All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Wonderful place. Perfect for our needs. Would seriously consider booking it again. Only gripes…. Could have been cleaner on arrival. Incorrect number of towels provided and hard to locate wifi password

Great location
Great location, leave the car and walk everywhere. Has everything you will need as far as pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Only problems is the place is in need of some TLC, needs a good clean and some maintenance, broken door handles, carpet needs a good clean.

Beautiful Location and Great facilities
We loved the position, location and set up of the unit. We felt very comfortable and our little dog loved it too. The only down side was that the unit was still being cleaned at our check in time and we couldn’t get in until 4pm. One of the cleaners appeared to have cleaned his car so we had to unpack sloshing around in muddy water which of course made it tricky to then not walk mud throughout the clean house - and yes we took our shoes off before climbing the stairs - everytime. We appreciate how busy the cleaners were but we were checking in at 3 and we respected being out by 10 today - to give the cleaners time.

Great little unit
Walking distance to everything, courtyard and secure balcony was a bonus for our dog. Kitchenware had everything we needed :)

Superb location & very comfortable
We loved staying here. The location was superb and the unit very comfortable with a generous outdoor area. Our little pooches also loved it. Comfy beds & furniture, well equipped. Thanks for a great holiday!

Cosy and spacious beach side apartment - great for 4 adults and 2 newborns
This apartment is really spacious, the photos don’t do it justice! Really well equipped for our newborns and fur babies; there’s a doggy door and the yard is spacious and great for our Brussels griffons. Literally a 3 minute walk to the main beach and shops. Beds were really comfy. Definitely would recommend this property.

Cosy unit
We loved our stay here It was a comfortable unit and ver6 close to the town centre . It was also very suitable for a house trained dog The log fire was a bonus.

Handy spot
Bit of a climb up the hill to the property however close to everything. The property is "tired" and could do with a paint job on the doors. Modern table, chairs, pictures, crockery and cutlery. Outside needs a session of TLC. Would rate as a 3 star.

Great Value
This little townhouse is comfortable, clean and quiet -- close enough to the main street of Lorne to make everything accessible, and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Bonus -- not that far back up the steep hills of Lorne, so easy to head in and out without the hike of other houses far up the hillside behind Lorne. You could even see the sunrise over the ocean in the mornings which was lovely.
Beds were comfortable, cupboards were well stocked and it was very easy, simple and no-fuss. Perfect spot!

Good location, nice and homely, but a bit dirty
Was a nice location, and felt quiet homely. Pin pad entry handy, as you dont need to carry keys all around.
Only negatives were:
1. There was lots of pet hair on the floor and furniture. I tried to use the vacuum to give the place a further tidy up, but the vacuum itself was clogged with pet hair. Not sure if we were just unlucky, but this was the only major disappointment.
2. Also, some of the fittings are a little dated, such as bedroom door handles and external sliding doors. Not a big issue though.
Overall though, would recommend the place for anyone!

Great weekend
My wife, toddler and myself had a great week at the accommodation. not only is there a TV, but DVD player, radio and a large selection of movies. There's fully stocked coffee machine with pods and tea, books and sporting equipment. Heaters for every room and a well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and pans. It's in a quiet location right near town and beach and the sun streams in the main bedroom and the lounge room in the morning. There's a great selection of birds each morning in the trees adjacent the balcony and cockatoos on the oval across the road.
