Ideally located in the historic center of Nantes, at the foot of the Cathedral and a stone's throw from the Castle, this small, recently renovated cocooning accommodation is ideal for exploring the city with its monuments, museums, shops, restaurants, bars. ..
10 mins walk from the station, no need for a car for your stay; no less than 5 bus lines within 1 minute and a tram line within 5 minutes.
Its southern exposure and its location on a beautiful courtyard make this place bright and soothing. Beautiful Virginia creeper in the yard in spring and summer.

Ideal for business trips or vacationers.

This 35 m2 apartment is made up of an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower (hair dryer available), a bedroom area with a double bed and a living room / kitchen with a convertible sofa (2 places) ). Possibility to accommodate 4 people.

The apartment is furnished with TV (TNT channels), WIFI, small dishwasher, Nespresso machine, cot (on request), baby chair (on request); towels and sheets included.

Interesting building. Great location and guiet. Stairs are mot for the faint of heart but part of the historical significance of the building and not a major factor for us.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement accueillant et très bien équipé. Il est proche de la gare, du centre-ville et de la cité des congrès où se déroulait le festival des Utopiales. C'était le combo parfait pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, d'autant que l'accueil fut tout à fait chaleureux. Je recommande à 100%.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme dans une maison très ancienne. Très petite salle de bain et surtout deux étages d'escaliers en bois aux marches irrégulières et parfois très usées. A déconseiller à quelqu'un ayant un mauvais équilibre. Excellent accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire

Nous avons passé ( mes deux enfants, 14 et 11 ans, et moi) une très agréable semaine dans un appartement très bien agencé, joliment meublé et très propre. Il est très bien situé, proche du château, de la cathédrale, pas loin du jardin des plantes, du musée des arts, de nombreux restaurants de la place du commerce pour le tramway. Très bon accueil et disponiblité de mr Droin . Je recommande sans réserve cette location qui nous a permis de découvrir et d'apprécier le centre de Nantes.

Situé idéalement et au calme. Les cloches de la cathédrale s arrêtent entre 20 h et 8 h du matin ! Tres bons contacts avec le propriétaire attentif à ce que tout soit parfait.

Great Location

We liked location, being within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The apartment is more attuned to a suite, but still has plenty of room. It also has a smart TV as we download movies from home and connect via HDMI connection. The stairs are a bit tight with luggage, and are not for those with physical impairments. Although we did not cook, there are plenty of utensils and even an espresso machine. We would definitely recommend staying here. Larry & Kelly, Georgetown, Texas.

A Great Find!

A Great Find!

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks with my two kids (ages 6 and 10) and we were very comfortable here. The apartment is well lit with natural light and is quiet. I am allergic to dust and mold and had no trouble with either of these allergies in this apartment. The towels and bedding are all clean and new. The location is exactly as promised (right next to the Cathedral) and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We were delighted by the building's 500-year old stairwell, which is beautiful to look at (and interesting to examine to see how it was constructed). But people with mobility issues may find the two flights of old steps difficult to navigate. There is grocery shopping a few minutes walk away and easy access to bakeries and cafes. We used the small kitchenette area to eat our breakfasts, simple meals, or for enjoying carryout sushi, etc. The Jardin des Plantes is a 5-minute walk away (along which you pass by the newly renovated art museum). It was a daily joy to step out of this apartment and into the heart of Nantes' historic district. We hope to stay here again next time we visit!

Joli studio bien décoré et bien équipé. La réalité est encore mieux que les photos ! Idéalement situé en centre-ville, proche de la cathédrale et de tous les commerces, ce studio bénéficie d'un calme propice au repos après une belle journée de visites. Tout est d'une propreté irréprochable. L'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et ses petites attentions gourmandes participent à se sentir bien dès l'arrivée.

Nous avons apprécié cette location en plein centre ville, très propre, ensoleillée ou rien n'est oublié pour que les locataires soient satisfaits, le propriétaire est agréable et facilement joignable. Par le froid de février mais sous le soleil, nous avons visité la belle ville de Nantes et passé une journée à Pornic N'hésitez à venir quelques jours dans cette location à Nantes, vous repartirez comme nous ravis, vos enfants apprécierons également .

L'appartement est très agréable, très calme, spacieux, tout neuf tout propre, moderne, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'équipement est très complet. L'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique, généreux, efficace. La situation entre le château et la cathédrale est parfaite pour visiter Nantes. Que demander de plus ? Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande sans réserve cette location.
