Great stay at Le Charme

Le Charme is in a great location walking distance to many things but also just far enough away from the night market or road noise. The staff were helpful and very nice and accommodating throughout my stay. It’s a nice spacious room with a comfortable bed. I would stay again

Clean, nice room, nice swimming pool.

The taxis we wanted to order would have been much more expensive than outside or on Grab. We wanted to exchange money but many of our US dollar bills were not accepted. The said they didn't look new enough.

Nice memorable stay in charming Vientiane.

Nice quaint boutique hotel with rustic charms. Nice location near tourist attractions and restaurants. Small but perfect coffee house in front of hotel.

Not much. Would stay again next visit.

DDR Charme

Das Personal im Restaurant ist super nett. Die Hotelleitung ist ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit

Das Personal an der Rezeption schaut zu wie meine Frau humpelnd ihren Koffer Richtung Zimmer zieht. Die Koffer wurden einfach vorm Aufzug abgestellt. Das ist nicht üblich. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist eh umständlich und wenig flexibel. Das Hotel strahlt einen sozialistischen DDR Schick aus. Am Pool sind viel zu wenig Liegen. Die wenigen die vorhanden sind , sind alt und extrem durchgelegen. Das ist wirklich ärgerlich.

Last Night in Laos

The staff was outstanding, helpful and happy all the time. Close to the centre of Vientiane. If I ever return, I will stay here.

Nothing really. The only a little bit annoying was that we couldn’t send mail from our Apple-accounts.

Bonne adresse à Vientiane

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéalement placé, a proximité de pleins de restaurant et du night market. La piscine est très agréable et la salle de sport est un petit plus. La literie était confortable, idem pour la SDB.

Nous avions une chambre située au dessus du restaurant d’à côté et il nous a semblé que la chambre sentait bcp la nourriture…

Will most likely stay here again, on my next trip to Vientiane.

Very Helpful Staff and Great Location. GF enjoyed the food. I'm a smoker, so liked the balcony with it's view of the street. Only stayed for 1 night and it was raining, but the Night Market area was just 50 meters down the street.

Being a nit-picky person, pls take my comments with a grain of salt. Breakfast started at 7am, being frequent traveler most hotel breakfast start at 6-6:30am. Could of used more spare power outlets in the room.

Staff were pleasant.

comfortable room

Inspite of numerous messages to the hotel before arrival confirming cash payment in USD . When I went to pay they would not accept a crisp $100 bill which led to a rushed $/kipp exchange with a shop nearby (at a better rate than the hotel) . Then a confusing exchange of Kipp/usd residuals. Quite stressful when trying to effect a timely exit to the airport.

Exceptional

The hotel is close to the river and main attractions. It is nice and very clean, with very good, nice rooms, excellent breakfast and a nice swimming pool in the garden. Above all, the staff is wonderful, kind, smiling and helpful. They went out of their way to successfully help us retrieve some lost item. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Double beds are not very big for two adults. But the hotel is ready to find solutions such as joining two queen sized beds.

Very good

The staff was really nice and helpful with all information and questions that I had. The location is wonderful! Right in the heart of the most vibrant part of town. I loved it! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Great for business trip

The staff are wonderful

The wifi is not so smooth in the bedroom and bathroom could do with things like tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving kit, and nicer shower gel.

Great room, good location and friendly staff

I booked a room with balcony which was definitely worth it. The room was huge, a sitting area, writing desk, plenty of storage and bench space, comfortable beds (not hard). Staff, including Dutch manager always always friendly and helpful. Great location on a quiet street close to riverside night market/many restaurants/minimarkets. Swimming pool is large and clean. Restaurant downstairs has a good menu range including room service. Good wifi with individual router in room. I didn't have breakfasts so can't comment on that.

Hot water could have been a bit stronger so could take advantage of the bath. Given the comfort of the rest of the room, a small issue!
