Bed is a little hard. There were stains on the sheets and dust underneath furniture.

Exceptional staff who go out of their way to accommodate your needs. New houses, everything is clean, the garden is absolutely amazing. Pool is very nice.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired for, especially difficult for kids to find suitable options. Dinner items seemed overpriced, no wine or cocktails available. Somewhat remote, but very serene.

Oh, many things. I start with their scum. We were living there around 2 weeks and we were coming to the lobby each day to pay for the next day, fun fact that they were trying to scam us many times by asking if we are paying for the past day. Once we even paid for the two days because the receptionist didn’t speak English well, so we got a refund on the card and paid for the nest days. also another time another receptionist was doubting if we paid for 3 nights even though I already started collecting bills. Thats just crazy, how chaotic the hotel is! The same happened with a motorbike we were renting. We were paying only in cash, because they didn’t accept cards for that and it already says enough. They asked from us for the same couple of days twice and we paid for it. Generally: -location is awful, nothing without motorbike; -rooms size is way smaller than they write on booking and I have a proof. their room is less than 20 square meters! -no mosquito repellent, they even were surprised when I asked about it, this is something what there is in each hotel where we stayed before in Phu Quoc. -staff are so fake polite; -breakfast is very bad even though it looks like there are many options, in fact they didn’t even have eggs; -beach around the hotel is dirty; -not worth it.

Size of the room

Rooms were very clean!! The shuttle service was a bonus! Large pool! The grounds are exceptional!!

The quantity of the food for dinner was lacking! We thought breakfast was expensive!

- The rooms and restrooms are spacious and with lots of light. - The facilities are quite new. - Bed and pillows are comfortable. - Wi-fi is good. - Pretty gardens. - Big pool area (but with no shade). - Tv with international channels. - The place is quiet (except for the bad isolation of the rooms - in case there are other guests). - They have a schedule for drop-off/pick-up at Sao beach but they can take you and pick you up at anytime. - Staff is kind and they try to help but they really need training and English improvement.

- Missing cushions in the sun beds of the pool. - No transfer to Klem beach, only to Sao Beach (which 15min walking distance). - Very bad isolation of the rooms, you can hear the guests on the 1st floor walking, flushing toilet, peeing, opening doors (not to mention baby’s crying…) I really recommend to place guests in other units when it is available. - Very superficial cleaning of the rooms. The spoons and coffee cups were truly dirty at my arrival. - No cleaning of the gym - I was there for 4 days and during all the time there was no cleaning at all. - Gym is missing water, scale, clock, sanitary wipes. - There’s no safe box. - There’s laundry price list but no laundry bag available. - One night there was no hot water. - Very poor English understanding and responsiveness of the staff. - No soap or hand towels in the restroom near the restaurant. - Nowhere to go at walking distance, no restaurants, no shops.. it’s very isolated. There’s motorbikes to be rented, however it would be good to have bicycles as well. - Breakfast is not suitable for non-Asian guests, there are no fruit, no natural fruit juice, no real bread, no iogurte, no cereals, no cheese…. The jams, “pancakes “ and package juice are really really poor quality. - Breakfast from 6:30am to 10am but at 9:50am they were already taking things away even though the guests are still eating. - Restaurant is really not good. - Price/quality of the food is completely out of order. It’s very expensive for the poor quality of it, plus it takes way too much time to be prepared (even though there were no more guests). - I’ve ordered grilled fish- the restaurant manager told me it was barracuda and salmon. I’ve received 3 grilled meckrels with a plate of lettuce (undressed and unprepared) and re-heated rice. - I had confirmation from booking that the price for breakfast (which was not included in my room rate) would be 150.000vnd but when I arrived to the property they were very insistent that the price was 250.

I stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Very nice and peaceful resort with an amazing place to sit and eat breakfast and have drinks. The swimming pool is very big and the whole pool area is very comfortable and peaceful. The rooms themselves were super amazing and very modern. Exceptionally clean with lovely balconies to sit on. Location is great as it is close to the beach and only a short 10 minute drive to the sunshine town with the cable car and the water show (must see) and nice restaurants and bars. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our last hotel on Phu Quoc and we were blown away. By far the best we stayed in. Services levels exceeded expectation. The kids were feeding the fish with Kiwi at 6am already! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice with fresh Pho and lots of other Asian and European dishes. If we ever visit Phu Quoc again, this will be the place to go.

First of all the staff was amazing and extremely helpful with everything. I got upgraded to a view to the pool. The manager have me plenty of suggestions and pointers. Stay was extremely comfortable and pleasant. Rooms cleaned every day, pool is amazing and clean.

Great hotel, the room was clean and spacious. The pool is so big and has great views. The whole resort looks great. Yen was honestly amazing, the most considerate manager who couldn’t do enough for us. His English was very good and helped us a lot. Overall this was a superb hotel and stay. Would decir let come back here again.

The room so clean with a beautifull view. I really like the resort's swimming pool, nice and clean. Prices are extremely cheap compared to hotels around there. Very friendly staff, very helpful when needed. Our family will choose this resort for our next vacation in Phu Quoc.

The staff made our stay infinitely better, helped us a lot to go from one place to another. They are nice and helpful. The pool is nice, the place is quiet and lovely.
