About this house rental

A modern beachhouse in a semi-rural setting. The house has wide paved areas and extensive garden. It sits high on the block with farm land on the Northern boundary and views to the south, east and west.

Enjoy the luxury of space. The house is well proportioned, sited on a large block and has expansive views of the Willunga hills, the beach and farmland.The 2 storey holiday house features rammed earth walls, polished concrete floors and lots of jarrah. Large windows frame the scenery in all directions.
The beach is accessed by a 5 minute walk through the Willunga Creek Linear park.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, big fridge , microwave and coffee machine. Outside there is a BBQ with a wok burner .
There is a double lockup garage.
This house is close to Port Willunga Beach. It is a very short drive or bike ride to all the wineries of McLaren Vale and Willunga.
Please note that pets can not be kept on the property and there is a non-smoking policy.

Accommodation details
In total there are four bedrooms and the house sleeps up to eight people.
There are three bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds in each room. Upstairs in the parents' retreat there is a queen size bed.
The dining table seats eight. The house has three living areas. There is a big leather lounge in one of the downstairs areas. Big glass doors open onto the garden and to views of the linear park, the historic part of Port Willunga and to the Willunga Hills beyond.
The second living area downstairs has a lounge,TV and DVD player.
There is a fully equipped laundry and a bathroom next to the second living area.
The area has evaporative cooling.

Upstairs
We call this part of the house the parents retreat. It is 9m by 7m has polished jarrah floorboards and a cathedral ceiling. There is a queen bed and an ensuite as well as a lounge area perfect for relaxing. The area has reverse cycle airconditioning. The balcony deck upstairs is a great place to enjoy the surroundings. The elevated location enables you to take in the views of the farmland to the north, the Pt Willunga Beach to the west and the Willunga Hills to the south. Sunrises and sunsets are special.

All linen including bath towels, tea towels and beds made up for your arrival, are included in the price as are standard cleaning charges.

We had a great family time relaxing and checking out all that the local beaches and surrounds. The house was great and in an amazing location that made it one of our best holidays of recent times. We'll definitely be back.

The house is within easy walking distance to the beautiful Port Willunga Beach. We were able to fish, swim, surf and take walk to nearby caves. The house has a well equipped kitchen, long communal table, three lounge areas and four bedrooms. The scenery from the windows and balcony was fabulous and the bird life abundant. We had a great time.

The most amazing setting for our 3 night stay in Adelaide - only 45 minutes to central Adelaide and location was so peaceful and a lovely short walk through the basin to the most beautiful beach. Lovely home, set out worked perfect for us with our own space upstairs while kids and grandparents had their space downstairs. Lovely text communication with Sue - thanks so much for the use of your amazing home.

We loved our stay here. Plenty of room for seven of us (plus a toddler) and the house was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and cliff-top walking tracks, and short drives to wineries and eating establishments. We didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful weekend in this house- spacious and very well kept with everything you need provided and most importantly gorgeous views every way you looked! Hosts were very considerate, friendly and accomodating, with clear communication and a detailed notes folder to help you settle in. Wished it could have been longer, hopefully we will be back

The house was wonderful, with lots of light, and great views of the hills and sea. With three living areas and the fabulous parents retreat for watching the sunset, it was the perfect place to spend time with family. We loved the easy access to the beach. We would love to return!

Generous light filled spaces with the outdoors coming in - sunlight, bird song, rhythmic sounds of ocean waves, sunset ocean views from upstairs balcony. Charming setting and views. clean and comfortable inside. Useful to have 3 separate living areas to spread out. Lovely walk or bike ride along the creek to the beach and easy access to bike trails going north and south along the coast. Friendly and helpful owner/property manager. Would definitely stay again. This house had everything we needed for 6 adults and 2 children. It was clean and tidy and had all the added personal touches which made it very homely. Short stroll to the beach and a quick 5 min drive to aldinga shopping centre for anything we needed. Great views to the hills and very secluded and quiet area. Will certainly return again.

A lovely house, airy and light. Garden full of birds. The kids loved the walk through the park to the beach. Enjoyed the sea breezes on hot days. Great communication with hosts. We are regular visitors to Pt Willunga and haven't found better than this.

great communication with the owners and a friendly welcome and run through the house on arrival. All organised with the pizza oven and wood which was amazing. The best pizzas ever. Thanks for all the instructions Tom on how to use the oven. The parents retreat was stunning . The house was very well stocked and extremely comfortable. Stunning views from all directions. We loved we could walk to the beach and Star of Greece restaurant from our house. Absolutely would return and recommend this property.

Fabulous stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kirra Beach house. The vista is beautiful and so relaxing, and everyday we strolled a few minutes down to the stunning beach. Sue had excellent communication with us and met us on arrival to show us around, which was much appreciated. Sue was lovely and shared helpful tips about the house and the area. We were a family of four with two boys under 7yo who enjoyed playing around the garden/patio. The retreat upstairs was great for us to have our own space - and the views were lovely. We would highly recommend Kirra beach house. Thanks Sue and Thom.

Brilliant

We had a great time at Kirra Court Beach House. Will definitely be going back again one day. Sue did a wonderful job getting us all sorted when we arrived. Pizza oven out the back is a wonderful addition and we cooked plenty there on Saturday afternoon. Thanks again Sue and look forward to our next visit.
