It's a fun experience to stay in a trulli once in your life with a good view
The beds are not very comfortable. The big bed has not a very good mattress so we slept in de smaller bed.
You need a towel on the bedroom door because of a lack of curtains
Breakfast is just some pre packaged sweets

Great location in the middle of Alberobello. We had a great stay. Very comfortable. Good breakfast at local bar. Super experience.
There was a fridge with water and an electric hob but no equipment to make a cup of tea which I would have appreciated. I had the tea and would have got milk but there was no pan or cups. Quite odd when there’s a kitchenette.
Communication was excellent until I messaged about how I might make a cup of tea and then silence!

From start to finish our stay at Trulli Resort Dimore Storiche was fantastic. As we are in the short term rental business in the USA, we used our criteria to rate our stay. (1) Is the ad accurate? YES (2) Is the property clean/well maintained/safe/comfortable? YES (3) Does the owner/operator communicate? YES
The location could not have been better to enjoy the town festivities, and everything was pristine. The town must have put in a lot of effort preparing for the Dolce & Gabbana fashion show the week prior to our stay and it showed. The Trulli ad photos and description are accurate. We were very comfortable and admired the architecture of the structure; the a/c pushed sufficient cooling for our July stay. We appreciated the small details as upscale bath linens, nice bed linens, and toiletries. The checkin process went smoothly; Tiziana met us at the property to obtain our documentation and collect the tax. We appreciated her recommendation for dinner as it was a wonderful experience for us too. Do not hesitate to book at this property. Thank you!
We have no constructive feedback to offer. Simply superb.

I do not understand how the host is given anything but negative reviews. The only time she contacted us was to remind us that we were not allowed in until three, and that we needed to be out by 10. She begrudgingly wrote down three restaurants for us during the hurried check in. There was another family also checking in, so we were OK with the rush, but she never checked in if we needed anything else. This is the only stay we’ve had in Italy where the host did not help us get a taxi to our next town. her first answer was simply I don’t know, and I had to follow up and ask for a contact number.
There were six plastic cups and that is it for kitchen supplies. There is no bottle opener, coffee maker, plate, paper towel or anything else you could possibly use for a kitchen. I understood this was taken out during Covid, but now it just seems they’re using it as an excuse to offer less services to guests. You can only take a shower for three minutes because the basin will overflow as it does not drain.
The bar where you get one cappuccino, and one croissant is crowded, unfriendly, and not very good. There is one high table and nowhere to sit. On the day of our check out, the two couples across the street in the same accommodation, came out to also complain about the host.
The beds are not particularly comfortable, and the air conditioner makes crazy noises through the night.
There are many other options to stay in in the area - although this is a charming UNESCO world heritage building in a good location, it is 100% not worth the cost.

Trulli house was very cosy and clean. As it was hot summer day, the well working air conditioning was absolutely needed. Lovely place to stay for one night.
The kitchen does not include any equipment except of the fridge. Few glasses and perhaps a knife to cut a bread or fruit would be good to have. Did not feel very welcome during the check-in process but more a liability.

Loved the location. Absolutely Beautiful. Centrally located, yet quite and exclusive. Host is lovely and warm. Trullo is spacious, lovely, warm & yet cozy.
Wish the bathing area was a bit bigger and the draining for water was faster. Also wish for the trullo to have a small soap/shampoo stand.

The breakfast was very simple😅

Nice trullo in a very central location. Tiziana met us upon arrival with a map and showed us all the important locations along with restaurant recommendations, etc. Parking is only 5 miins away (6 Euros per day) and you can easily drive up to the trullo to unload your luggage, then park your care. The trullo was very quaint, yet had all the amenities you would need or want. Very easy to walk to the center of town.
Breakfast was at a local caffe, where you could get a coffee and sweets.
Although the breakfast for us was sufficient, if you are looking for a full B&B style breakfast, you will be disappointed.

The location was excellent- trulli area without the hassle and noise, the trullo itself was extraordinary- big, with two lovely huge and decorated beds, a cute kitchen, a/c and beautiful design, breakfast offered at a cafe downtown
The communication with the owners- English was hardly spoken, I couldn't leave the luggage as it was a house and there were no storage facilities (should have been mentioned), we said we'd meet at 3 for check in and I waited for 15 minutes for the host to arrive. When I called she said she was coming and hung up. I asked about heating and got a reply the next day. Service could do some work which is a shame, cause the place itself is amazing

Tiziana is an excellent host, informed us by SMS about check-in time well advance. She also sent us info about the closest parking and price of parking (6€/day). Reaching the property is very easy, it takes 3 minutes on foot from the closest parking. Trullo is the nicest in the area, many people used to take pictures in front of trullo. Well restored, extremely clean "fairytales house". Close to the center, breakfast provided in restaurant about 5 mins walking.

Great location and car park whilst not on site was well organised and close by
Breakfast was really poor -off site and very limited
Key pick up was supposed to be very flexible and at last minute we were informed needed to be picked up by 5pm at latest otherwise the host would be in Bari! Room had small kitchenette but no utensils- so don’t bank on self catering or opening a bootle of beer as no bottle opener provided

The trulli were in a great location and very pretty.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the wifi did not work in one of the trulli which was frustrating.

Very nice and cute accomodatin, with fantastic location.
When we've booked the property it was written, that check-in is possible until 18.00. Later on we recieved the notice, that check-in is possible only until 17.00 and then the property is closed, so we had to change our travel plans. It would be also nice to know, in advance, that kitchen is empty due to the Covid reasons...

Very well situated, surprised that no glasses or utensils or places provided, still claiming covid.
Internet was not working, wondering if this was because it was not tourist season.

Excellent location, just above the main square
Set in what we thought was the nicest group of trulli in the town
The weather was not great while we were there sot it was a relief that the trullo had good heating.
We were advised that we could not drive close to the property to drop off our luggage. We were directed to a car park at the base of the hill and pulled our cases up. We later discovered that other trulli guests did in fact drive closer to their accommodation (near to where we were located). Not a great experience in the rain.
The website stated that there had been some changes due covid but we thought that there would have been at least a kettle in the kitchen. There was a hot plate which we tried to use by purchasing our own utensils but the elements took almost 25 minutes to heat up enough water for two cups of coffee! Our host indicated that cups, cutlery etc were not available due cleaning requirements which seemed a little odd given that we were touching everything else that had to be cleaned when we left.
Also, the nearest cafe was approx 5min walk away in the wind and rain with little or no shelter from the elements.
Previous guests had commented on the very good/excellent breakfast at a local cafe. We were given a coupon for each day to use at a different cafe and to our surprise, breakfast consisted of a croissant and coffee, not the items that others had enjoyed. There are only two small tables and 4 stools inside this small cafe so seating was not easy to come by Picture attached) - very disappointing especially after a 5-6 minute walk in the rain.
We can only assume that the property owners decided to cut back on some of the original experience after reopening post covid lock down.

Unfortunately our travel schedule did not allow us to take advantage of the breakfast. We needed to be on the rad by 6:00 AM.
No issues at all. Our host accommodated both an earl arrival and our very early morning departure. The Trulli was exceptionally clean and comfortable.
