Location & entertainments
Too expensive to use facilities- pool, Bouncelab

Big clean room with great view, kitchenette. Great entertainment for the kids in the resort. Friendly staff.
The additional cost for the pool was expensive especially if you staying longer and want to use the pool more often. No bath towels and additional toiletries.

Location was the only benefit
I have been to +60 countries and hundred of hotels but this was the worst deal and experience. You pay a hefty price for a room and that is it - swimming pool, gym, tv.... all is extra and costs a lot. Even the beds. We asked for a room for 4 and we received mats for kids (korean style). When we complained nobody could speak english or explain and in the morning, we heard "we had a room for you". No refund or apology. On top of this, unlike the rest of Korea, the rooms was not cleaned. There was no pleasure at staying in this hotel - everything was either closed, chargeable or not working. Avoid!

Friendly staff.
Luxury feel.
Our room (so called suite with 2 bedrooms and a living room) was really large and clean. Ideal for families, considering the size reasonably priced.
Free fast wifi.
Staff speaks little to no english.
Pool entrance rather expensive ~25000KRW, closes early at 17:30 or so.
Gym entrance fee 10000 per day, gym closes at 18:00, really unreasonable.
Expensive buffet breakfast.
Really firm mattress, not my taste.
Room fee only covers the basics, everything else comes with a hefty price.
