Spend days at the beach, walk to the Jetty or go for a coffee or lunch in town. This spacious 5x2 newly renovated home will provide your family with all the holiday conveniences so you can spend more time relaxing while on your well deserved holiday break.
The home offers the wow factor when entertaining family and friends with its divine outdoor undercover area comprising of:

The open plan living room is a place you can sit, chat & relax or watch some TV while the kids enjoy their own space in the separate activity area. With unlimited WIFI even the teenagers will be satisfied with this great family entertainer.
The kitchen provides everything you will need to prepare & cook the family meal.

Great property within easy walking distance of the jetty and town centre. We found the house to be to our liking and having 7 adults in the house was not crammed. The only thing I would suggest is another bathroom/shower for this amount of people (The two were adequate but a 3rd would make a huge difference). House is great and lots of extras contained within like huge BBQ area, table tennis and lots of sun cover. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with extended family in this fantastic home. The house has multiple living areas and all the facilities you could need to have a great time together with friends and family. The property is ideally located, close to Jetty precinct and town. We had a fabulous time!

Great experience have stayed before. But oven door was broken two years ago and still hasn’t been fixed. Cooking difficult. Would be great in winter to be able to use the log fire. Especially since a drawing card on the advertisement. The bunk bed quilts no very warm and because vented heater kept timing off was cold. All else good

Great house in a super spot, close to the beach, jetty and shops/restaurants. The house has various tv/entertainment zones which was great for our teens.

Great property, there were 5 adults, so each had their own bedroom. Plenty of space for everyone to sit down and talk and eat etc. Close to center of Busselton and shops. We used it as a base camp whilst riding through the Southwest, plenty of room in the garage for 5 motorbikes .

Booked to go down to Busselton with a small group of family members for my mums 60th and we was blown away with how nice the house was set up, the pictures didn’t do this house enough justice. We had a 3 year old with us and he loved the table tennis and open space, was also nice and secure so he couldn’t escape. All in all great trip mum was happy, close to everything in busso, if I had any thing to pick at was a bad smell by the side entrance didn’t smell very pleasant and the house could have been cleaner for the cleaning fee charged.

Amazing house

loved the location of the house extremely close to the beach which was very convenient for us. This house will not disappoint, lots of space available where to spend your time and each space was spacious so little ones could play safely to, in door and outdoors. if I had to pick on something I'd say the only things would be that the kitchen tap handle was missing and one of the outdoor setting chairs was broken. Highly recommend this place!! would love to stay again in the future if we find ourselves holidaying again in this area.

We had a great time and the house make walking to the beach such an easy thing to do. Lots of different parts of the house to accommodate the various needs of a large group. The aircon wasn't working properly and the floors were a bit dirty when we arrived.

We had a wonderful week relaxing in this beautiful property which was close to the beach but not far from town or the jetty. It has plenty of space for the children to play and the adults to hang out. It was a great experience!

A big house with plenty of room. We were there to celebrate my hubby’s birthday- the big 60. He didn’t want a party at home but just wanted us all to be together. This house fitted the bill. There was us, 3 grown up children and partners, 2 grandsons aged 5 & 3 Plus two babies. The bedrooms and eating areas were big enough for all of us. There was a great outside space with dartboard, tv and chalkboard for the kids. The location was perfect just fine minutes walk from the town. Busselton has lots to offer, beach, cafes & restaurants & is not far from Wineries & some beauty spots for whale watching. A fantastic break had by all of us.

We will definitely book again. It was perfect, the location, the different living areas, the presentation of the home. Could I just add that the house was absolutely spotless but the strong smell of bleach from cleaning was very over powering for the 1st couple of hours and we had to open all windows and doors to air it out but that is the only negative I can add.

Was a really lovely location to travel the southwest, walk along the foreshore and close to shops. Overall a great space for two families and still have their own space. We found the house very tranquil, modern which was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

House was great for our large family group. Everything was in place for a great weekend with excellent facilities. Great location, just a short walk to parks, foreshore, beaches and city centre. Kids (and adults) loved the table tennis, foosball and darts.
