Jomtien has long been one of Pattayas most popular destinations for those seeking a more laidback experience while still retaining a holiday environment within close proximity to the beach, shopping options, restaurants and nightlife. We have something very special for you with this unique 8-bedroom Asian-inspired villa. Pattaya villas in jomtien are the most desirable in the region.
Set over three separate buildings that all flank the centrepiece swimming pool, this property is surrounded by a very tall perimeter wall, and once inside you will find an oasis within the desert. Two of these two-storey buildings have three bedrooms each whilst the third has two bedrooms, sleeping 20 persons across 8 bedrooms. Each of the buildings has their own separate lounge areas below the bedrooms with settees, dining areas and refrigerators.
As soon as you step foot through the entrance of this Thailand Villa rental, you are greeted by scenic lily ponds that give the area a soothing ambience. For those who enjoy pampering (who doesnt), there is a sauna unit and in-house massage treatments such as foot, traditional, herbal and oil massages can be enjoyed. Breakfast in bed is also available.
This really is like a little Asian resort where you can experience the holiday of a lifetime with your family, friends and travel companions while still having your own private spaces.
Jomtien, South Pattaya
Located just off Thepprasit Road 3km from Jomtien Beach, this villa is situated directly between some of the regions major shopping centres and the main nightlife and restaurants areas next to Jomtien Beach. Pattayas tastiest seafood restaurant, Pattaya Seafood, is literally a 5 minute walk from the villa. Under a 10-minute drive from the villa, you can be at Pattaya Beach Road, and less than a 5-minute drive you can visit Pratumnak Hill and Jomtien Beach.

Accommodation
Beds
Building One is on the left when entering the premises, and on the second level you will find three bedrooms, all with wooden floors, double beds, air-conditioning, spot lighting, ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and wooden vanity cases, sleeping 6 people in total. Building Two is on your right and has the same layout as the first building. Here you will also find all the same bedroom features although these three bedrooms all have an extra single bed, sleeping 9 people in total. Building Three is located right at the end of the swimming pool facing you from the entrance. This build has two bedrooms both with the same facilities as the other building. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, whilst the other bedroom has a double but also a separate attic room above with a single bed, sleeping 5 people in total.
Baths
Each of the eight bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms with showers, toilets and wash basins. There is also a bathroom near the swimming pool that has a toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen
There is main kitchen for this villa including microwave, toaster and BBQ Equipment. There is also a smaller kitchen available to everyone that has a 2-ring gas stove, microwave, a small grill/oven, toaster and fridge.
Living Rooms
The living areas are more like open lounges set underneath each separate building. Each of these areas has settees, sound system and tables and chairs, all open and within footsteps of the pool. It also has entertainment room which includes air-con, projector set, and speaker.
Dining Room
There is not one dining room as such, however, each one of the buildings have their own lounge areas with tables and chairs that flank the swimming pool, which is a great way to dine!
