Our home is perfect for wedding parties, family reunions, couples retreats, or just a gathering of friends. We love providing a warm space and plenty of room to relax& get away from daily stress and be together.
The Space:
Beautiful view of park/reserve formal living room and dining room with gourmet kitchen & large family room. Large master suite with luxurious bathroom and direct lanai access from the suite. Second king bedroom junior suite with adjacent private bath. 3rd bedroom full bed and 4&5th rooms perfect for kids and adults alike. Upstairs enjoy the billiards room with upstairs bath. Park and playground with grill steps away. All of central Florida is within 30 min and beaches about an hour. Go from antiquing in quaint old Florida Mt. Dora to the excitement of Daytona. Our home backs up to a beautiful neighborhood park with playground equipment for children and a pavilion with a grill. Super quiet upscale neighborhood. Very near Florida's natural Wekiva Springs.
Getting Around
We are 30-45 min from the MCO Orlando airport and about the same distance from Sanford airport. We have a driveway and can accommodate 2 or 3 cars. One should have a car to fully enjoy central Florida but there is UBER and Lyft nearby.

Super clean, neat and very spacious home, we had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and glassware for a party of 10. Bedrooms are super comfy with a master to die for!!! One of the best properties we have ever stayed in; Michele (owner) was a delight to deal with, always quick and on point with instructions and recommendations. We highly recommend this property!!!

This is a really nice home. Very inviting, clean and spacious. Perfect for blending different families on vacation. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were big enough for everyone to be together. The kids loved the bunk beds and pool table. The back patio was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon tea. Convenient to other beautiful parts of Apopka. Wedding venue was 10 minutes from the house. It had everything we could have needed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time with all our family for our nieces wedding weekend. It was a four day event and we were able to keep all our dresses, cakes, and a mountain of food all within in reach. Perfect location for Apopka wedding Venues. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware, even spices, making it convenient to cook for large family. Driveway large enough to accommodate 6 vehicles. We had a blast playing pool with the family.

Perfect for Large Family
House was in a great location- close to Mt.Dora and Sydonie Mansion. , and airports. We had 18 adults and there was more than enough room without being on top of one another. Perfect for family traveling in for our daughters wedding.

The house was perfect for our family of nine adults and a toddler. Very quiet, gated neighborhood and the park/playground behind the house was an added bonus. The location was perfect to visit friends in Mount Dora....and to go to Disney/Universal without having to drive on I-4!

Wedding Bliss
Property was perfectly located for the Wedding Venue at Highland Manor and Rehearsal Luncheon in Mount Dora. The kitchen was well appointed for our Large Family meals and gathering as we have 3 chefs in the family that took full advantage. The bedroom spacing and bathroom situation was very accommodating for 12 adults and 1 toddler to get ready and have privacy when warranted. The home was beautifully decorated and welcoming. It felt like home away from home for all of us to gather, catch up, reminisce, and reconnect before welcoming the latest addition to our family. The playground was enjoyed by all of the adults as much as our grandson and was perfect for a few games of football. The weather was perfect for us to enjoy many hours on the patio watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets with an equally beautiful view of the well groomed park area. Our nature lovers in the family enjoyed seeing the various birds and other wildlife from the patio, including a Cuban tree frog that stayed with us all week in the tree on the back porch!
Michelle was always responsive and very accommodating when the need arose to contact her.

A Large, Comfortable Home for a Family Reunion
This was a perfect setting for a family reunion that had family members who ranged from 5 months to 84 years old. The house was spacious, very clean, very functional, warm and inviting, and very comfortable for the 8 adults and 3 children who slept there, plus the 3-4 adult family members from the region who were often day visitors. The location seemed remote at first, but actually it was very good and it is not far at all from anything that you might need from outside the home (grocery stores, food, activities, etc.). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and friendly. There is a nice playground and park area behind the house that is accessible via a modest walk around the border fences to get to it. The house and property were very peaceful, very comfortable, and Michele - the host - was really good and very responsive for questions or if anything was needed. We totally enjoyed our reunion week together there, and we never felt crowded or cramped. Everything in the house worked perfectly, meaning there were no issues at all with anything. It is a great venue with a great host, and you should stay there if in the Orlando area!

Nice Home
This home was perfect for our group of golfers who were competing at Mission Inn at an event. It was an easy 30 minute ride. This home was large enough to give us all the privacy that we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to others.

Listing did not do justice to the home. Tall ceilings, wonderful comfortable furnishings, and tons of space for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Michele was super responsive and helpful during our stay, and the extra touch of a beautifully-decorated Xmas tree made our Xmas trip to Orlando that much more special. Highly recommend this rental for any families visiting the Orlando area/Disney parks!!

Perfect Perfect Perfect
Everything was so amazing I don’t even know where to begin! The house was perfect for my family as we came to Apopka to celebrate my daughters wedding. The house is so spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the large skillets for feeding our little army! All the bathrooms were well supplied, kitchen had everything we needed, the house is clean, comfy and homey. The pool table was a nice plus too! It truly exceeded our expectation!!

Comfortable and Private
This was a very good spot for us - a comfortable 'home base' with easy access in and out, and close to a wedding venue we were in town for as well as Disney and Universal. An added bonus was the separate temperature control for the second floor. We had three adult men sleeping up there who were able to make it as cold as they liked - which would have been too cold for the rest of us! We felt very much at home with enough privacy for everyone as needed, as well as cozy enough to gather all together.

Great Family Get Together home.
This property was perfect for our week in Central Florida. We had family members from all over the US during our get together. Plenty of room to relax and stretch out. Location was 30 minutes from Disney. Mt Dora was a great little side trip. Michele was prompt with all communications and our refund was promptly received.

Lovely home
My family of 9, including a toddler and baby, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! We were in Apopka for a family reunion and this was a great home base for us as we attended activities in central Florida. We even hosted an extended family dinner one evening and the large, well-equipped kitchen was easy to prepare a large meal and serve from. With two dining areas as well as a patio table, there was plenty of seating. The AC was able to keep the house cool even with lots of people. The large sectional was comfy for relaxing after our busy days. The bedrooms (especially the master) were roomy and comfortable. Bathrooms were not huge but ample. The entire house was spotless and well maintained. Michele was very helpful and always prompt answering questions. I highly recommend this home!

Great stay
My extended family and I stayed here while in town for my brother's wedding. The house is beautiful and spacious, and my kids loved the playgrounds that were so close by. We had a bit of an ant swarm issue during our stay and Michele was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Family International Wedding
Michele was pleasant, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. The house had tons of room, was very well equipped, and had a great view of the park. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We had enough room for the entire bridal party to get hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding and still have space for the rest of the family to sit and relax. It was a wonderful visit and I highly recommend this beautiful home!
