Crab Cottage is a quaint, terraced cottage in a quieter part of Salcombe, yet within a short five minute level walk of the town’s shops and restaurants. The property accommodates six people in three bedrooms (one en suite double and two twins), and has a family bathroom with whirlpool bath! There is also an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room featuring a wood burning stove. Recently refurbished to a high standard throughout, this delightful property has a rear terrace and parking for one car. Crab Cottage is a three-storey property, ideal for those looking for high quality accommodation within quick, level access of Salcombe.

Amenities: Gas central heating and hot water. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
2 x TV with freesat. Feature fireplace with woodburning stove. WiFi.
Raised terrace with table and chairs and BBQ.
Off-road parking directly outside the cottage for one small sized car (approx 4m x 1.8m).
Please note this is accessed by parallel parking on a narrow road, if you have a larger car, additional parking is available in the nearby long-stay Creek Car Park (at additional cost).
All bed linen and towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own beach towels. Strictly No Smoking

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
