Een mooi karakteristiek Normandisch huisje met binnen veel moderne voorzieningen. Heel sfeervol. Het ligt op een terrein met nog een paar authentieke woningen en een prachtig oud landhuis.

A beautiful, very well-equipped house with a great veranda with a view but also seating and sunbeds at the back of the house. Very comfortable beds, the owner Natasza is also very nice and helpful. We loved her organic vegetables - best tomatoes we've ever eaten! Easy visiting places like Rouen, Jumiéges, Le Havre, Étretat etc. from there. There is a public pool in the neighbouring little town of Caudebec-en-Caux right next to the Seine, if you fancy a swim.
Nothing to dislike really! So the fact that you have to take the car for a short drive to to take a walk or walk the dog isn't really a drawback. Natasza has advice and keeps leflets/books on walking tours in the area.

Natasza is some of the sweetest person and was incredibly helpful. The place is very nature though, and the buildings are beautifully renovated, for use today.
Accessibility from the ground floor to the 1st floor is very narrow, so if you are overweight or have difficulty walking, I would recommend that you find another house, as the stairs are very steep and difficult to access. In addition, the approach to the house was troubled by vegetation and tall grass.

Beautiful property with thatched roof and whilst compact, had all facilities we required. Natasza was very helpful, providing information on the area and a specific event we were attending. Bed was very comfortable. Outdoor seating and barbecue were excellent.

A truly amazing place, surrounded by thatched, timber framed cottages. The owners are very welcoming and the property was clean and comfortable.

FYI - tall / elderly guests:
Inside stairs very difficult and scary and not comfortable almst impossible to descend,
Downstairs toilet very cramped
Overgrown bushes encroaching the terrace, cutting out the expected views.
Consequently What is shown in the Pictures relating to garden growth - maybe (was) some years old?
Still, plenty to enjoy at the Manoir. Hostess was very very helpful ref Parking -
Would "probably" visit again (!) - although only in the summer (!)
Thank you

Such a beautiful and special place to stay in Normandy. The historic property is lovingly cared for by a fantastic couple who appreciate its uniqueness. We loved the comfortable furnishings, updated kitchen, super decoration, and great outdoor space. Walks around the property were excellent and we really enjoyed learning more about the beautiful organic garden. We had fun exploring Rouen, Honfleur, Veules-les-Roses, biking in Fecamp, walks along the Seine, local markets, and great hikes just down the street.
nothing!

Natasza welcomed us in February and it was awesome! The house is sparkling clean, warm and all the details are well elaborated. The kitchen has everything you might need. Moreover, this romantic place has an acting fireplace!

We stayed in the very comfortable and romantic one-bedroomed Gite in January. The Gite is located in a quiet, peaceful location surrounded by a large garden and reached by a footbridge across a small stream. It absolutely oozes character, with lovely beams and a gorgeous log burner. Our host ensured we knew how to light the fire and provided lots of logs, which kept us cosy in the winter evenings. It had a small fully fitted kitchen with a bistro table and everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom and bathroom are in the loft space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fully fitted with a folding floor panel for privacy. Our dog was welcomed both by our host and her equally friendly Jack Russel terrier.
We are a couple of a certain age and struggled a little with the two very steep loft ladders - one led from the lounge to the bedroom, which had very low beams that were hard to avoid; and the other led from the kitchen to the bathroom.
