Many things come to mind when you think of the town of Delray Beach. Whether it is the mile-long beaches, the refined art festival, Jazz on the Avenue, or the Pro Tennis tournaments, this small beach town truly has something to offer for everyone. Sunshine filled days on the beach, memorable nights spent with friends at all the great restaurants and bars, or shopping excursions at many of the great boutiques nearby: guests have a myriad of entertainment options available within walking distance of Tahiti Cove. Atlantic Ave, the cities boulevard of fine dining, cute shops, and nightlife, is located just down the street. Delray’s just recently re-done, and now wider than ever, beach is also just a walk away. However, you don’t even have to leave the property to enjoy the day. Tahiti Cove features a pool right outside this unit, with a breathtaking view over the Intracoastal Waterway. In the evening, one can sit on the patio and enjoy this view over a romantic dinner along with a stunning sunset that turns the sky a variety of colors from red to purple. The unit itself has various amenities including Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi, and a 37 Inch HD TV. After a relaxing and fun day, you will be sure to have a good night sleep in the large King Size bed. Delray Beach is also only 1 hour out of Miami, and 40 minutes outside of Palm Beach, which makes for great day trips.

We just finished a five-night stay at the apartment which was terrific. The location is perfect! A five minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to all the action on Atlantic Ave. The apartment itself looks like the pictures and is on the intercoastal with the great view. It had everything we needed (kitchen stuff, towels, hair dryer, tons of clothing storage). Henry is very friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need anything. We hope to stay here for our annual visit.

Henry is an incredibly polite, friendly and responsive host. The location is wonderful and the view is even better.It’s only a few blocks walk to the main part of Delray Beach; Atlantic Avenue, but the neighborhood where his apartment is located is both quiet and very safe. You are close enough to town to do things, but most of the time you get to enjoy the apartment and the tranquil view of the intercoastal. I certainly would come back to Henry‘s place.

Amazing experience! A quiet escape minutes from the beach. Henry was a great host and very responsive! The condo is set a short distance from downtown Delray for desired shopping and restaurant hopping. The unit includes a full size fridge with everything needed (pots, pans, utensils, etc) to make a great meals and sip on a beverage while watching the boats pass before you on the inter coastal. My stay coincided with the mullet run so the water was filled with activity!

Five stars for the quiet community, location and view and super cozy bed! Lower stars for overall cleanliness. We brought a few concerns to Henry upon arriving. He was very prompt at getting back to us and addressing our concerns. We liked some of the vintage qualities like the pineapple wallpaper and the original layout was retro and nostalgic. Unfortunately the home is in need of some TLC.There is a strong musty smell. Much of the décor and the paint/wallpaper is faded, torn and dirty. In need of a deep clean, fresh paint and a few updates in our opinion. We did dig the blue floor! Perfect for a Florida “beach house.”

We felt completely comfortable, the Tahiti Cove is a very well-kept complex and the apartment has everything you need. The view of the intracoastal is gorgeous and the sunsets are amazing. The proximity to the beach and town is just awesome. We love it and will be back....

The view from this property is unsurpassed…….it sits right on the Intercostal waterway, and there’s no better place to watch the sunset. We were greeted by our host’s mom, Regine, and she was very attentive and available to answer any questions. The amenities included everything from shampoo and conditioner to all paper goods, which in our experience is very unique. The Caribbean style condo is just a couple of blocks from the beach with easy access to Atlantic Avenue and its shops and restaurants. Thank you Henri and Regine!

The unit is fresh, bright and beachy. Great view of the intercoastal and just a couple of blocks over to the beach. Walk onto Atlantic Avenue in a few minutes and find all the shops and restaurants. We had a couple of minor repair issues which were addressed right away. This is a great spot to enjoy FL as it used to be without all the big high rises in a most enjoyable setting. The unit for 2 people is perfect for an east coast stay.

Planning our trip was very easy and Henry was very responsive and made things from the sec we got here just PERFECT! ANY problems we had, he immediately addresses the issue..small issue wi-fi. Also Lana (property manager) made us feel right at home:) place was spotless!!clean,clean clean! Fresh linens, towels and everything need in kitchen. Lana was always very polite and was around or we could call her also if we ever needed anything. Close shopping, even golf carts to take u up and down Dwn town Delray. For a night on town-for free! From the second you arrive at property, you know that you will have a peaceful, relaxing, quiet , romantic sunsets, and beautiful views from condo. With a lovely pool to relax in and watch the boats on intercoastal. .and of course the sunsets!😎Gated small community 2short blocks away frm beach. That seemed soo private! Very clean, not so packed beach! What's not to love about Delray Beach! We enjoyed our stay and plan on making this our Florida without kids vacation destination!. Thanks for having us Henry! BEST TRIP IN WARM SUNNY SOUTH FLORIDA !!🐊🌞🌴🦋🦀🏖🐚🍹!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few weeks to work remote, and the location couldn't have been better! The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The view from the intercostal is fabulous. This was our first time visiting Delray, and we couldn't imagine having stayed elsewhere. We had an amazing time, and certainly hope to return soon!

The condo is small, but it was fine for me. Right on the intracoastal with great sunset views, and a nice porch and pool. The location was ideal, two short blocks to a beautiful beach.

Location says it all, just a 4 to 5 min walk to the east ( about 2 city blocks in a beautifully manicured upscale neighborhood ) and you are walking on pristine sands of Delray Beach. An 8 to ten minute walk to the North in the same neighborhood, and you are on the bustling downtown end of Atlantic Ave with all of it's shops, restaurants and night life. The condo itself faces west ,so you can enjoy the warmth and the great view of the setting sun over the causeway as you relax at the end of the afternoon. The condo itself is a little small and crowded, but the cleanliness and the pristine condition of the property more than compensates.

I have been a big fan of VRBO for years. My stays at properties have been from good to excellent. This property is off the hook. Great location: a 10 minute walk to the action on Atlantic Avenue and about a 5 minute walk East to the Beach. The property was clean and what you see is what you get. Plenty of towels. Washer/Dryer on property and very inexpensive. When I checked in the owner was there to great me. Had a minor problem with a new cable service which was fixed immediately. This is the best part. The property is on the East side of the intracoastal [which is maybe 50 feet from your room just beyond the pool] with great patio furniture. The sunset view is spectacular. More than one night listening to music after dinner I fell asleep outside! Already booked for the entire month of February, 2016. Highly recommend. The one bedroom cottage had plenty of storage and could accommodate two people easily. Probably best for 50 an hour. Zero negatives and would highly recommend. The owner also provides his list of favorite restaurants which I would agree with.
