About this villa rental
This modern villa of type F6 and decorated with taste, offers 280 m ² on two levels (year of construction 2017/2018).
This is composed as follows:
- A living room of 100 m² with lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and laundry.
- A first space-night, consisting of two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet) a closet for one and a dressing room for the other . One bedroom with sea view has access to the terrace.
- The second sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom, with private bathroom (walk-in shower, basin and toilet) and a closet. Plus a separate toilet.
- The third sleeping-space on the ground floor, consists of two double bedrooms with closet, a common bathroom and a separate toilet. Both have their own direct access to the pool.

The house is bordered by two terraces, one of about 150 m2 on the first floor with a magnificent view of the sea allowing you to enjoy the sunset and the other giving access to the pool.
The highlight of our villa is its breathtaking and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the surrounding mountains while being close to the city center of Porticcio.
Overlooking the view, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, quiet and with the necessary comfort for a successful holiday.
For each reservation, a basket of Corsican specialties will welcome you and will delight young and old.
You will also have the opportunity to order in advance Corsican products such as cold cuts, cheese, olive oil, wine ... even before your arrival. Just ask for it when booking your rental.

End of stay cleaning is included in the price and one change per week during your stay.
A deposit of € 1,500 will be required.
