Escape to this brand new designer decorated 1, 200 square foot condo with every amenity to help make your stay memorable as well as extremely comfortable. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath rental boasts a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, interior decorator appointed furnishings, and thoughtful touches that create an ideal environment for up to 6 guests to enjoy.
You will feel the comfort and coziness of this condo immediately upon arrival. There is a full sized stackable washer and dryer, three 50-inch smart TVs, cable, Wi-Fi, and a wireless printer.
The two spacious bedrooms are both outfitted with king sized beds, down comforters, and high thread count sheets, which sets this condo apart from others. Wall hung TVs in each bedroom allow guests to unwind with a classic movie at the end of a busy day. Here on business? No worries as the master bedroom contains a 60"desk as well as a comfortable desk chair and wireless printer. Ample plush towels made of Egyptian cotton are included in both baths. The master bath has a deep soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. The second bath has a spacious walk in shower with bench. A large closet in the master suite is ready for your extended stay with lots of hanging space and shelving for all of your needs. The walk in closet in the second bedroom also has ample hanging space and shelving.

The Broadmoor is a lovely place to stay and perfect for a game day weekend! It is tucked away in a quiet complex but still close to everything. The hosts have created a comfortable and well appointed home and have thought of pretty much everything anyone could need. They have great communication and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We have already booked more game weekends for this season and will definitely check availability for future events.

We stayed here while my daughter was competing in the junior Olympics. The home was conveniently located to the track as well as dining, groceries, shopping etc. It had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were gracious in letting us check out late so we could shower after the track meet before traveling back home.

From the clean, stylish and spacious space, to the gracious hosts, this was a perfect landing spot to call home for our Aggie's Graduation. It was only about 15 min. to Reed Arena, and getting around was very easy. The beds we comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix a hearty breakfast for the family.. We loved our stay here, and would gladly book again for our next Aggie graduation.

The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood. Had all the conveniences for a comfortable stay and was well decorated and equipped for all purposes. The other residents were not a distraction to our stay. Cannot make this statement about a stay in a hotel. We will be staying again at The Broadmoor!

We loved the Broadmoor place. Stayed here for a family wedding and great location. We were 10 minutes from everything. Well appointed apartment with kitchen and plenty of room. 5 stars, loved this place.

We highly recommend this property. It is very clean and modern and has more than enough room for 2 families. We did have trouble with with the internet and cable but we’re able to contact the owners immediately.

As soon as you open the door you know you will have made the right decision. Super cute decor, great beds, bedding. Very clean, lots of special touches. Easy to get around for anything TAMU related. Communication with owner a breeze. Will be staying again.

We were initially disappointed that we were unable to get a room at the hotel where the other wedding guests were staying…. But ultimately we were so happy to be at this condo! It is lovely, very well designed and is located in a quiet community! We were very close to the wedding events, but separated just enough to have our own privacy and space! We loved this place! We don’t have many reasons to go to College Station, but I know where to stay when we do! Thank you! A bottle of wine was left for our enjoyment, and honestly, we were so peaceful and relaxed, that we didn’t feel the need to open it, but thought that it was a very nice touch! Than you again!

My husband, son and I stayed at the Broadmoor while in town for a basketball tournament. The Broadmoor definitely beat staying at a hotel. It was conveniently located near many food options, and we enjoyed making a quick visit to the campus of Texas A&M as well. Kenneth was very helpful and easily accessible even though we had no issues. The condo was decorated beautifully and made for an extremely comfortable trip! We would definitely stay here again if we were in town for another tournament!

This property was perfect for me to visit family during Thanksgiving week and still be able to work during the day. Everything was very comfortable and I felt very much at home. This property was perfect for us. Two large bedrooms with bathrooms connected and is just what we were looking for. I really appreciate the two king beds, that’s really hard to find in a VRBO. The beds were so comfortable too. The upgrades this property had were impressive, you can tell they have a knack for decorating.

The condo is situated in a quiet part of Bryan, within easy access to any College Station activities. The condo is decorated to a high standard - most definitely a home away from home feeling. A nice touch were the bottles of wine and water in the fridge upon our arrival. My only complaint would be for any light sleepers out there - there are two a/c units situated right outside the rear bedroom window and they do go on and off all night. Might be an idea to bring ear plugs or take the bedroom at the front of the property, if you are prone to hearing all the bumps and noises of the night. The owners communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and fast food outlets within the area. Yes, there are students in the condo complex, and they were a little vocal on Saturday night, but you can't escape them in a University town! Overall, I would recommend this property for a short stay in Bryan, especially with the high level of design and home comforts.

The owners were super nice and incredibly responsive to our questions. I cannot say enough good things about our stay, the property and the owners! This will be my first choice for all return trips to Aggieland.

This was by far one of the best and CLEANEST vacation rentals we’ve experienced. The hosts left thoughtful touches throughout the home and they were helpful but not intrusive. The furnishings were classy yet comfortable for our family of 5. The location was convenient to Kyle Field and was in a safe and quiet area. We loved everything about this place!

Nice property, well decorated and a great setup for 2 couples. My husband and I were joined by his brother and sister-in-law for a football weekend and a birthday celebration. The accommodations were great for 2 couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely look at this property again for future trips to BCS. The hosts were great and very timely with communications. The check-in and check-out process were very simple. Highly recommend!
