Welcome to the Penthouse, a perfect vacation paradise for families, friends, honeymooners and couples! NOTE - THE THIRD PICTURE IS A VIDEO - CLICK ON IT FOR A TOUR! The Penthouse is the ONLY 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath penthouse condominium at the Divi Resort and contains everything you and your family would possibly need for a fabulous vacation just steps from gorgeous Eagle Beach! The Penthouse is located on the first class Divi Village Golf & Beach resort and is just a few minutes leisurely walk through the resort to the most beautiful, yet uncrowded beach on Aruba, and is directly across from the resort's main infinity pool with swim up bar and water slides! In addition to its spacious and beautifully decorated interior, what makes the Penthouse completely unique is its totally private second floor terrace - it is the perfect spot on the island to watch the famous Aruban sunsets, relax in your own private jacuzzi and grill out under the stars! And, in addition to everything the Penthouse offers, as our guest you can use all the amenities of the Divi at no extra cost (other than greens fees)! The Divi offers you a number of beautiful pools, a brand new fitness center, tennis courts, a 9 hole golf course, beach huts, loungers, restaurants, great bars and entertainment. NOTE: BOOKINGS must start and end on a SATURDAY. For bookings longer than a week, bookings must either begin or end on a Saturday. Please submit a question on this if you would like more clarity.
The Penthouse private terrace is the largest at the Divi, and has breathtaking views of the golf course and ocean with a sunset view, so you can enjoy the wonderful Aruban breezes and sunshine during the day and stargazing at night! It is attractively landscaped with local palms and plants, with comfortable upholstered seating areas, sunning lounges, hammocks, a shade trellis, a dining table which seats 8 comfortably, and a professional standard gas grill. And the terrace is DIRECTLY accessible from the penthouse interior! From the upstairs living and bedroom area, simply walk out onto your private terrace and hop in the Jacuzzi, flop in a hammock or watch the sunset from your choice of several comfy couches with a beverage from the wet bar! The two levels of the Penthouse are connected with an interior spiral staircase, with exclusive elevator to the terrace as well. State of the art lighting makes the evenings on the Penthouse terrace especially wonderful!
The penthouse is a short 1 minute stroll from the main infinity pool at the Divi with swim-up bar, cafe for lunch by the pool and children's areas with water slide. Spectacular Eagle Beach is less than a 5 minute walk or you can hop on the free golf cart shuttle that the Divi runs constantly around the resort which you can pick up right outside our door. The penthouse is stocked with everything you need to enable you to just show up, unpack your swimsuit and hit the beaches! There is a fully stocked “beach closet” with lots of different size coolers, beach toys and chairs & floats for your use.
Because the Penthouse is located in a first class full service resort and not just a 'condo complex' you have the peace of mind knowing you will be taken care of plus all the added extras you won't get from staying at a non-resort property! If you need anything like a refill of the gas can for the BBQ or if there is a drippy faucet, etc all you have to do is call the front desk. In addition, the penthouse local manager will also take great care of you, can do pre arrival grocery shopping, and is your contact on the island to make sure everything about your stay is perfect!
In addition to two spacious ensuite bedrooms with luxury bedding decorated with local art, the first floor of the penthouse has a large and comfortable living, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, which open onto two balconies with seating overlooking the golf course and a lovely stream. It is a wonderful area for birdwatching! There is also a small office with iPad, free internet and a printer for your use. Wander up the spiral staircase from the living room and you will arrive in the upstairs 'great room'. It is a wonderful entertaining space with a flat screen TV, wet bar with refrigerator, interesting décor and furniture.
The master suite on the main floor has a king bed, walk in closet, flat screen TV/DVD, large marble master bath with double granite sinks, huge double rain shower and separate toilet and bidet room. The second bedroom on the main floor has a king sized bed, which is convertible into two twin beds upon request, walk in closet, flat screen TV/DVD, and private bath with rain shower. You will find the third beautiful private bedroom upstairs, with direct access to the deck and a comfy king bed. Also upstairs, but not connected to the bedroom is a 3rd full bath with rain shower!

The Divi Owners Residences at the Divi Links Resort are luxury condominiums which enjoy the full benefits of the Divi Resort including restaurants, golf, tennis, fitness centre, swim up pool bar, etc. The beach has beach huts and loungers free to our guests. Unlike at other condos for rent on Aruba, you won't have to lug your own chairs to the beach or pay to rent them every day. Just bring your towel (also provided free by the Divi) and cooler (which we provide)! The nine hole golf course is exceptionally well maintained, with weekly tournaments and specials and you can also take lessons. Additionally, there are 5 tennis courts, non motorized water sports, a brand new fitness center with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and beach, and a rock climbing wall for the kids. There are many dining options on the resort as well. Windows on Aruba is renowned for gourmet cuisine and romantic views and there are several casual dining options too.

Exceptional property! 5 stars! We had an amazing time in Aruba staying at the penthouse! The condo was exactly as described and extremely well stocked! We received a ton of information about Aruba, the Divi resort and the penthouse way ahead of time. Communication with Elizabeth was great and always with quick responses. Everyone at the resort was very friendly. The rooftop deck is huge and we ended every night there. The views from all of the decks are great and the condo is close to everything. The main pool and beach are both short walks. We chose not to rent a car and were easily able to get around the island with our family of 6. Everyone had a great time and didn’t want to come home. Hopefully we can come back again soon!

The penthouse was perfect for our family of 6. The elevator, shuttles and zero entry pool made it easy for my dad with mobility issues. We loved having access to all of the resort amenities while having the option to rent a car to do our own shopping/cooking/dining off property. The condo is very spacious snd comfortable! We followed Elizabeth’s advice and booked a jeep tour with ABC which did not disappoint! We also snorkeled on our own at several beaches and did a private sunset cruise with Tranquilo (Captain Anthony). The hot tub and rooftop terrace were spectacular. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this property was top notch. The pictures listed are great, but to live it in person was spectacular. Everything you need is taken care of. The owners communication and contact with us was immediate and like talking with a friend. They arranged for a grocery delivery to arrive prior to us getting there, so we could start relaxing right away. Everything was very clean and modern. The upper deck is the crown jewel… I would give 10 stars if I could.

Can't say enough good things about this condo! It exceeded all expectations. Very clean, so so spacious (almost need 2 weeks to fully enjoy the entire the place) Elizabeth was wonderful to work with and her restaurant recommendations were AMAZING (Catch, Taste My Aruba, Barefoot, Yemanja). All the information she gives you is spot on! The resort is also wonderful and eveyone was so friendly. The main pool was so close and the beach (gorgeous and no issues ever getting a palapa) literally a leisurely 5 min walk. Honestly I can't say enough good things about the condo! Our family can't wait til we can return one day!!

We just spent an absolutely perfect week at this condo in Aruba! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! The owners were kind, accommodating, easy to contact, and helpful. The condo itself was just incredible. Clean, spacious, well-stocked. A great set up for 2 families to have some private space but still be together. The roof deck is above and beyond. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Our expectations were exceeded! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time at this condo and resort. The penthouse was perfect for our family. We LOVED the upstairs patio and it was great having so much space both indoors and out. The owners gave us tons of great information ahead of time which was very helpful.
We also loved the resort and the location of the penthouse. It is a large resort, but never felt crowded (and we were there in what I believe is a very busy time) and was very easy to get around either walking or taking shuttles. It was nice having options of different restaurants onsite for a quick lunch and different pools to check out. The beach never felt crowded and it was easy to get chairs, even without waking at the crack of dawn to "save" them. We loved every minute of our time there and can't wait to go back.

Fantastic Christmas week in Aruba. Elizabeth was a wonderful host communicating prior to arrival and while we were in Aruba. She provided an information booklet with many suggested activities and recommended restaurants. The Penthouse was awesome as it has 3 primary bedrooms as well as private access to the rooftop.We plan to visit again.

This unit came equipped with everything to make our vacation fun. Even though we went out to dinner every night the kitchen was fully stocked. 2 bedrooms on the main floor plus an upstairs large private living room and bedroom with access to a large private deck with a hot tub. Communication was excellent . Would certainly rent again.

The Penthouse apartment was spacious and clean! Elizabeth was not only a pleasure to deal with but there was non stop communication throughout the booking process as well as during our stay. We have a family of 6 and this apartment provided the space we needed as well as privacy for all of us. We would love to stay here again when we come back and we highly recommend this for anyone with a large family!

The Penthouse is our favorite place to stay in Aruba. Has all the amenities needed to feel like we are home. Our favorite place is the upper deck swing on the hammocks.
Close to beach, town, restaurants, grocery store and casino. Looking forward to next time.

I have lost track! I am not sure if this was my 4th or 5th visit to the condo. This visit was with my parents and as always everyone enjoyed the condo. The condo is spacious and in a great location. Elizabeth is a wonderful host. Book it you won’t regret it! My one regret is that we waited too long to book a stay for summer 2024.

What a great spot!! This condo was absolutely perfect for 3 couples! Two of our great friends came to celebrate with us our 25th wedding anniversary. We each had our own bathroom and plenty of space to ourselves if we wanted! It was also nice to have to top deck to enjoy the hot tub in the evening!! I believe we will be back!! Our kids are saying we have to take them next time!

The location and amenities were just what I wanted. A few of us were first time visitors to Aruba and others have been several times. All agreed it was nice to have a communal gathering space. And the beach was beautiful!

Great place.The pool area with the slide was great. Going in September it wasn't very crowded which was enjoyable and still very hot.
The place was not as clean as I hoped for. The cleaners did not mope the floor and all of our feet were black from walking on it day one. I kept on smalling pee while I was there. The trash can was not emptied out from the previous visit so that was the smell that was lingering. I didn't find it until the day before I left as it was in a tiny office that I didn't go into. The propane for the grill went out and they had another one in the closet. But that tank was screwed on so tight that we couldn't get it off. It did work the whole time except when we ran out of gas the day before ew left.
I did email the owner about this the night before we left. He responded very quickly and said I could have told him sooner and he would have had someone clean it. And for the tank I could have called the front desk and they would have had someone do it. We ended up cooking inside that night instead. I told him that he needed to change it before the next guests arrive. The dirty diaper was gross and he asked me why I didn't tell him sooner, I literally found it a hour before I emailed him but it was stinking up some of the area but I couldn't find what was causing it until I went into the tiny area where it was. He told me he would refund the cleaning fee but it has been a week and he hasn't. It was still a great place and we had tons of fun.

We have been to Aruba 25 times in the last 32 years. It is, without a doubt, our favorite vacation spot. Eagle Beach is the best in the Caribbean, and is within a two minute drive. The beach across the street from the Divi, Druif, is awesome and within a five minute walk from the penthouse.
We stayed with family (four of us over 60) and the accommodations are first rate. This is our second time at this property and we hope to be back soon!

Elizabeth could not make it any easier for us. Top notch level of communication right from the booking on. She explains everything about the place, the resort amenities and Aruba itself. We have been to the island 3 times now and this was the best accommodations for our family of 6 by a mile. Plenty of space and something for everybody. Kids loved it too. The rooftop alone is a vacation within it’s self. The resort is great, we couldn’t get the kids out of the pool, the golf was amazing and the closeness of the beach made everything so easy. Thanks so much for a top notch stay!

The penthouse was even better than described. There is everything you could ever need on vacation. There was plenty of room for the adults downstairs while the kids had the second level to themselves. The rooftop deck was perfect for hanging out at night and everybody enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable, abundance of space.
There was nothing we did not have available for us as far as kitchen tools and appliances.
The roof top patio is beautiful and spaceous with hot tub(very welcoming after a day out), grill,and plenty of seating. Though the sprial staircase can be tricky to use as it is very narrow. The optional elevator to the the rooftop was very handy for carrying trays of food and we used that often when grilling.
Aruba's constant breezes made it a little to windy to eat out on the patio but there are 2 other smaller patios right off the main living area that were perfect for dining and enjoying the view over the golf course.
I would suggest taking inventory of the pantry BEFORE going to the grocery store. We didn't because we arrived early and thought we'd do that while waiting for check in and bought more than we needed. Each bathroom was fully stocked with towels, soap and starter shampoo. The blow dryer is better than mine LOL. Even had a curling iron!
Our host could not have been any nicer. She always responded quickly and answered any questions we had.
All in all, I definitely highly recommend staying here.

This was our 4th time staying in the condo. What a magnificent place to create lifetime family memories. Aruba and the resort are great areas to enjoy the fun, sun, sand, and water, but coming back to the condo at the end of the day was the greatest! The unit is large enough to accommodate privacy for each family member but the rooftop and balconies gave our group space to gather and share our experiences of the day along with making plans for the upcoming adventures.
A huge thanks to Elizabeth, Jaap, and Eric for making the arrangements for our stay easy and uneventful!
We highly recommend that you bring your family and friends here and create lifetime memories like we did. We will definitely be returning for our 5th visit next year.

We had a fantastic time at the Penthouse....First Class property. We spent most of our days on the roof deck which is huge. Close to beach and great restaurants. Elizabeth does everything to make your week special and provides great information for everything you need for a wonderful week. There was only 2 of us so there was plenty of room and privacy......until the helicopter flew over......:)

The penthouse condo has everything needed for the perfect vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor rooftop space and the inside was spacious enough for three couples.

Great time at the Penthouse! Views were beautiful over looking the golf course. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We only needed to bring clothes and buy some groceries. Kitchen was great to cook in when we weren’t going out. The penthouse is very close to the family pool on the resort. Just a short walk to the fabulous Eagle beach! And the hot tub was a great end to our days.

Absolutely gorgeous penthouse! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. The condo is beautifully decorated, grounds are meticulously maintained and views from the balconies are fabulous. Rooftop terrace is awesome too! We visited several other beaches, but found the beach right out front to be our favorite and just a short walk away. Without a doubt this is a 5 star condo/resort. The place was beautiful, it’s great for a large family. We stayed with 8 people and had plenty of room! The roof top deck is wonderful, best part of the condo! Short walk to beach and pool is steps away. Everyone that works at the resort was so helpful and kind!

From checkin to the property itself, it was perfection. Beautiful grounds, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, upgraded amenities, high end finishes and decor. Easy to reach the property manager and easy to experience the island of aruba. A welcome packet was provided with a wealth of very helpful information. The terrace was a beautiful and tranquil place to end our evenings. They have achieved perfection in paradise!
