Villa "49Pine" offers you all of this ... come and enjoy our fully refurbished and newly refurbished villa in Pinehurst, Rotonda West, which has 170sqm and three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan living space is tastefully decorated with a living room, a dining area for 6 people and a familyroom. There is a large HD SmartTV with soundbar for a cozy movie night. There are more than 200 television channels available.
The new kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast bar, where 4 people can sit.
From the master bedroom one enters the bathroom en-suite and a walk-in closet. In the guest area there are two further bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and the second bathroom, which has direct access to the pool area. Both the master bedroom and the second guest room have a smartTV.
In the pool area is enough space for sun loungers, a dining table for 6 people and a cozy sitting area. From here you can watch the sunset over a cool drink and enjoy the holiday. Of course, a grill for a delicious American steak may not be missing!
The view from the pool area is on the lake and the 2. Green and the 3. Tee off the Pinemoor golf course. Directly on the water there is a private wooden deck. From here you can observe the waterfowl, turtles, armadillos, raccoons, our two squirrels Gin & Tonic and of course alligators slowly gliding in the water. If you are lucky, the Bobcat will meet you and your boys. What a peaceful environment!
The entire villa is southwest facing. The covered lanai offers in the summer sufficient protection against the intense sun and occasional rain showers.
The entire house is air conditioned and has additional ceiling fans. High quality towels, beach towels and bed linen is provided. You will also find beach chairs and sunshades, a cooler and a picnic basket for your visit to the beach with us. Two bicycles are also available for your exploration tours.
The villa has a new washer and dryer and of course free Wi-Fi.

A beautiful home with everything we needed and more. Location was perfect and we enjoyed spotting the variety of wildlife especially the alligator! We absolutely loved this property! Beautifully maintained, very clean and well appointed. We loved the pool and relaxing or grilling in the Lanai area. It was wonderful to have such a well stocked home with everything we needed. The two bikes provided were perfect for exploring the area and riding the trail. We’d like to rent for next year, but sadly, see that they are already booked.

We stayed here last year and returned, once again a wonderful stay, lovely villa with a dock overlooking the lake (alligators, turtles etc) SW facing pool for the sunsets and clean and tidy inside with everything catered for - would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in a quiet neighbourhood approximately 20 mins drive from beaches, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful modern home
We’ve been going to Port Charlotte for many years and to be honest this house was just perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean , comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great pool with beautiful view, ideal for just chilling with unique birds and rabbits coming over. Quiet neighborhood. Awesome, best villa ever
We have stayed at villas all around the world and at least dozen in Florida. This villa is by far the best, it’s not a rental it’s a well loved and cared for home.
The quality of the furniture, decorations, crockery, pots and pans, bedding, towels etc is of excellent quality. The heated pool was fab after a day at the beach. It is a home from home, it has everything you can think of, we did try and identify if there was something we could suggest to improve it, but we failed.
The location is beautiful, over looks a lake and a golf course, it quiet, great and a great location for the beaches, golf and shopping.
It was a great bonus to have access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
We highly recommend it and we have already booked the villa for our return.
Don’t ponder this one, because if you do, it’ll be gone. It is awesome.

Our stay in this beautiful home was amazing! The home is well appointed and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The backyard area was very tranquil. We enjoyed watching all the birds and the baby alligators! This is our second trip to Rotonda West and we will certainly be back. There’s so much to do and see within a very short drive. Overall Great House!
Christina & John were awesome to work with from our initial email all the way through to when we arrived in their home. They were always quick to respond and so pleasant!
This was overall the cleanest property we've ever rented and we've been renting through VRBO for about 15 years! Everything was spotless just like my own home and I truly appreciated that.
There were plenty of high-quality towels for everyone. The bed linens were very nice. We loved all the kitchen wares including very nice cookware which is unusual in a rental but you could tell that Christina and John take pride in their home.
The patio and pool were awesome. We loved the four lounge chairs, great dining table and other seating areas. It was great having our own grill which we used often.
The location was convenient as we were only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach.

Pinehurst
Our family had a wonderful stay at Pinehurst. It was my husband and I, our daughter and two grandkids (13 & 14). The layout of the home was perfect for us with the split floor plan. My husband and I had some privacy on one end of the home with our daughter and grandkids on the other end. The home was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. My favorite part was sitting on the lanai every morning drinking my coffee. The kids had a blast in the pool and were very excited to see fishing poles on our arrival. Christina contacted me by email several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is close to the beaches and restaurants. We hated to leave and would love to stay here again some day!!

Wonderful house
The house is beautifully furnished in contemporary style, which we liked, and felt at home right away. It contains everything you may need and expect for your Florida vacation. Beach chairs, towels and 2 bikes were provided and we used them daily exploring the neighborhood. We appreciated very well equipped kitchen having every utensil imaginable as we were cooking daily. The only "negative" was that pots would leave dark smudges on the white ceramic countertop when cooking.
The house has a great location facing southwest with sunshine in pool/lanai area for the most of the day.

Our stay at 49pine was great and everything we hoped for - the property was clean and we spent hours sitting by the pool watching the beautiful landscape. The house had everything we needed, close to the beach and a great atmosphere for our 2 week stay. Christina and John were very responsive if we had any questions. 49 Pine is a lovely vacation home!
We totally enjoyed our 1 month stay in this home. Perfect split bedroom floor plan for family. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. John and Christina have thought of everything anyone could possibly need. They were very responsive to any questions. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We spent lots of time in the lanai and pool area. Also enjoyed all the wild life in the back yard. So many species of birds, alligator, squirrels and even a bobcat sighting! If you golf this is an excellent location. We would highly recommend this home.

Great and relaxing
This house was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted a quiet place we could work from and have our kids do distance learning - while also escaping the frozen tundra of Minnesota. The house was very clean and beautifully updated. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved the privacy of not having a house right behind us. There's a little lake/pond behind the house where we got to watch all sorts of Florida wildlife. My two boys swam in the heated pool everyday. It was a perfect vacation and just what we needed during this crazy 2020 year! Owners were very prompt with communication and lovely to work with.

Thanksgiving getaway
While we have used VRBO several times in the past, all of the concerns over COVID made us a bit nervous about using it right now due to the ever-changing travel restrictions. Before we even rented this house, the communication with the owners was excellent and set us at ease with our decision to spend Thanksgiving week in this home. We are so glad we did! The neighborhood is a great location. There is no through traffic, great views of the pond and golf course out back, and very friendly neighbors. It's convenient to all the amenities you could need and not too far to the beaches near Boca Grande that we prefer and are far less crowded. The house itself is very well done with lots of space for a family to enjoy time together indoors and out. The lanai area was just perfect with great covered sitting areas, a dinning table, and room to lay out in the sun by the pool if you choose. Providing beach chairs, towels, and a cooler to use were such a great touch! We have 3 kids and everyone agreed this is one we will rent again. Throughout the trip Christina and John were great to check and see how things were going as well as very quickly respond to any questions or needs we had.

Nice Place- Enjoyed our stay
We rented this home over the week of New Years. This home must have been recently redone. It seemed like we were the first ones to stay here after the remodel. We’ve stayed in 5 or 6 vacation rentals and this is the best one we’ve stayed at. Needed to extend our stay two more days and the owner was very accommodating. It was very clean and well kept. I would stay here again.
