Room large, beds comfortable.
Breakfast OK and did have wholemeal bread and decent omelette.
Shower fittings ancient and partially not working and no proper soap. Body wash is useless for many western men.
Breakfast OK but Asian dishes had a lot of pork. I do not eat pork.
Coffee as terrible. I do not understand why hotels do not serve good coffee at breakfast. The cost is very little higher and it would encourage repeat bookings. Occupancy rates ae more important than penny pinching.
The hotel needs renovation and looks tired.

The ambient, very classy
The infrastructure a bit old and less maintain

Staff was very polite. Has double rooms that accommodates our family of 5 nicely.
Location. Need to drive to get to most places

3.5
Nice hotel and fairly spacious rooms. Decent breakfast as well.
Not much immediately around and wifi can be quite spotty in the rooms.
4.5
Grosse Räume + Jacuzzi im Bad. Ruhig und gemütlich. Kleines Fitness + Pool auf dem Dach. Ausreichende Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Restliches Essen (Abendessen/Delivery Service) eher schlecht. Wäsche waschen sehr teuer. Etwas ausserhalb zum Zentrum.

Staff were friendly.
Our original larger room with a balcony appeared to have been double booked although they never actually admitted it. Without consultation we were allocated a smaller room without a balcony even though we had paid extra for the upgraded room. They didn't tell us our more expensive room was not available. We had to demand an answer as to why they put us in a smaller room without a balcony. We eventually relocated to the original room 24 hours later.

Our room was clean and the property was very well located. We could walk to most attractions.
The restaurant always seemed closed, door was regularly shut with no staff in sight or they would be on their phones in a booth.

(sparte sikkert tid for personale å bytte rom istedenfor å komme opp flere ganger for dagen å hjelpe) Veldig hjelpsomt personale, gjorde sitt beste ut fra utgangspunktet di hadde. Godt og varmt vann. Reisefølge fikk røyke på terrassen. Ganske sentralt.
At di glemte å hente oss på flyplassen, Hadde bestilt plass på hotellbussen. At di kunne hvert bedre i engelsk.

Reasonably comfortable and price moderate
Very poor communication in advance of and during our trip. This resulted in us missing our train to Luang Prabang and having to pay for new tickets. I sent multiple emails about train tickets in advance of our arrival, many of which were ignored. We were then misinformed about what time to arrive at the station, and were therefore too late to board.

The proximity of the hotel to the Patuxai Victory Monument and a 30-min walk to the Pha That Luang temple was a good value for money I must say.
I think some of the staff were unpleasant towards me specially the short guy in the reception area albeit female receptionists were generally okay and accommodating. They seriously need to learn basic English as well rather than solely relying on translator apps. The clarity of the pool water is something that the hotel should also look into. I would also prefer white lights to yellow lights in my room.

Location, staff, pool and buffet BF
the transparent windows in the bathroom don't give much privacy in the room

Personalet i resepsjonen var veldig behjelpelige. Grei beliggenhet. Bra størrelse på rommet.
Dårlig service i matsalen. Hard seng.
4.0
The room. The pool although it often looked cloudy as though too much cleaning stuff was in it. The restaurant food was nice and good value for money. The reception people were really nice, polite and helpful. Washing was done quickly and returned to us.
Staples protruding on the laminate flooring in the room near the toilet door entrance. Dangerous. Could have cut our feet open on them. They gave us a mat to put over them. Not ideal really. No plug for the sink.
The jacuzzi in the bath didn't work and when you let the water out it went all over the floor. They soon fixed it as soon as they were told but surely they should check everything beforehand.
A machine in the hotel near our room (211) went on for 40 minutes at 6.10am that was so loud that it felt like the pillow was vibrating 😯
Milk, water and only one choice of fruit juice was too warm at breakfast.
The room didn't get cleaned when I left the sign out to clean. Had to ask for the water and coffee etc each day apart from the last 2 days after they didn't clean the room from.the sign.
The service in the restaurant. They stood waiting at the table whilst looking at the menu. Brought the bill straight after we had eaten. Didn't ask if we wanted anything else, another drink, dessert or coffee etc.It was as though they wanted you to leave asap and they didn't close until 7pm and it was 6.20pm. Only one person understood our order and she didn't look happy as though she didn't want to be there.

Good location, either you walk 20min into the busy parts of the city or just a few minutes with Loca (local Uber). The staff was very friendly, cool drinks at the rooftop bar and at the pool. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Also very good laundry service.

The hotel is very close to the city center, and is very convenient if you want to go to Patuxai or the night market. The room is also very good considering the price.
The breakfast could be a little bit better with more variety and the elevator does not have AC.

The best part was the roof top pool with a restaurant! Kids were in heaven and we could order a drink and food they would eat without leaving the poolside.
The family rooms were large and the shower spacious.
Breakfast was very good.
One of our two rooms smelled of smoke.
The decore in the bedrooms looked very worn. For the cost though, I was ok with it. The bathrooms, however, were nice and looked as they were in the photos.
4.0
The beds and pillows! And breakfast which offers noodle soup and eggs cooked on order.
No spare toilet paper is provided in the room and we needed to ask for it everyday. And they don’t provide tissue boxes in the room so we had to purchase from a little shop close to the hotel

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are really spacious and gorgeous. The bed was the MOST comfortable we have had during our month in Laos (hard beds are the norm, this one was soft and dreamy, we could have stayed in all day). The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The room service food was OK (not amazing but fine) and the breakfast was good - you can order any style eggs and the staff were delightful. Much better value than other places in Vientiane and a short walk or Loca ride from the centre of town.
The walls on our floor’s hallway were covered in Spakfilla and clearly someone has started on repairs but not got around the repainting yet. Also, I don’t know what they use in their shampoo, hand soap, and shower gel but it all smells HORRIFIC (the same smell as hair remover cream..it’s awful, we had to buy our own products to use).
