About this house rental

This is the perfect place to stay while either joining friends and family or looking to relocate to the area. We are both Realtors with over 40 years together in Eagle, Boise, Meridian and the Treasure Valley. Walking distance to great dining and boutique shopping. Our Real Estate office is just a quarter mile away. Please let us know if you have any questions about the area or would like to take some time to tour the area with us and possibly look at some specific properties. Totally remodeled from the ceiling to the floor with granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom, New cabinetry throughout the kitchen and both bathrooms, subway tile backsplash in kitchen and bathtub surround, everything is new regarding the townhome itself. Large flat screen w/Blu-Ray player and 185 Channels in the greatroom and an elevated flat screen in the master. Exceptionally equipped kitchen with new microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you could possibly need. All this along with plenty of spices and condiments, you will soon realize that all you need is your clothes, food and toiletries. You are within walking distance of the center of Eagle with many great restaurants and boutique shopping close by. The GreenBelt runs through Eagle giving you the opportunity to either ride your bike or walk the GreenBelt along the Boise River all the way to Boise if you want. The home has covered parking and additional parking immediately adjacent to the townhome.

Property was super clean, in a very quiet area, and the best appointed we have ever seen. Almost everything one would normally use was here, and then some. Well thought out and made our stay superb. I hope to rent here again on our next trip to Idaho.

East to get to. Close to restaurants. The couches are comfy. Everything you need is there. There’s a really good Mexican restaurant across the street. I’d definitely stay here again if it was just me and my husband. I wouldn’t stay there with small kiddos. Just my opinion. Very clean and has no smells like perfume plug ins and not a strong smell of any cleaning products. I’m allergic to smelly stuff. Decorated very cute.

I was absolutely thrilled with this condo! The back patio was fenced in which was great for my dog. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you ever would need. The bedrooms are lovely and the bed in the master bedroom was great. I will definitely be back!!

The condo was perfect for us. It has all amenities that you could want including a washer/dryer. It was super clean. We felt very comfortable and safe. It was also very well priced. I would recommend this unit.

We were there to visit family in Emmet, so we didn't spend too much time in Eagle. The town seemed quaint and nice, definitely close. The Townhouse Community that the rental was located in was not nearly as nice as the rental itself. It was clean and the perfect size. Comfortable and would be great if we chose to rent for a longer stay. I liked the option of having a kitchen if I wanted to cook. Overall, it was great for what the vacation was planned for.

It was a nice place, if you can get past the spider webs in the front doorway, the random spiders crawling in the rooms, and the random items in every single drawer of the house. I was in the down stairs bathroom, and I had a spider (not a little one) fall out of the vent from the ceiling and land on my shoulder. I have extreme arachnophobia. When you walk up the stairs, they creak. But when you do into the main bedroom with the mirror closet doors, if you have the door closed it rocks back and forth when you walk. Not quietly. The bed was hard as a ROCK. I would have rather slept on the floor, but my risk of spiders was higher. It looked like the outside of the front door hasn’t been cleaned in months! Near the end of our stay, the host messaged and asked when we would be out on that Sunday, when in the ad it said that it was that we had to be out by 10am. But instead, they asked us if we planned to be out sooner because they had others coming to stay. The upstairs was always SO HOT. Overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay but it could have been better.

It was a nice place, nice area but the TV was not set up to view . It wanted personal information to get to basic TV. The TV in the master bedroom was set up but I'm not going to squeeze four 50+aged adults into a bedroom to watch TV that we should be able to in the living room..some of the areas weren't clean like Bbq & porches. They demand you do a lot as far as clean up, all bedding stripped a load of towels started all trash out they have a cleanup crew but they don't want to spend a lot of money for them to clean it up so they expect you to do it

We booked this property for several employees that were traveling to the area for work. They loved how close they were to everything in downtown Eagle! Our host, Darrell, was responsive to all of our questions and incredibly hospitable in helping us find lodging when we needed to extend our stay a bit. Would definitely book again!

Property was within easy walking to downtown Eagle to restuarants and shopping. Townhome well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, towels, paper towels, laundry detergent and miscellaneous seasonings and cooking oils. It was quiet and relaxing. We hope to book it again for another graduation.

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the best , if not the best stay. Cleanest and the best equipped. It is very handy to everything and major routes, but a quiet neighborhood. It’s older but kept up. The only downside is it needs a couple of drape slats and workmen were working on the outside the entire week. Owner is fantastic and has other places.

We LOVED our stay here. The townhome is an end unit and at the very end of the complex with a great view out back making it super quiet so we slept great each of our 5 nights! The entire home is super clean, cute and updated. Its filled with nice modern furniture and everything you would need or want. We were happy to see our favorite Trader Joe's salsa and a bag of tortilla chips on the kitchen counter for us. Really love when boxes of tissue and toiletries are provided throughout. The owners are very nice, excellent communicators and have really thought of everything to make your stay flawless at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend staying here!!

This place was as advertised and very clean, which is always important to us. While they seem to have renovated the home top to bottom, I couldn’t stop smelling that some prior owner had smoked in the place. It is centrally located, close to downtown. The unit is in a complex of what seem to be rental apartments/condos.

We had a great stay in Eagle. The home was clean and just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very well stocked. The location was quiet and the whole area was very well maintained. We were there for races and the track was only about 20 minutes away. The unit is located close to some great restaurants, Albertsons for groceries, etc. We would definitely stay there again.
