The property: LARGE ENCLOSED LAND: 600 m², 2 spaces enclosed by high walls for your privacy, security, that of your children, your animals. Sheets (the beds are prepared for your arrival), household linen, towels (2/pers), fireplace wood (90l), are FREE. BADMINTON and PETANQUE court (8 rackets, 14 balls), TABLE TENNIS and rackets. 10 bicycles, baby bike seats, stroller, fishing service, beach games. Garden: 2 garden furniture, 4 Chilean chairs, 4 Deckchairs, WIFI Internet. DVD, + 100 books. Very many board games. Real hydromassage shower 2 people 1m x 1m.
REMEMBER TO BOOK EARLY. Many reservations are made more than 6 months before the stay.
In a listed seaside resort, 5 minutes walk from the beach, very comfortable property (9 people) with large garden and many services. The spirit of the house: a place WITHOUT WORRIES, where we come, without worrying about whether there will be our favorite kitchen utensils, whether we will have to take care of the beds, whether babies, children, parents, grandparents, athletes, animals, will have what they need. Our goal: to make your stay easier. With a large number of facilities available, you have as little as possible to take with you. It is a house OF SERVICES. 12 services are included in the rental.
Security deposit 1500 €.
RESERVATION - To reserve a deposit of 25% will be required.
The tourist tax (5.5% of the rental amount) is to be paid to the owner.

ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES.
The house is completely independent. The owner does not live nearby. This gives the tenant full enjoyment of the property without any inconvenience of proximity. Check-ins are on Saturday at 5 p.m., check-outs at 10 a.m.
KEY BOX. If the house is ready before 5 p.m., you will receive a text message with the code for a key box on the day of your entry, at the time the house is ready. The entry code is never sent before the house is ready. Entry can also be made after 5 p.m. with the key box.
If you want other times, please ask us. Check-outs cannot be made after 10 a.m.
RESERVATION TERMS
For a complete request, with the information requested above, made more than one month before the date of the stay:
1. Online reservation (25% deposit) and message from the tenant to the owner with the following information.
- The composition of your family or group (adults/children/babies). Please tell us the ages.
- Your postal address
- A mobile phone number
- Specify if you want the cleaning option (+120€)
- Indicate which animals are accompanying you.
2. Sending of personalized contract by e-mail. (owner to tenant)
3. Return by post or scanned contract by email of the reservation contract (tenant to owner)

4. One month before the stay: balance, and security deposit by credit card on the site.

The security deposit is €1,500 (amount of the coverage provided by your bank card via the Abritel, VRBO, Expedia, Homeway, Fewo direkt, etc. websites).
The running costs are included in the price. Namely: 50 Kwh / week of electricity and 4 m3 / week of water, 90 liters of wood / week (which corresponds to 1/4 of one of the two reserves located on either side of the fireplace). Additional consumption will be billed. Prices for October 2024: (wood €24 / 90 liters); electricity €0.2516 / kWh; water €5 / m3). The EDF and water rates applied will be those in effect at the time of rental. The running costs included cover the usual consumption (excluding heating) of a family or group. You must nevertheless plan for the possibility of a supplement in the event of additional consumption or of course for heating (electricity and/or wood) depending on the seasons and according to each person's habits.
The end-of-stay cleaning (+120€) is an option and not an obligation.
It is not possible to rent incomplete weeks at a rate pro rata to the number of days. Any week started is due.
The end-of-stay cleaning option: Either you do not take it then you must return the house exactly in the condition (cleaning and tidying) in which you found it when you entered. Or you take it then you do not have to clean at the end of your stay. Which does not exclude enjoying the rental as a "good father". What is the spirit of the cleaning option? It is to allow the tenant not to do the cleaning on the last day, not to dust the premises before leaving the rental. The cleaning option does not correspond to the complete cleaning of a house that has not been cleaned during the entire stay nor to the tidying of the house.

Location exceptionnelle
Un lieu idéal pour les randonneurs. Il faut faire le cap de Carteret, le Rosel, Sciotot, le cap de la Hague, Goury, Eclagrain. La maison est idéalement située et il y a tout dedans rien à apporter, la
literie est parfaite, terrain de pétanque et boules sur place.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location, tout était parfait. La maison est plus que très bien équipée, tout y est. Le seul regret, ne pas avoir réservé plus d'une semaine.

Accueil chaleureux par la personne mandataire pour faire l'arrivée, avec un message du propriétaire également très agréable. Petit présent de bienvenue au top.
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison aux nombreux services. Tout est pensé pour avoir "tout sous la main" et pour arriver avec un minimum de bagages.
Nos 2 enfants (2 ans et 4 ans) ont profité des jeux extérieurs comme intérieurs. Et nos 4 chiens ont pu profiter de l'extérieur clôturé et très sécurisé. Et pour nous : ping pong, volley, pétanque, jardin bien exposé...
Tout est bien expliqué à l'aide de petites fiches notamment pour la télé, wi-fi, machine à laver, ... L'équipement au top : la literie est très confortable et de bonne qualité, 2 salles de bain, 2 espaces salon, livres, dvd, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge, ... sont vraiment un gros plus.
Cette maison offre aussi un emplacement idéal, plage à proximité, balades dans la région avec des magnifiques paysages, aire de jeux (jeux pour enfants + tennis + basket) en face de la maison.
Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour à Barneville-Carteret.

Une maison familiale très bien équipée
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au mois d'avril 2022 dans cette maison très accueillante. Les aménagements sont simples et confortables.Tout l;équipement est pensé dans les moindres détails pour profiter de vacances en famille avec trois générations sous le même toit. Le site est calme et tout proche de la plage, le grand jardin entièrement clos permet de nombreuses activités de plein air. Les espaces de repos sont bien agencés pour permettre à deux familles de vivre ensemble tout en préservant son intimité.

La maison est très bien équipée. Le fait d'y trouver tout le nécessaire est vraiment confortable. Bonne literie. Jardin agréable et bien clôturé. Il y a des suppléments pour l'électricité et le bois. Quand il fait froid, le quota est vite dépassé. Les plages magnifiques sont accessibles rapidement à pied. A recommander

Exceptionnelle
Cette location est exceptionnelle. La cuisine est super équipée, le grand terrain est parfait pour les chiens. Le site est très bien sécurisé et tout est fourni il n’y a rien à apporter, tablettes lave vaisselle, tous les ingrédients de base et plus encore et grande quantité. Plein de vélos et de jeux, le terrain de pétanque, le matériel de pêche, les bottes, plein de jeux de plateau. Le bonheur pour tous. De nombreux commerce aux bourg une excellente boulangerie patisserie.

Une location chaleureuse et une region superble.
La maison est très chaleureuse. On est très bien accueillis nous n’avons jamais vu autant de choses dans une locations et le feu de cheminée en foyer ouvert est très agréable. Nous avons fait de belles ballades Le Cap de Carteret est superbe, ballades dans les dunes. Et un superbe magasin village à l’ancienne à quelques kilomètres à sortoville en

Totalement convaincus.
La maison est située au calme, très proche de la mer et de nombreux sentiers de ballades. Nous conseillons vivement le Cap de Carteret.
C’est idéal pour les enfants avec de nombreux vélos, des jeux d’intérieur et d’extérieur. la table de ping pong est un bonheur on peut même jouer de nuit avec les projecteurs. La maison est très bien sécurisée et les terrains très bien pour les chiens. Il n’y a rien à apporter tout est dans la maison.
Nous avons été très convaincus par cette location.

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cette maison, j'aime son emplacement (5' à pied de la mer), sa capacité d'accueuil, sa cuisine très bien équipée, le terrain de pétanque dans le jardin, la table de ping pong, tous les jeux à disposition, les bottes en caoutchouc de toutes tailles et la grande cheminée !

Les chiens sont très bien accueillis. Le terrain est vaste et idéal pour les quatre pattes. La literie est confortable. Tout est très bien pensé
et merci pour le service sans soucis. Une maison au calme et les possibilités de ballades sont nombreuses et tous les commerces sont à proximité. Nous reviendrons.

Gite exceptionnel.
Le service sans soucis est exceptionnel. Nous sommes habitués aux locations de gites et nous n’avons jamais trouvé ce que nous avons trouvé dans celui-ci. Tous les produits indispensables sont sur place.

Proche de la mer, un lieu de villégiature pour se ressourcer, quartier calme, jardin clos formidable pour les chiens, propriété bien sécurisée et aussi de belles ballades juste à proximité. Beaucoup de produits de première nécessité et de confort sont dans la location ce qui est rare et très appréciable. Le bourg de Barneville offre toutes les commodités.
