About this house rental
In Barneville-Carteret, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer you this charming 144 m² house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 51 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A 51 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Separate WC
- Laundry room
Ground floor (upstairs):
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A storeroom and bicycle garage
- Bathroom with shower
Additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A private swimming pool, heated to 28°, measuring 4×8m and 1m to 1m60 deep, open from May 1 to September 30, equipped with a safety shutter (the pool is fully visible from the house).
- 300 m² enclosed garden
- 100 m² terrace with furniture
The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, 1h34min by car.
