The master bedroom is located upstairs on the second floor and comes with a King bed, en-suite bathroom and deck.
There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. One with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, perfect for kids and adults alike.
Both bedrooms share one adjacent bathroom. The top floor loft bedroom comes equipped with a double size bed and an additional futon sleeper sofa.

Location was fantastic! Just a few minutes walking distance to the the town lift and to the city. The size of the house was perfect for 8 people. The owner was pretty responsive. The furniture was outdated and mattress may need to be changed but overall was a great stay to enjoy ski!

Great location near everything but not right in the middle. House was the perfect size. Parking was good as well could accommodate four cars if you needed to.

This place is literally five minutes walk to the Town lift. It is not brand new, but is fairly large and has everything a traveler needs. The description says it can accommodate ten people and it is really the case. The owner was very kind to let us have a late check out since out flight was in the evening.

The goods - the location is great (4 minute walk to town lift and downtown) and the house overall is pretty spacious. The kitchen was well appointed, HVAC worked well and kept the house warm, and there is a wood burning fireplace.
The not so goods - the house is very dated and worn - needs a refresh badly. Carpeting is pretty spotted and worn (including in the bathrooms, the twin mattresses are very thin, showers have lots of water stains, several blinds were broken, snow shovel was broken, and the furniture was pretty worn. Also the driveway was ice covered (the driveway for the other half of the duplex was not covered in ice).
With a cosmetic refresh this house could easily be a great property.

Short ski walk to Town Lift with a hill scramble. Downtown businesses ample and walkable. A bit dated, but spacious and comfy main floor. Bring your own TV/Cable connections. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bedroom space but could use updated mattresses. Write up not clear on whether 2.5 or 3 bathrooms. It is 2.5 bathrooms. Lots of bedroom space. Mattresses could be updated. So much snow, hard to keep the sidewalk, stairs and driveway clean. Everything worked. Accessible and responsive property manager.

We had a ski group of 6 adults. Location is nice, near the town lift. But the property is worn and in need of renovations by the owners. Furnishings were minimal. 6 dining room chairs worked ok for our group but a 7th person would have no place to sit. No extra chairs anywhere. Bedrooms lacked normal amenities such as nightstands. Ice buildup in driveway from roof drippings make it impossible to drive a vehicle into the garage. Cooking utensils were old and worn. Window blinds in master bath are falling apart and do not provide full privacy. Carpeting is old with numerous stains and burned areas.
But in the end, the property worked reasonably well for our stay. We adapted. And the reasonable rental pricing partially made up for the lower quality property compared to all our previous VRBO rentals. We would consider staying here again if the price was right for the quality of the property.

The house is in a great location. Walkable to the town and near the bus drop for the ski resort. management team was good with responding quickly to any needs. The house is older and could definately use some updating.

Above Average
Great house, great location. Easy check in and check out, house stayed warm and beds were comfortable. In terms of Ski in/ski out along with a 4-bedroom location, you can't get much better than this for the price.

Great Accommodations
This was a perfect rental for a guys ski trip. The location to the Town Lift to access Park City/Canyons was a six minute walk, and the walk to the shuttle to Deer Valley was about the same. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We would definitely book again.

Close to everything, very basic
Definitely not a bad stay if you’re with a group of guys but some things need fixing/renovating. Some cabinets/closets were broken. There was trash in the garage when we arrived, the garage was pretty messy all together actually. Some cracked windows in the house. The house was not impressive but it was good for a group of guys just focused on skiing and going out to the bars. Ski in/ski out, and a couple blocks from Main Street. To be honest, for the price I think you can find better in PC.

Great place, excellent location...could use a bit of an update
The locations is great near the town lift and town. Can't beat the location at all! Place is large, and overall comfortable. Could use a bit of an upgrade as it is certainly getting a bit tired around the edges (entrance way wood steps, window shades, opening and closing windows). Nothing that diminished from the short stay, and great if you are not expecting high end condo finishes. Bottom line - definitely a great place to stay.

Good condo rental in excellent location
Great location situated near Town lift and the base of Main St. Nice open floor plan for living room / dining room / kitchen area along with 4 good sized bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating but overall very functional. We would consider this rental for future visits to Park City

Comfortable, nice location
The property is in a nice location for access to the slopes, even though there is a short walk. There was quite a bit of garbage in the garage (that was there when we arrived) that we needed to put out for garbage day. It would have been nice if the management firm would have taken care of it. It also would have been nice if the sidewalk and driveway would have been cleared of snow each day or at least a snow shovel provided so we could clear it. You went out the front door and didn't really know where the steps were. Dishwasher didn't work very well, until we discovered that the filter needed to be cleaned. It was a comfortable stay but I have rented places that were taken better care of than this was.
