Sea La Vie at Corlette is a fantastic coastal escape, as soon as you walk through the front doors you will be captivated with the panoramic views of the pristine waterways of Corlette.
Recently renovated with luxury comforts Sea La Vie is defining lifestyle living at its best with air conditioning, timber floorboards throughout and a large living area that opens out onto the wrap around undercover balcony with alfresco dining - (please note fireplace is not operating).
This is strictly a family friendly property which facilitates up to 6 Adults plus children, a total of 8 guests.
This property definitely cannot be missed, located within a few minutes’ walk from Bagnalls Beach, where you will find white sands and clear waters.
The bedding in the property is as follows; 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed (in loungeroom): predominantly ideal for families and couple retreats.
The main bathroom is fully renovated with luxury fittings, floor to ceiling tiles and a freestanding bath, shower and vanity.
Sitting down for your meal will never be as pretty as it is in Sea La Vie, whether it be outside or inside watch the boats roll by whilst having your morning coffee or afternoon vino. Seating for 6 people inside or 8 people on the outside deck.
The lounge area has enough seating for everyone plus space for the kids to play games. Wide screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. With nature walks all around enjoy the quiet tranquility of surrounding gardens, there is something for everyone!
The kitchen has every appliance needed: dishwasher, oven, stove top and brand-new appliances. Shared downstairs laundry complete with washer and dryer.
Each bedroom is equipped with its own wardrobe. Master suite has views of the garden and access to the deck. The master bathroom separates the other two bedrooms consisting of a double bed and two singles.
Please note there is a $200 security deposit required prior to arrival.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
