About this house rental
Casa Martins is an absolutely stunning three bedroom beautifully furnished house right on the waterfront, the property has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The living area opens out to a large alfresco screened verandah with outdoor furniture which overlook the magnificent waterways of Salamander Bay.
There is a three-way bathroom that has two separate showers and toilets that open out onto a shared vanity area, split system air conditioning and a BBQ that is stored in the garage area.This property would have to be one of the best positioned properties in the area as it is protected by the all the winds, bring the jet ski, bring the pillow or just lay back on a sunlounge and be memorised by the peace and tranquility this holiday will give you.
Please note there is a house being built next door. There may be construction noise during your stay during normal work permit hours. Workers may knock on the door to advise if they need access to your side of fence for a short period of time. Please note this is out of the property owners and managing agent control.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Nothing can beat sunset drinks at waters edge. This property is located in the perfect spot to sit by the water and enjoy the seasons. Great space, fabulous natural environment to enjoy. Best way to spend a weekend with kids.

One of the most peaceful places in the world
The house exceeded everyone’s expectations. Saw dolphins 15 metres from house and the sunset was one of the best I’ve seen. Definitely revisiting

Compact house in a great spot. Functional and comfortable. Needed a bit more attention to some of the cleaning details given the price tag.

Too expensive for quality of premises
It’s very expensive for the quality of the premises. I liked the beach but not the property....fridge was old and want closing and therefore cooling properly. The bathrooms were really old and not well designed ....water splashing everywhere and required a lot of cleaning for a group that’s meant to be on holidays. I definitely would never rent this property again for the price we paid didn’t feel like we got the value.

Great location
My family has spent Easter holidays at many beachfront locations in Port Stephens for over 20 years. This was voted one of the best. The house is a renovated fibro beach house. Well done and well stocked for a family stay. BUT very expensive given it is a converted beach house.

A great place to getaway with the whole family and relax! Just thought it was a little pricey for its size and quality. But overall we had a great time and wonderful views!

Great Location
Spent 4 nights over Easter. The property was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Views over the bay were fantastic and a very quite neighbourhood. The only negative I have for this property is the bathroom is not 2 bathrooms but 1 bathroom divided into 2 very small bathrooms with a shower and toilet separated by sliding doors. We stayed as 2 couples(who have been friends for 20 years and travelled quite a lot together) and we found the bathroom setup quite uncomfortable. Overall this is a lovely place for a family to stay for a holiday but I would not recommend for couples.
