This house was fabulous! The layout is perfect for 3 couples or families. The kitchen was stocked better than any rental I have been in and we cooked almost every night. We used the crockpot, the air fryer, stove/oven and had everything you could possibly need including spices! The pool area is amazing and we loved hanging on the couch under the tiki hut and watching tv by the pool. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach and you can see the ocean from the front of the house (a lot of houses are still not rebuilt from the hurricane). There is some construction around the house but we honestly found it more entertaining than anything and even sadly watched a construction crew level the house next door while we hung by the pool. Honestly can’t say enough about this house and the owner,Frank. He checked in on us the entire stay! There is a coffee/breakfast truck right across the street and an ice cream truck. A lot is coming back and we did not feel like we missed out on anything. Definitely will be back and can’t wait to see what progress is made in Ft Myers when we return.

This home is spectacular and really close to the beach! There is anything and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are dressed nicely with cozy linens and pillows. And mattresses are comfortable
The screened porch is where we really enjoyed our morning coffee and our meals. We loved it so much we decided to screen ours at home😊The pool area was really nice too. We absolutely loved everything about this home!!!!

We love the layout and amenities of this rental. This 3 BR/3 Bath was perfect for our adult family of 4. The kitchen was well supplied with dinner ware and cookware. The washer and dryer is off the garage and was so convenient. Just a short walk to beach access, beach bars, Mom’s Breakfast truck, small convenient shop, PLUS a quick walk to the San Carlos Village. Although beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were provided, we rented those items just across the street. Did I mention the pool!! Perfect for an evening swim and just hanging out. And the grill worked great! I think we used everything on the property. Just wonderful….I WANT THAT FLOOR PLAN!!
Btw: FMB is coming back. We were impressed with how, while recovering, there were several places with entertainment. Some places are 100% up and running while others fit the beach vibe and ambiance of FMB. Our last visit was a few weeks prior to IAN. This beach is on the mend and worth the visit!!

The property was beautiful with very comfortable beds and family room furniture and super close to the gorgeous and not-over-crowded white sand beach. It was also a short walk to the "downtown" area. While the island is still rebuilding, we actually LOVED the casual beach vibe that the many food trucks and stands provided. There was plenty of delicious food and fun activity to keep us very happy and entertained. It was also only an easy 8 minute drive to Walmart (off the island) for any staples that we found we needed during the trip. While I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach, my husband and teenage kids loved heading back to the house for time in the pool in the afternoon and I loved being able to hide in the shade under the tiki-pavilion with a good book. It was truly a lovely week for our family.

We had an amazing week at this house!! It comes with everything - fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs + toys+ wagon, lovely outdoor living, and refreshing large sliding glass doors to the porch (which we had open a lot)!!!!! Our kids loved the short walk to the beach and the on private pool! We will be back!!!
Plus Frank was very responsive and accommodating. Helped us make sure we had everything we needed to pack for a great stay!!

This home is outstanding. The pictures included with the listing gave us a good idea how nice it is but we were still blown away when we got there. It is spacious and beautiful. The backyard, pool and tiki bar is an oasis where you can truly unwind. The amenities are too numerous to list but you should know that the kitchen is superbly outfitted; you'll want for nothing.
The beach is less than five minute walk and downtown with its numerous restaurants is just a short walk away. Don't be put off by stories about devastation, Ft. Myers Beach is busy rebuilding. Many places are reopening and the food trucks are a great source for a fun meal. The people are working so hard to rebuild, it made us glad to be there to help out.

Overall we absolutely loved the property and our entire stay. We were in the property for a week and our kids loved it. The outside pool area was awesome. The kids loved the pool. The house was clean and well kept, its a two minute walk to the beach and 5-10 min from Times Square. We will definitely book this property again.

This rental is the lower level of the home and was shocked it was not listed on vrbo and that no comments were made regarding this. The owner's close off access to the upstairs and balconies of the home.
We loved how close we were to restaurants, Time Square and activities. The pool area and tiki hut were the best feature of the home.

This beautiful home is located at the perfect location. Good walking distance to the beach and shops. We absolutely loved the pool and spent most of our time there! The shallow end was perfect for our 2 year old little girl. The house was fully stocked...we have used vrbo a few times to rent but nothing was stocked like this! The bad thing the mosquitoes absolutely loved us. That was the only negative. The outdoor pool area is amazing we loved every minute! Thank you so very much for letting us stay 😍 we hope to come back! Hope you liked our small gift lol

We loved the pool, tiki bar and surround sound outback and they supplied us with a lot of beach and pool items which was nice! Also it’s located close to the beach and restaurants.
However, the sofa was stained and uncomfortable and the master bed was very squeaky. I would recommend replacing both.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The pool and tiki hut with a sectional, tv, bar, and grill was awesome. We loved and made good use of the wagon, chairs, and beach toys available at the house. We can’t wait to come back!

We all really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area exceeded our expectations and all the amenities were greatly appreciated. The location was a minute walk to the beach and close to other attractions. The house would greatly benefit from a new bed in the master bedroom but we were all so tired after a long day of fun, falling asleep was never a problem. Thank you for letting us stay at this property and we will certainly look to come back in the future!

We hung out in the pool and tiki daily. Outside warm shower was also a huge plus. Everything you would need inside the house. One thing I would suggest is updatingthe cushions on all outside furniture. We will rent again.

Our family loved this property for a week long getaway to Florida. Location was in a quiet, safe, and private neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Best part was the pool by far. It had a great shallow landing pad for our toddler to play in. Direct sun in the backyard only from noon to 2pm, otherwise lots of shade. Our only complaint was that the king bed was old, saggy, and very uncomfortable to sleep in. We had to sleep on the couch a couple nights unfortunately. I would suggest that owner get the replaced ASAP.

We were looking for a single-family home with a pool fairly close to the beach. This fit that perfectly! We were able to walk across Estero Blvd (about a block down) directly to a beach access. The beach was easy to get to and just wonderful for beach walks and shelling. Lots of good family time spent there. There also was a kayak launch to the nearest canal about 2 houses away where we could launch our paddle boards to navigate into the bay on calm days. The house is also very close to MoJoes (great coffee/breakfast/sandwich/pizza options) and Heavenly Biscuits! YUM! The pool was amazing for our family. The tiki bar, lounge area, and outdoor dining table was used daily in abundance. The pool was well taken care of and warm for these January visitors. The backyard with pool was also very quiet and private especially for FMB-you were close enough to the action, but far enough away that it was honestly very quiet day and night. This house hit the sweet spot on location and amenities. We were also working and doing school and there were enough places for everyone to have their own space and the wifi could handle all 4 of us on zoom/google meet calls at the same time. The kitchen had all appliances you'd need as we cooked a great deal there. Any questions, concerns, or slight issues was handled very quickly by the owners and with grace and a good sense of humor. They were great to work with and responsive. We were so lucky to spend several weeks at this home during such a weird time.

Nice house with everything you need for a family of 4. Close to the beach and has all the beach things you need and a short stroll to times square. You don’t need a car at all. Nice pool and awesome Tiki Hut and bar with TV. The only knock is that the pool heater was not functional so very cold swimming this time of year.
