounding mountains. I had my elderly parents who found it ideal with the lift and being able to view the mountains from the apartment. I thoroughly recommend it.

Wonderful property and beautiful views.
Innsbruck is a great location to visit and very amenable to sightseeing by foot. This property is very nice, has great views, is well located, and has a very responsive property manager for any questions that might come up.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view.
This home is beautiful and the owner has thoughtful included instructions. I love that there is a remove your shoes rule because that is what we do at home as well. I was a little puzzled though when we all removed our shoes and the guy who let us in didn't. It was very spacious and comfortable. We loved it.
