This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath 1450SF Four Season Townhouse is conveniently located just off Mountain Rd in Stowe, close to town and a short 10 minute drive to Stowe Mountain Resort. Walk to restaurants, bakery, shops and Stowe's free shuttle service in the winter.

The first floor consists of a sunken living area featuring a gas fireplace, leather sofa, hardwood floors with oriental rugs and a Flat Screen TV. The dining table seats up to 8. There is also a walk-in closet which is ideal to keep ski boots, jackets, etc. A fully equipped kitchen, laundry and 1/2 bath complete the first floor. A one car garage is attached to the unit.

Upstairs are 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and large closet and plenty of storage space for clothes and a private bath. The guest room has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the large 3rd bedroom with twin beds which is ideal for kids to spread out in.

During the winter months enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace which can heat the entire first floor if desired. The semi-heated garage with direct access to the unit is perfect to store your skies and/or snowboards. There is a private patio off the living room overlooking the expansive grounds and pool which is open during summer months. The famous Stowe Rec path runs along the perimeter of the property to enjoy long walks or bike rides with the 3 bikes provided during the spring, summer and fall months or enjoy cross country skiing in the winter.

Everything about thé townhome was perfect. The location was perfect for all of our hiking and dining. Wifi in Stowe and all of rural Vermont was a challenge for us so we REALLY appreciated Rob being accessible when the VRBO app was not. Just a reminder to take a screenshot of key info just in case.

This is a comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse on a short side street off the main road to Stowe resort. You def need a car to get to the resort, unless you want to take the free shuttle provided. The condo is comfortable and stays warm, but we weren't able to get the fireplace to function. There are plenty of dishes and basic cooking supplies. No Keurig, but a drip coffee maker exists. We found it handy to have garage access for our gear and there was plenty of closet space. As long as you do not want ski-on, ski-off this is a perfectly serviceable lodging. The owner is friendly and responsive.

Six adults spent 4 nights here for our annual family ski trip. The unit met our expectations and was precisely as the owner described. He was responsive to our emails ahead of the trip, and the home had everything we needed. The central heating system, combined with the gas fireplace made for a very cozy VT winter weekend. I have no reservations about recommending this home to others.

Had a nice stay at this property, very central to everything in the Stowe area. Property was clean, unit had a good amount of room. The Recreational path was a walk away, which was convenient to use to head to some of the different spots. Stowe Cider and American Flatbread, Sushi Yoshi in walking distance. Tom the owner was very responsive to questions/needs I had. I would stay here again.

We used this spot for a wedding weekend and shared the condo with 3 couples. It was perfect- beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, location was perfect for all Stowe activities. After spending 2 full days skiing on the mountain, this VRBO rental was a great homey place to come home to. We really only used the rental to rest our heads and for that it did the trick well. The rental was comfortable and super close to town. Its only a short drive (about 15 minutes) to the mountain which worked well too. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our second time staying here. The condo was perfect for our family of six the location couldn’t be better with easy access to downtown and the mountain. Check in is very simple and Bob is great with communicating and providing all the necessary info. This condo is very conveniently located, walking distance to a few eateries and right on a beautiful trail. The mountain and the town were short drives away. The unit is cozy and welcoming. We loved the family room with fireplace and the tranquil views from the upper floor windows. The listing was mostly accurate. Note that the garage is a great storage place for gear, but cannot house a car. Though dated, everything was clean and functional. Communication with the owner was very prompt and friendly. We had a small electrical issue during the stay and the owner got on top of it quickly and had it repaired within hours. Overall we were happy and would consider returning.

This property was located between the town of Stowe and the Stowe Ski Resort. Condo was well stocked with all essentials. Sheets and towels were very comfortable. Lots of cured firewood to use. Condo located off the main road so it was quiet. Very nice set up with bedrooms upstairs. MB with full bath and then shared full bath for other two bedrooms. Half bathroom downstairs. Highly recommend

The Condo itself is very comfortable and cozy with a working wood burning fireplace that we loved using on cold nights after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook our meals (breakfast and dinner). We had a minor issue with a cold water pipe not working one cold morning, we let the owner know and when we got back from skiing later that day it was fixed and working. Great Condo, owner is very responsive, provided all the wood needed for the fireplace and everything else you might expect.

Had an issue with the electricity one morning but the host was super responsive and helpful and it was resolved quickly. Location is really great - 10 minutes from the mountain and close to lots of bars and restaurants and the town area.

We were two adult couples enjoying a long ski weekend in Stowe. This townhouse was delightful, and had everything we could have wanted or needed. Centrally located, just off the main road, but quiet. A one-car garage plus plenty of outdoor parking. Inside, all was clean, neat and tidy. A well equipped kitchen--and we made several elaborate breakfasts! Comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels. Even laundry facilities! Clear communications with the owner, detailed pre- and post-visit information sheets. Seriously, we were very happy here, and found it to be a very good value. This townhouse is staying on our favorite list for future visits to Stowe!

The condo was very clean and well maintained. Furnishings were a bit dated,but very comfortable and functional. 3 bedrooms, well-suited for 3 couples, or 2 couples and some kids. And a very well-stocked kitchen. The fireplace was a nice bonus, and wood was provided! Bob was very responsive and helpful. The location is probably the best aspect of this place. It’s about 1 mile from the center of town, 5 miles from the ski resort, and literally on the Stowe recreation path, with several pubs and restarants within easy walking distance via the path. The only minor negative was slow wi-fi, but it was functional.
