Welcome to Surfside Charm! This modern two story condo has been completely renovated and updated! Unique to Surfside, a brand new, full-sized LG washer and dryer are included inside the unit. No need to use the shared laundry onsite! All new furniture, bedding, and decor provides a comfortable and stylish Beach condo experience. The home's Surfside location directly on the No-Drive portion of New Smyrna Beach means no worries for playing on the beach and going back and forth to the pool. View from our unit tucked back in the "U" wasn't as good as others but all the more reason to get out of the room and down to the pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was cute, updated and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The complex is quiet and well maintained.

My family stays in New Smyrna beach every year. Our usual spot was booked so we had to find a new place. I would definitely stay here again. It was Clean and cozy. We are a big family with boys aged 16-20 and we had plenty of room. Loved staying up late playing games and watching movies. Beach and condo pool weren't crowded and very quiet. The unit had everything we needed, including boogie boards, beach towels and chairs.
The only thing I would note is they provide 2 trash bags and 4 laundry and dish pods. We definitely needed more as we were there for 5+ days.

This was just about everything we were expecting and more. Very nice place. The cleanliness was a 4 out of 5. I could have done a better job cleaning but I am an anal perfectionist that way. The management thought of just about everything when anticipating our daily needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. We had our granddaughters birthday party on the beach with a cookout and except for the wind blowing to hard it could not have been nicer. Even the boogie boards provided at the condo were first class. The room did not much of an ocean view but the accommodations made up for it. We stay often in the area since we have family nearby and love the area where this place is located.

I've owned a time share for over 40 years, but this was the first time I had used a rental company for a beach property. It was easy to do and the management staff (Bridget) was incredible. Bridget walked me through each step, was very patient and very professional. Based solely on the way she treated me, I would use Florida Vacay Rentals again, should the need arise and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. The unit at SurfSide Charm was nice and located right where we needed to be. The interior (bathrooms and kitchen) were slightly outdated but clean. My grandson enjoyed all the games that were in the unit. There were a couple of things that I would like to bring to your attention regarding the unit. The light in the stairwell did not work, we could not get the glass sliders to lock, and there was a cooking utensil that was not washed properly (egg was still on it). The only other issue I had was the stairs (no elevator). I didn't realize we had stairs to climb to reach the unit. Normally I would ask that question, but didn't. I have had hip replacement surgery and stairs are an issue for me. Overall we enjoyed our stay at SurfSide Charm.

Condominio is clean and rooms are very specious. We will definitely be coming back. I love that you can rent this unit for for only 2 nights or more and the price is very reasonable. The location is great and love the beach in this section of the beach great for kids and the fact that cars are not allow to drive or park in this section. The only inconvenient we found was that there are no bathrooms at the common areas/pool and there are no rails on the edge of the pool deck / retaining wall. We had a great weekend getaway and will be coming back, the management company was very responsive and accommodating.

Surfside is a great place to stay at New Symrna
The property is quite nice and located in a quiet and clean condo. It is well stocked with beach items, especially comfy chairs and a working umbrella. Although the kitchen is small and sparsely stocked, it is very functional and was nice to have filtered water. The beds were very comfy too. My 4-star rating is because of the cleaning products used that were so overwhelmingly powerful. I’m sensitive to cleaning products so this was a bit of a problem until we could air out the condo. BUT despite the cleaner smell, it was properly cleaned throughout the condo. I would recommend this condo and property as a nice place to stay at New Symrna Beach.

When we arrived the unit was very clean and the furnishings were in excellent condition. This is an ocean front complex however from this unit you can not see the ocean or the pool for that matter, just grass. The complex looked pretty run down as there is massive revamping going on. The washing machine works great howevervthe dryer does not work at all. We still had to go pay at the laundry mat facility to dry the towels that we are required to wash. I would not stay in this unit again forbthe shesr fact that I like watching the sunrise from my balcony while sipping a cup of coffee and from this unit you don't see any ocean at all. The rental management was great I have no complaints at all about them. Just would have really loved an ocean view.

Planned our vacation,we were told there was construction going on, I personally ask where? Oh just the walk ways. They failed to Inform us that there were 7 beams holding up the level above US all the way to our condo, they failed to tell us that our unit was the one they were working on during our week stay. They told me 8 to 3 was when the construction would be going on. The construction DID not end until after 4, they had a beam fall down right in front of our door, tools were left right in front of our door, & a metal bench , you literally could not get out of your door, to go thru the maze of 7 beams SAFELY. I do not hold FLORIDA VACAY RENTALS ACCOUNTABLE, they were very nice. I blame SurfSide's property management 4 not being HONEST WITH FLORIDA VACAY RENTALS. THIS ENTIRE NIGHTMARE WAS MISLEAD TO THEM. Would come back only through FLORIDA VACAY RENTALS,they honestly did the best they could. They place was fairly cleaned, however

We had such a great trip to New Smyrna Beach! Our condo was right on the water with a very warm and clean swimming pool, and well of course a beautiful beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and the decor was very tasteful. We have a 4 year old daughter, so she loved the bunk beds and all the toys and games in the condo. It was really set up well for families, including baby gates and outlet covers for families with small children. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella the condo owners provided.
