3 Eddystone Row is a terraced house, presented to the highest of standards throughout, located in a quiet area of the town yet within a five-minute walk of Salcombe's picturesque waterfront, shops and restaurants. Offering spacious holiday accommodation, the property has four bedrooms (two en suite) and a family bathroom. The spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen area is ideal for socialising with family and friends. Off road parking is provided for one car and wireless broadband is available.
Amenities: Granite worktops, double Belfast sink, Bosch oven and ceramic hob with extractor, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
TV with DVD player.
Baby friendly: travel cot and highchair provided.
Parking for one car on the driveway in front of the property.
Air sourced heating and hot water.
All duvets, pillows, linen and towels provided - guests require beach and tea towels only. Strictly No Smoking

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
