About this house rental
This modern, spacious home has great mountain views from a semi elevated site with warm and comfortable living.
The home has fibre wireless broadband, HD TV, a DVD player and stereo. The house has a large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen. The lounge opens out to the deck and front lawn with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The property is private and fully fenced.
High-speed wireless Internet, Sky TV with Sport and Movie Channels.
A wood burner, heat pump, heated towel rails and hallway heating keep the house cosy in winter as well as cool in summer. The modern kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a range of modern appliances.
The kitchen is well equiped with cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils and serving ware. The house offers good indoor/outdoor flow, comfortable beds and furniture and three bathrooms.
The home is located in a private, off street section and a playground/ park is 100 metres away. The lake is a 10 minute walk away and shops 5-10 minutes walk.
The cul de sac street is quiet and safe.
There are four bedrooms which comfortably sleep 8 guests: a master super king-sized bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, one queen bedroom with small ensuite bathroom, two other bedrooms, which have twin singles in each bedroom. Upon request we can provide a children’s portacot.
Special conditions:
No parties over the New Year Period.
A minimum stay of :
4 nights over Easter and Spring & Autumn school holidays
7 nights over the New Year period (Families only over this time)
7 nights over July School holidays
Extras:
Cleaning fee of $150 for longer stays, 4+ nights.
Cleaning fee of $100 for short stays, 1-2 nights.
Linen hire fee:
Linen hire for 2- 6 guests (Required, NZ$80.00 per stay)
Linen for 7 - 8 guests (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay)
Additional families/ guests (Required, NZ$50 pp extra charge per night)

It was amazing for kitchen utensils, spices and general cooking needs. I feel the property was a bit dirty and a bit stressful to cook and bake based on amount of propane in tank as well as bbq. Very grateful though to reserve the property at last minute.

Had an amazing stay in Debra’s amazing wanaka place. Second time we have stayed and just as fantastic, being repeat guests is the best review. We love this place. It’s perfect for kids.

My family had a lovely time here over Christmas. The home was very comfortable and warm and inviting. Very stylish yet practically appointed. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and friendly in close proximity to important locations like a great butcher, nice bottle shop, marina and beachfront. Lots of in-city walking paths. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home, really warm with the fireplace and daylight sun streaming in. Comfortable beds and it was handy having 3 bathrooms after a day up the mountain. Added bonus being 5 minutes walk to town! The kids loved having toys to place with and it was a fantastic space to relax in.
