As other people said, the place looks like the photos. People from the hotel are welcoming, the room is clean, big and you don't here anyone from the others houses. Like the pool (also very clean), the gate is open all the time, meaning you can come back at whenever hour you want. Having a bath in the pool when the sun is down makes all the difference in holidays. You're not in a tourist place, but you have all the calm and the confort of a resort.
The Sao Beach (which is really the most beautiful beach of the island) is just at a little more than one kilometer away and you can rent a motorbike directly at the resort for 180 000 dong/day (and they are accommodating with the hours). In literally 4 minutes, you are there.
If you want to spend time in the south of the island with some confort but without be disturbing by others tourists, this is the place you should stay.
Two things stop me to put the maximal note to the establishment :
- You don't have any accessories or hooks to hang your beach clothes or your laundry (that's a shame because there is a lot of space, especially in the room behind the bathroom).
- In the bedroom, there is only the air conditioner. If you prefer a big and old fan (like me), you don't have the choice.

The bungalow was nice. Clean, comfortable bed, Nice bathroom. Nice pool with clean water. Breakfast was Ok. Staff were friendly but their English limited. Rented a good motorbike 180,000 a day. It was quiet most of the time. Occasionally some noise from other guests but not too much. A pleasant and comfortable stay. With the motorbike we visited both west and east coast beaches and the nearby town of Kiên Giang with the amazing and bizarre pseudo Italian town of Sun Town is definately worth a visit.
Sunbeds at the pool very uncomfortable without mats. The chairs in the room and patio also hard and uncomfortable. Soft mats are needed. Also there's nowhere to hang your swim wear to dry. We hung them on the patio furniture. Also nowhere to properly hang towels in the bathroom and nowhere in the shower to put your soap except the floor. There was a drying room but no hangers to hang your clothes on. These things were mildly annoying but didn't stop us having a great time.

The proximity to Bai Sao beach was convenient. The pool was really nice. It was easy to hire a motorbike to cruise to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were nice and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and the bungalow had a rear entrance for extra privacy in the bedroom. For people with a car or their own motorcycle there is plenty of parking.
The staff has a low level of English, but they were very warm. There's no bar or restaurant as advertised with the exception of an unremarkable optional breakfast. Bring your own booze from the shops.

the pool and the bedroom
the service wasn’t good and they didn’t serve breakfast when I booked the hotel breakfast was included in the price and then later on they cancelled it because they run out of staff.

Very clean bungalows, outdoor shower was lovely. Good sized pool. Good lamps, storage etc in rooms. Helpful staff.
No breakfast or food offered, unfortunately.

We all had a great time, the staff was really helpful and they provided plenty of services that were not supposed to be included in the price we've paid.
We didn't need to care pretty much about anything, it was great stay!

The staff were very helpful and open, especially regarding the arranging of all kinds of transportation!

- Free shuttle from/to airport
- good swimming pool
- nice staff
- they give us adittional 2hours in resort for free
- free bottle of water everyday
- they offer free buggy ride to seacoast ( but we did not used it)
- big clean room, ac works perfectly
Overall we enjoyed.
-no adittional towels for swimming pool (bring your own from the room)
-sunbeds are without cushions (just wood) so hard to lay for a longer time
-breakfast very poor, and every morning guests were asking to bring something like bread/cups/ fruts..they not pay attention that plates were empty and new people are still comming to eat.
- suggestion for better comofort: empty room outside washroom could be improved with hooks to dry towels and swimsuits.

The bungalows were very good! And that's what matters in the end, great AC units good beds and very clean with a great semi-outdoors bathroom. The pool area was nice but we were missing cushions for the sunbeds.
The location close to both Said Beach, An Thoi and local restaurants is nothing but great, especially if you have a motorbike.
Most things were very good, but the whole resort lacked the last touch. The restaurant made good food but the locale was a bit sterile and uninspiring. Hard white tile and good but a bit booring furniture. It felt a little like a bath house.
The staff were very willing to help out, but they were also a bit forgetfull, something that might be the melody for a lot of places and around the island😉.

New resort with large swimming pool. Useful private free shuttle to the beach and to the airport. Big room , really silent and well equipped.
Nothing for eating around it. When you don't provide the buffet for breakfast you should offer cold and hot drink together at least. The motorbike we got was not the best we had..
