About this house rental
This townhome is the ideal location! Weekly and monthly discounts offered! This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath is located right in the heart of Eagle! If you are looking for an affordable place to stay that is within a few minutes walking distance to all of the wonderful downtown Eagle shops and restaurants, this is your place! The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, keurig, blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, etc. This home also has a washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board. The patio includes a propane grill, and nice table and chairs for four. The Boise River Greenbelt runs right through Eagle, and is a really nice place to go for morning or afternoon walks. There is a covered parking space, and there are more parking spaces located directly across from the home. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and a hair dryer are all provided for you during your stay. The townhome has been furnished with high quality furniture and there is a 55" smart TV. In addition, there is a very comfortable leather electric recliner in the living room next to a cozy electric fireplace for you to kick up your feet after a long day. One bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and the other bedroom has a queen sofa pull out bed with a TV.
*Please be advised that there are two exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home. One camera is in the doorbell on the front porch, and the other camera is located on the back patio.

This was such a amazing townhouse in downtown Eagle. Easy walking to restaurants. Unit is very nicely decorated. Bed was super comfortable. As I have several friends in the area look forward to returning.

We were pleasantly surprised by this townhouse. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the inside more than meet our expectations. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the basket of goodies that were left for us. Thank you Amanda

This townhome was just perfect for my mom and I while we needed to be in Boise to visit a relative. The neighborhood was safe and so very quiet. The townhome was spotless and well furnished with nice perks like coffee, a welcome basket of chips and pop, a gallon of drinking water, and clear directions about the stay. Amanda was able to communicate with and pleasant with all questions.Everything worked as it should and I would highly recommend this rental for visitors to the Boise area.

This home is away from the street and set back in a very quiet area. The outside isn't very fancy, it has a single covered carport. When you enter the home you are met with stairs going up to the bedrooms and a hallway to the kitchen/living room area. When you go into the kitchen you are met with a basket on the counter. It is full of informational material about your stay (rules of the house, areas you may want to check out in Boise also goodies, coffee etc) The kitchen isn't large but has all the appliances. The one thing that was a little annoying was the Refridgerator, it was very loud. The living room had a table for dinning for four people. The furnishings were new, couch for 5 or 6 people and a recliner also a electric fireplace with heater. A large television also. This all led out to a well maintained large back yard that is communal. There was also a powder room downstairs. Everything was very clean and in its place.
There is two bedrooms upstairs one with a queen sized bed that was very comfortable, there was a nice size closet with hangers. The second bedroom has a queen size pull bed. Didn't try it. The bathroom had the customery sink, toilet and shower. The sink had plenty of counter space along with drawers and a small cabinet over the toilet. There was plenty of hot water and the rain shower head was pleasant. There was a shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the shower. Face soap on the sink. Lots of plush towels! My wife and I had a wonderful stay!

This townhome was spotless, well appointed and in a great location for our short stay in the Eagle/ Boise area. The bed was comfy, the bedrooms were spacious for a small townhouse and the host was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to others without hesitation!

Every detail from the front porch to the back patio has been carefully considered for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
This place is so very clean and bright. The beds and linens are perfect for a good night's sleep. Not only is the kitchen well-appointed, but if you're in need of anything, it's probably in a closet.
Small, but perfect for one to four people. This cozy, townhouse made us wish we had booked a longer stay.

Such a great townhouse in Eagle. Great complex, very quiet, and very close to everything. This place has everything you'll need for a nice getaway, I highly recommend this place. The property manager, Amanda, responds quickly and is so easy to work with.

My husband, adult daughter and I came to Eagle to attend a wedding. This clean and comfortable townhome was close to the wedding location and was perfect for our needs. In our free time, we were able to walk to various restaurants and shops in Eagle. We appreciated the coffee and snacks available in the kitchen. The patio opened out to a large shared lawn that was fenced for privacy. Overall this was a lovely place to stay and I would certainly recommend it.

This was our first VRBO stay. House was great. Quiet area but close to town. Communication was fantastic. Bed was comfy. All amenities that we needed. Would recommend staying here.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay. Home was very clean and well located in a safe area with immediate access to dining, entertainment and natural amenities. The host was exceptionally friendly, responsive and overall accommodating. We will be booking again next time we are passing through town.

This is one of the smartest and most comfortable homes we have stayed in! Much thought went into the provisioning and preparation of the home for guests. We lacked for nothing. There is nothing "over the top", just good, common sense was used. While it is not large, it had plenty of room for the two of us and could have accommodated several children also. Everything was exceptionally clean. The patio, while small was quite nice. While we didn't use the gas grill (which is unusual for us), I checked it out and it was newish, clean and ready for grilling. I enjoy reading and the unit had a great chair and light for doing so. The townhome complex and neighborhood are very quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the townhomes on either side of the us. The Bose Mini II Soundlink speaker was a pleasant surprise and we used it extensively to play music from our phones. The kitchen, while small, was very well provisioned. So all in all, a very excellent stay! We will not hesitate to try and snag this property again should we return to Boise. I am hard pressed to come up with any recommendations. Because of the condition and provisioning of the property I'm sure the owner or manager continually tries to improve it. The only thing I can come up with is to perhaps use three way bulbs in the lamps in the main bedroom so as to facilitate reading in bed before getting drowsy. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was easy check in and out. Townhouse is very clean and it has its own parking for one car. Property overall met our family needs during our first visit in Idaho. My wife loved the rooms and the location of the property. On our next visit if property is available we will reserve our next stay for sure.

The property was so close to downtown Eagle, quiet neighborhood, and a great rental space. My husband and I travelled with our two kids and the space was perfect for the four of us. Clean and well appointed space. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was even a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a big plus. There was even a little welcome basket which had some goodies for us to enjoy. Would definitely book again!!
